The understanding is like this, suppose you have an image file that you upload to the file gallery, then the image file will be visible through the gallery file lists by all users who have access to the file's gallery. Basically, as long as you upload a file to the file gallery, that file will be visible for anyone to see it. The difference, in TikiWiki, because it is collaborative, then the file can be shared to anyone, even possibly be edited by anyone as well.
If you enable the CMS or article features in TikiWiki, then every time you are done editing the articles that are submitted (via tiki-edit_submission.php), TikiWiki will inevitably redirect you to a list called List Submission (via tiki-list_submission.php). List submission contains articles that have been submitted and then still in approval process. During this process, a user can do the editing. In this case, the user that has the right to edit is the user that is authorized by the administrator to edit the submitted articles.
Each time an object is opened, TikiWiki can calculate, how many times the object was opened. It can be seen from the page counter of that object. For example, for object article, page counters is performed by the field nbreads of tiki_articles table that will count every visitor who opens an article page. The counter will never decrease, it will even continue to increase when a visitor opens that article page. In the object file galleries, page counter is calculated through the field hits.
TikiWIki has this feature by enabling the RSS feed through the administrator menu. Subcribing the RSS Feed can make the search engine to crawl or index the website when any new information arrived. If you feel that the RSS Feed provided by TikiWIki is not enough, you can make a sitemap using this program below.
Social sharing networks like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, and StumbleUpon are very popular. However, there are many other social sharing network that you can choose such as Google Buzz, Reddit, Digg, Technorati, and Cang Baidu. The rest of them you can see in the image.
With this uploaded file size setting of the php.ini, we can set the maximum number of bytes of files to be uploaded. This does not impair an issue if we have set up our own server so that we can set a maximum number of file size that is uploaded. Problems will arise if we rent a server at a webhosting, which setting maximum size of file to be uploaded depends on the webhosting which we rent.
Tiki stores the SEFURL records internally in the table named tiki_sefurl_regex_out of Tiki database. On the other side, externally, Tiki has created file named _htaccess, which works in the APACHE environment (Server side. To get this _htaccess works, rename it to .htaccess.) To get the SEFURL works, both file .htaccess and table tiki_sefurl_regex_out must be matched together.
A good CMS will notify the author if there is a writing which is commented on by visitors. Notification can be executed via email or user's personal menu. In reading a web page, sometimes we want to read the related pages or articles concerned and that they have been published before. Typically, related articles are placed at the beginning or end of an article page. Related articles are placed in a box commonly referred to “related articles”. In this box (see the picture below), there are one or more related articles provided.
What is TikiWiki?

TikiWiki is a CMS/Groupware which offers a large number of features "out-of-the-box" arguably more than any other Open Source Web Application. It can be overwhelming, even to an experienced user or administrator.

Since it is an open source CMS, TikiWiki is free. Developing a web content using TikiWIki is very challenging.
