Digi Scrap Retirement and A new adventure

Life has gotten very busy and it simply was no longer worth the time and effort to maintain Designs In Digital, so it is closed.

Also, I simply felt burned out in regards to designing. I have felt like I lost my creativity.

However, my Kenmore electric flattop range catching fire in my kitchen on November 2, 2010 and having to go out and buy a Whirlpool Gas Range has spurred a renewed interest in cooking and baking. This has inspired a new blog - projectfoodista.blogspot.com

Designs In Digital is now back up and running after a malicious hack attach. We have had to rebuilt the entire site. So we have a whole new look in the store, the forum and the gallery!

The DID Design Team is busy reloading all their products in the store.

Project Baby Elephant Is Now Available at DID

So my dear friend and one of my right hands, Cole of Nicolina's Green Elephant Designs is expecting a baby in May. Since all of girls are located all over the states and couldn't give her a baby shower we thought we'd do the next best thing...Project Baby Elephant!

Lakecrest Lane - Candy Coated Challenge Week 2 Freebie

As my inspiration I choose a painting that I have in my home by Michigan artist, Jan VanDenBrink. I just adore her work!

This week was the doodle week. We had to make our own doodles and while creating my doodles this silly song that my 15 year old son will walk around the house sing every now and again by Michael Buble - Feeling Good keep running thru my head. Now don't think there's something wrong with him - he's a DJ's apprentice and Michael Buble is the new standard in "dinner music" at weddings. The line, "Birds flying high, you know how I feel" kept going over and over in my head and thus "How I feel..." was born. What do you think?
