Master Caster Shoplet Product Review

Recently I was given the opportunity to review three different products from Shoplet.com. The first of these products was the Rolling Wrist Rest. I have to say that this wrist pad is actually pretty cool. Thanks to the four wheels on the bottom of the Rolling Wrist Rest it glides easily in all directions. It does take a little bit to get use to the motion, but once you've gotten use too you'll love it. The only thing that I don't really like is that the actual pad is very thin and not really that comfortable. I usually use the beam bag type wrist pads so other people might have this problem.

The Rolling Wrist Rest retails for $9.90.

The next product is this pair of fantastic Microfiber SMARTer Dual Action Gloves. I live in Northern Maine and winters here are cold. Very, very cold. As a result I have several pairs of gloves kicking around the house. These gloves are quickly becoming a favorite of mine :) The soft microfiber material was specially designed to allow your fingertips to be able to activate the touchscreen of any electronic device without scratching or damaging the screen. It's great to be able to use my tablet outside without having to remove my gloves to do so.

These great gloves retail for $6.96 per pair.

The final product in the review package was this Furniture Touch-Up Kit. This product is safe to use on furniture, floors, cabinets, paneling and much more. The filler stick makes it easy to repair any deep scratches, gouges, or cracks. It also contains a marker that can be used on stain, finish and will also seal scratches or other imperfections. I haven't had a chance to use this product yet. However, it is in my box for spring and summer projects. I really hope it works as well as I hope cause I have a few things that could really use some touch ups.

Review: KissMe Organics Matcha Green Tea Powder

I am a huge fan of green tea! It's one of my favorite things :) I couldn't resist a chance to review KissMe Organics Matcha Green Tea Powder. Green tea is full of all kinds of good stuff for your body including a ton of antioxidants. It also has other benefits including boosting your energy, you will burn more calories, and slow down the effects of aging. This yummy powder gives you all of the benefits of green tea that can be put in just about anything.

Personally, I just boil some water, mix in about 1/2 tsp of the powder and I'm good to go! Another delicious option is using it in a smoothy. Just make your favorite smoothy, mix in some Matcha Green Tea Powder for an extra burst of energy to start your day.

You can also add this powder to your food. As part of my review I also received a recipe book that is full of delicious looking ideas. This will be a great way to increase my husband's intake of antioxidants without him even realizing it's happening :) I can't wait to start trying them!

One of my favorite things to do is write. Unfortunately, I'm really not that good at it lol Especially when I'm writing fictional stories. So I'm always looking for books to that can give me real writing tips that I can use.

Writing Scary Scenes by Rayne Hall is chock full of different ideas that anyone can use to make their writing better. Everything is explained in a very straight forward and easy to understand way. As I worked on my project for this year's NaWriMo I found myself referring to it more than once for suggestions. The ideas on building tension were a life saver at times! That's always been a big problem for me, and even though I wasn't writing a scary story these suggestions really did help. The tips that Ms. Hall uses in this books can readily applied to your writing.

For more experienced writers, this book might be a little too simplistic. However, it's definitely perfect for a newbie like me! I can see myself using this as a resource for a very long time.
