with "NMSPlHD 10.6.11800" app
2) Use the Serial from the Serial.txt located in the folder named "NMSPHD pony-"
I have not tried this as a custom install, I installed it as a complete install.
3) Copy AdvrCntr5.dll from the "NMSPHD pony-" folder over to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Nero\AdvrCntr5\
and overwrite it.

If your not able to overwrite the .dll file then run the AdvrCntrReg.bat
file from
4) Run the following registry patches.

5) Open "Nero StartSmart 10"
and click on Options,un-tic Enable online connection
