You have a tendency to allow the apparently separate entities around you to establish your sense of reality through their judgment.

They are attempting to identify themselves through a false image of you. What nonsense. All judgment is self judgment. If no one here has the slightest idea of who they are, how can they possibly judge anything else.

Remember, if you must judge, the least and most you can do is find everyone innocent.
