The Key Of Improvisation

Here is some knowledge about improvisation,
Hopefully it is usefull for you!

Improvisation, any guitarist knows how fun improvisation is. It is nice music and you can create any style or sound you want. But what is the key of improvisation?

When you play a solo, the first thing you need to do is look at the chords that are played. Here can you depend on your improvisation and scales that are used. For example when the chords: A - C - G - F are played. The scales you can use are A,C,G,F#,B.

Another important thing is to bring up ideas when your in a solo. These are called: Licks. you create an idea with for example three notes. And now it is time to expand this lick and make it more attractive and create more of that sort licks. You have to understand the use of the scales and mix pentatonic.
For the ones who dont know what pentatonic is. Pentatonics are they called, it is a serie of 5-6 notes where you can improvise on. All pentatonics have six position to play and you have seven different pentatonics. So when we play this pentatonics, we can mix them and play in example three pentatonics in one position. This is usefull for maknig a great solo.

The Pick

Hello guitarist,

I have a short information source for you now. I wanna talk to you
about the pick, also known as plectrum. It's a basic guitar accessories and alot of you know what it is, but it is very important
to know some facts about the pick.
A pick is a small, mostly plastic, piece with you can play the guitar.
People like to use it when they play chords.

The pick is normally used for strumming and fast solo's.
The pick is a usefull way for rock to play faster and cleaner.
People can reach 320 bpm with the pick.

Steel or Nylon strings?

Hey!

I would like to talk to you about choosing your strings. Would you choose steel or either nylon?
It's important to choose on your one and know what you think, is the best choice. Lets start with steel strings.
Most people think that steel strings are much better then nylon strings. It really depends on the person. Some people more like to hear nylon strings and others steel. But it's true that steel strings have a more clear sound, but people believe that nylon strings are easier to play. That's right, nylon strings are stiffer so easier to play. Normally nylon strings are used for classic guitar.
