I've started work on issue 06!

The focus for this issue will be fashion with an 'old hollywood' feel. Here's a little peek at the inspiration board and colour palette...

we are seeking submissions... + tutorials - a few ideas of things I'd love to see... a fifties inspired apron tutorial, hair/makeup tutorials, accessories tutorial, drinks recipes, paper dolls... or would love to hear your ideas
+ meet the maker - one spot left for a fifties/hollywood inspired maker!
+ features/lifestyle/photoshoots - fashion shoots, event styling, weddings etc
+ gallery wall - artworks to be featured on our gallery wall
+ bookshelf - suggest/review an Australian creative/crafty book to feature on our bookshelf
+ business toolkit - tips/articles for creative business

Heat-mee’s are novelty wheat toys made from a mix of cotton, felt, flannelette and embroidery. Just heat them up and enjoy as a comfort toy and for snuggling up to, on cold nights.

They contain wheat grains which are fragranced with lavender oil to help soothe, comfort and relax little ones to sleep!

Place in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes (include a ¼ cup of water, so I don’t dry up!) and they will stay warm from 30 mins to 2 hours. Heat-mee’s cannot be machine washed but can be wiped down with a damp cloth.

Note: Because of safety concerns and choking hazards these toys are *not* recommended for children under the age of 3.
