I have a strange fondness for "foods that shouldn't be"; last Thanksgiving, I was all delighted because my parents made a Turducken. A friend of the family ate Thanksgiving with us and afterwards sent me and my mom a link to an article about the Turducken of desserts: the Cherpumple.

"That sounds disgusting," my mom wrote back.

"Disgustingly awesome!" I countered.

Hello and welcome there, anyone reading this who came over from Hello Giggles. I have Julia Gazdag to thank for hooking me up there (the beautiful story of our meeting is documented here). Anyway, I'm writing a column there called "Adventures in Thrifting," in which I document (mis)adventures in the glorious seedy underbelly of secondhand shopping. My last column was about winter coats; I caused

We then transition extremely subtly from Crowley's scotch glass to the cup of a blind beggar. A burn-y hand put money in the cup, so we guess that it's Cas, who earlier seemed to have had an Uncomfortable Burning Sensation in his hand.

Cas explains that the beggar is a true believer. "People say I'm wrathful, but I
only punish liars and those who forsake me. I am a just God." He then

Important elements in "The Road So Far": Sam let Lucifer out of his cage, so Sam had to put Lucifer back in; Sam said "Yes" to Lucifer and Lucifer got inside him (No, YOU'RE gross); Sam plus Lucifer

Okay, so let's be honest. There were three things any good Supernatural fan was looking for in the Season Seven premiere:

 1) The fate of Cas (who at the end of last season ate Purgatory and declared himself the new god. Yes, he ate Purgatory. That's not a metaphor. That is exactly what happened); 2) The new title card; 3) Sam's hair.

Well, good news right off the bat! The new title card
