How To Cook Cilantro & Lime Chicken

Preparing Your Chicken

1.Combine 2 1/2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, and 4 pieces of boneless chicken in a large bowl to make your marinade

2. Season Chicken with Salt & Pepper and place in marinade.

3. Place Chicken in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to marinade(The longer the chicken marinates the better the flavor will be)

To Make Your Salsa:

Combine in a large bowl:

lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and 2 tablespoons of cilantro, diced tomatoes and red onion, 1 peeled & chopped avocado.

3. Squeeze Lime juice over salsa

4. Toss and refrigerate while your grilling your chicken.

•Now I prefer to grill my chicken. The foreman grill works nicely for grilling chicken breasts.

We all know that pets should not eat what is commonly called “table food”. How often do you see your pet sitting by your feet while you are eating your dinner? There are not many healthy” table foods” for pets to consume, but there are also many more foods that can be dangerous to our companions.

Avocados

Avocados leaves, fruit, seeds, and bark can have a toxin called Persin. Persin is a fungicidal toxic that is present in the avocado. It is relatively harmless to humans but can be dangerous if digested in large amounts by animals. It was suggested as a treatment for breast cancer.

Onions and Onion Powder

These nuts can cause vomiting, tremors and hypothermia in dogs. Symptoms can last up to 2 days.
