If you try all steps, but not work. Let's try below:

Step 1. You have to be an administrator to make change

Step 2. Go to regedit and run

Step 3. Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Step 4. Right click and Create new String Value with the name as show below:

Step 5. It will show immediately, otherwise you may log off or restart.

ខាងក្រោមជាអនុសាសន៏ខ្លះៗក្នុងការចូលរួមធ្វើបដិវត្តន៏វិស័យសុខាភិបាល។

របៀបរបបគ្រប់គ្រងពីលើចុះក្រោម(មិនវិមជ្ឈការការងារសម្រេចចិត្ត និងថវិកា) និងការរឹតត្បិតក្នុងការចូលរួមរបស់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ផ្នែកឯកជន បណ្តាញសហគមន៍ ក៏ជាបញ្ហាគន្លឹះដែលត្រូវដោះស្រាយ។ ខាងក្រោមនេះជាយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តថ្មីដែលចេញពីការវិភាគនិងការតាមដានវិស័យសុខាភិបាលគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ៖

យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទី១. ពង្រីកសហគ្រាស់សុខាភិបាលសាធារណ
វិមជ្ឈការមន្ទីរពេទ្យជាតិ មន្ទីរពេទ្យបង្អែក និងមណ្ឌលសុខភាពមួយចំនួនឲ្យទៅជាស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋបាលសាធារណ ឬពាក់កណ្តាលស្វ័យភាពនៃដំណើរការគ្រប់គ្រង ចាត់ចែងនិងអនុវត្ត។ គោលការកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណភាពក្រីក្រ ត្រូវវិមជ្ឈការឲ្យភាគីទី៣ទាំងស្រុក។

យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទី២. ផ្លាស់ប្តូរបទពិសោធន៏ និងកែលំអរគុណភាព
បង្កើនការកែលំអគុណភាពមន្ទីរពេទ្យជាតិ មន្ទីរពេទ្យបង្អែក មណ្ឌលសុខភាពដោយចម្លង និងរៀនសូត្រពីមន្ទីរពេទ្យគន្ធបុប្ផាទាំងស្រុង (គោលការណ៍ ប្រាក់បៀវត្សរ៍ វិន័យ ប្រូតូកូល (ពិធីការ) ថ្នាំនិងរបៀបគ្រប់គ្រងប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព តម្លាភាព និងគណនេយ្យភាព)។

យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទី៣. បង្កើនប្រាក់បៀវត្ស និងការលើកទឹកចិត្ត
រៀបចំប្រាក់បៀវត្សរ៍ដោយផ្តល់ប្រាក់ខែអប្បបរមា៥០០$ ដល់មន្រ្តីពេទ្យថ្នាក់ទាបបំផុត ក៏ដូចជាមន្ត្រីរាជការទូទៅ (សូមមើលកំណែទំរង់ប្រាក់បៀវត្សរ៍)។

យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទី៤. ពង្រីកការធានារាប់រងសុខភាពជាលក្ខណជាតិ
ពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកម្មវិធីធានារ៉ាប់រងសុខភាពសហគមន៍ទូទាំងប្រទេស ដោយសហការជាមួយភាគីយ៉ាងតិចបួនភាគី (រដ្ឋ ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជន)។

យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តទី៥. វិមជ្ឈការសេវាសុខាភិបាលសហគមន៏ដាច់ស្រយាល
ពង្រីក និងលើកទឹកចិត្តមន្ទីរពេទ្យឯកជននៅថ្នាក់ជាតិ ថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិ ជនបទ ជាពិសេសតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាលឲ្យមានសិទ្ធិពេញលេញក្នុងការដំណើរការសេវារបស់ខ្លួន។ ភ្នាក់ងាររដ្ឋរៀបចំកិច្ចសន្យាពិសេសជាមួយគ្លីនិកឯកជនក្នុងការផ្តល់សេវាដល់ពលរដ្ឋនៅតំបន់ជនបទ និងតំបន់ដាច់ស្រយាល។

យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តទី៦. ពង្រឹងគុណភាពកម្មវិធីជាតិដែលមានការចូលរួមពីអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល
បង្កើនភាពជាដៃគូជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងផ្តល់ថវិកាជាតិដល់អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលក្នុងដំណើរការគ្លីនិក និងកម្មវិធីជាតិនានាដែលរដ្ឋមិនអាចបំពេញបាន។

យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទី៧.វិមជ្ឈការសេវាសុខាភិបាល
វិមជ្ឈការឲ្យអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងស្ថាប័នឯកជនដេញថ្លៃយកសេវាចាក់ថ្នាំថ្នាំបង្ការ និងកម្មវិធីជាតិចាំបាច់មួយចំនួន។ ភ្នាក់ងាររដ្ឋមានតួនាទីអភិបាលកិច្ចតាមបែបចូលរួមនូវដំណើរការផ្តល់សេវាកម្មវិធីជាតិទាំងនោះ។

យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តទី៨. ពង្រឹងការអនុវត្តស្តង់ដាសេវាសុខាភិបាល
រៀបចំស្តង់ដារសេវាសុខភាពដោយយកគំរូតាមប្រទេសមួយចំនួន នៅក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ាន និងដាក់ឲ្យអនុវត្តចំពោះមន្ទីរពេទ្យរដ្ឋ និងឯកជន។

យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តទី៩. ពង្រឹងការគ្រប់គ្រងគ្រឹះស្ថានសុខាភិបាលពីភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ
ពង្រឹងការចូលរួមរបស់សហគមន៍ តាមរយៈពង្រីកសមាសភាពពីអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងសមាជិកសហគមន៍ក្នុងយន្តការគណៈកម្មការគ្រប់គ្រងមណ្ឌលសុខភាព គណៈកម្មការគ្រប់គ្រងមន្ទីរពេទ្យបង្អែក។ វិនិយោគបន្ថែមទាំងសមត្ថភាព សេចក្តីសម្រេចចិត្តនិងធនធានថវិការដ្ឋ ដើម្បីឲ្យដំណើរការ។ ជំរុញឲ្យអនុវត្តទាំងស្រុងនូវឧបករណ៍គណនេយ្យភាពសង្គមដូចជា (Citizen Report Card-CRC, Community Score Card=CSC, Social Audit=SA, Social Budgeting-SB etc.)។

យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទី១០. ពង្រីកការធានារាប់រងសុខភាពសហគមន៏និងមូលនិធិសមធម៌
រៀបចំ និងដាក់ឲ្យប្រើប្រាស់នូវគោលការណ៍ធានារ៉ាប់រងសុខភាព សម្រាប់ពលករធ្វើការនៅសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្រៅប្រព័ន្ធ និងក្នុងប្រព័ន្ធ។ ពង្រឹងការសហការជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនធានារ៉ាប់រងស្តង់ដារដោយមានភាគីយ៉ាងតិចបួន (ស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ ស្ថាប័នអង្គសង្គមស៊ីវិល ក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលកម្មករធ្វើការ និងកម្មករខ្លួនឯង)។គ្រប់ស្ថាប័នមន្ទីរពេទ្យជាតិ និងមន្ទីរពេទ្យបង្អែកត្រូវមានភាគីទីបីគឺអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងផ្នែកឯកជនគ្រប់គ្រងមូលនិធិសមធម៌សម្រាប់អ្នកក្រីក្រនិងគ្រួសាររងគ្រោះក្នុងនាមជាភាគីទី៣.

បង្កើតក្រុមតំណាងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដើម្បីកំណត់តម្លៃសេវាសុខភាព អភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ តាមដាន និងវាយតម្លៃលើសេវាសុខាភិបាលទូទៅ។

យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទី១២. ពង្រឹងការចូលរួមសកម្មរបស់ពលរដ្ឋ
រៀបចំយន្តការប្រជាធិបតេយ្យក្នុងការបោះឆ្នោតជ្រើសរើសប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន គណៈគ្រប់គ្រងមន្ទីរពេទ្យជាតិ មន្ទីរពេទ្យបង្អែក និងមណ្ឌលសុខភាព តាមរយៈការចូលរួមរបស់បុគ្គលិកស្ថាប័ននោះផ្ទាល់។ លុបបំផុតចោលទាំងស្រុងនូវការតែងតាំងប្រធាន អនុប្រធានតាមរយៈមេនយោបាយ ឬថ្នាក់លើ។

យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទី១៣. ពង្រឹងវិជ្ជាជីវៈសុខាភិបាល
ពង្រឹងការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងនូវគោលនយោបាយដាក់ទណ្ឌកម្មដល់បុគ្គលិកប្រព្រឹត្តខុសពីក្រមសីលធម៌វិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងគោលនយោបាយនៃការចូលរួមពេញលេញពីប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ តំណាងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ផ្នែកឯកជន និងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិលក្នុងកិច្ចការអភិបាលកិច្ចល្អ។

យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទី១៤. ពង្រឹងយន្តការសម្របសម្រួលរវាងផ្នែកឯកជន អង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល និងរដ្ឋ
ពង្រឹងយន្តការក្រុមការងារសុខភាពថ្នាក់ជាតិ (Institutionalized TWGH with clear procedures and decision making) និងថ្នាក់ក្រោមជាតិតាមរយៈកូតា (ភាគបែង) ស្មើភាពរវាងសមាជិកនៃតំណាងស្ថាប័នរដ្ឋ តំណាងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល តំណាងជនរងគ្រោះ តំណាងផ្នែកឯកជន និងតំណាងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធនានា។

ពង្រីកកម្មវិធីអប់រំសុខភាពបឋមតាមរយៈវិមជ្ឈការឲ្យអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល បណ្តាញសហគមន៍ ផ្នែកឯកជន និងបញ្ចូលក្នុងផែនការអភិវឌ្ឍនិងផែនការវិនិយោគឃុំ/សង្កាត់។ យុទ្ធនាការអប់រំសុខភាព និងសុខភាពបន្តពូជ ត្រូវជំរុញតាមប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយសង្គម និងប្រព័ន្ធផ្សព្វផ្សាយនានា។

យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តទី១៦. ពង្រឹងការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ

ការសិក្សាកំណត់អត្តសញ្ញាណភាពក្រីក្រមានការចូលរួមពេញលេញពីស្ថាប័នស្រាវជ្រាវ ផ្នែកឯកជន និងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល។ប័ណ្ណសមធម៌គួត្រូវបានប្រើប្រាស់គ្រប់ផ្នែក ទាំងសេវាសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សង្គមកិច្ច និងសេវាកម្មនានា។

Sometimes you have mistaken by pressing shortcut key and it shows the following hyperlink in your document instead of their values.

If you want to fix this hyperlink problem in Microsoft Word 2007 or 2010 you’ll need to take the following steps:

Click on the Office button
Select Word options
Select Advanced.
Scroll down and in the section “show document content” you need to uncheck “show field codes instead of their values”.
Click OK

Want to use shortcut key: Alt+F9.

Your hyperlink problem is solved.

iStartSurf is a web browser hijacker, which is promoted via other free downloads, free software, and once installed it will change your browser homepage at startup page to iStartSurf.com and default search engine to search.yahoo.com or iStartSurf.com.

There are few steps to solve this problem:

Step 1 : Uninstall iStartSurf malicious programs from your computer, especially the software you've just installed.

Step 2: Remove iStartSurf.com virus from Internet Explorer, Firefox and Google Chrome

Uninstall from Firefox

Firefox Homepage and default search

1 - Open Firefox explore.
2 - Click "Open Menu" on the right-top and click “Options” open “Options” panel.
3 - Click “General” tab.
4 - Delete istartsurf homepage link and set a new homepage link. Or click "Restore to Default".
5 - Click "OK".
6 - Choose “Manage Search Engines” in the search list.
7 - Choose "istartsurf" and click "Remove",then click “OK”.
8 - Restart Firefox explore.
9 - Type: about:config on address bar and click on I'll be careful, I promise

and then type: istartsurf on the search and delete it.
10 - Reset Firefox

Open Mozilla Firefox
Press simultaneously Ctrl+Shift+A
Disable the iStartsurf add on
Go to Help (1)
Then Troubleshoot information (2)
Click on Reset Firefox (3)

Uninstall from IE

IE Homepage and default search

1 - Open IE Explore.
2 - Click “Tools->Internet Options”,Open “Internet Options” panel.
3 - Click “General” tab.
4 - Delete istartsurf homepage link and set a new homepage link,or click "Use blank".
5 - Click “Settings” button in the “Search” area,open “Manage Add-ons” panel.
6 - Choose istartsurf and click "Remove",then close “Manage Add-ons” panel.
7 - Click “Apply” or “OK” on “Internet Opens” panel to save the changes.

Uninstall from Chrome

Chrome Homepage and default search

1 - Open Chrome explore.
2 - Press Alt+F or Click “Customize and control Google Chrome” in the right-top of the page and click "Setting".

3 - Click “Set of pages” link of "On startup" ->delete istartsurf homepage link ->click “OK”.

4 - Click "Change" link of "Apperance" ->delete istartsurf homepage link ->click "OK".

5 - Click “Manage search engines”->delete istartsurf,then click “OK”.
6 - Restart Chrome explore. If it's still existing, please see advance solution for google chrome below.

Restart your computer after completing all the above steps.

Advance solution for removing IstartSurf

Step 3: Remove in Regedit

Press Windows Logo + R and type: Regedit and click OK
Press Ctrl + F to find "istartsurf" . Right Click on the link and Delete one by one
Press F3 again and again to find more and delete them all when you see them until it shows message below: Finished Searching
Close all browsers and open it again. It's working well. If still not working, restart your computer.

Step 4: Remove in Installed IstartSurf from your computer folder

1. Press Windows Logo + R and type: appdata and click OK

2. Go to - C:\users\(your user name)\Appdata\Roaming

3. You will find "istartsurf" folder in Roaming folder. Delete it.

4. Delete your browser shortcut and create a new one.

5. Now, istartsurf is not appear anymore.

Step 5: Right Click on Google Chrome or FireFox icon on Desktop and go to Property and change it target.
