As a camp, we offer great accommodations, good times, and a gorgeous setting; as a ministry, however, we believe we are called to go the extra mile in making sure your needs are accommodated to the best of our abilities and that you leave our sanctuary secure in the truth that you have been served well during your time with us.

We have just completed a 10,000 sq. foot dining hall complete with a residential style kitchen and a retreat center with its own meeting room and sleeping for 80 people. We are still growing and hope to build more cabins, a gymnasium, an amphitheater, and recreational fields in the near future.

Our goals as a ministry are to start summer backyard Bible schools in surrounding communities; to bring in church groups from outside the area for mission projects and to work in the backyard Bible schools; to sponsor conferences and retreats for all ages; to hold summer camps and special weekend retreats for children and youth; and to start an Emmaus Walk in this community.

They talked to trusted friends and family and after much prayer and soul searching began looking for the appropriate location. Two years later in February of 2002, Jeremy found what is now the location of Timberlake, off Hwy 96E just west of the Millport, AL city limits. Timberlake was incorporated into a nonprofit 501(c)3 coorporation in April of 2002 and 244 acres was officially purchased in July of that same year. God’s hand has been evident in leading them to this land and starting this organization.
Many volunteers and friends have helped us get to this point.

Day Use:

Dining Hall – $60.00 per hour (4 hr. minimum)

Meeting Room in the Retreat Center – $100.00 per day

Overnight Use:

$500 per night, plus $5 per person

$150.00 deposit to reserve a date. This amount will be put toward your total bill. *Above charges also include use of the kitchen in our dining hall.

• West of us – Take Hwy 50-E out of Columbus across the state line. Once you are in Alabama you will be on Hwy 96. Go 9.5 miles once you cross the state line. You will see our sign on Hwy 96 just before Leonard Road. Our Main gate is approximately 0.6 mile down Leonard Road on your right.
• East of us – Take Hwy 96 W through the town of Millport, Leonard Road is ½ mile from the park on the west side of Millport. Look for the Timberlake sign and Leonard Road on your left. We are 0.6 of a mile down on your right.
• North and South of us – Take Hwy 17 to the town of Millport. In Millport, take Hwy 96-W. Leonard Road is ½ mile from the park on the west side of Millport. Look for the Timberlake sign and Leonard Road on your left. We are 0.6 of a mile down on your right.
