Time Wasters Club with eddyizm

This week was the worst quality recording YET! I tried to record while driving out to joshua tree with me in the backseat which sounded like a good idea after the successful recording at the airport recently. I used the cardiod mode and airport, as loud as it was, was still much quieter than driving in the highway. Anyways,you've been warned and I prefaced the podcast with that warning. I decided to publish it because it was pretty funny. We discuss film photography and Bartosek's near film fanaticism, his purchase of Amazon's Alexa device, climbing and several of his unpopular opinions. I also got to meet and talk with his friend Lorenzo, a physicist from Bologne, Italia where I once traveled to back in 2007. We also spoke about the attacks Paris as it was fresh in our minds.

I get to do a little bitching about an ex girlfriend while we discuss the the land of enchantment, the hating of california, and the interesting people of new mexico.

I keep telling myself that drinking too much is a bad idea, particularly when doing a podcast, but I just can't seem to abide. When I have new people I don't know very well or even if I do, I want to celebrate life with them and get over the anxiety and jitters of recording a podcast. This one went on for about 3 hours and I don't remember half of it. Holy shit, talk about a disaster. I cut it off at around an hour and may not ever release the rest of it. I hope you guys enjoy it because at the very least, I really enjoyed making it :-)

Another first this week with no alcohol involved and also the first time with two of us on TWC. It seems like we got to get a little deeper with only two of us. We discussed immigration, our fathers, fatherhood, software development, the lousy outsystems WYSIWYG platform (that sucks), Hinduism, and some really fucking interesting Indian history that I had no idea about. I have no idea about most of it actually. Except the ancient aliens stuff. I'm quite familiar with those conspiracy theories.

Episode 03 - Motorcycle Disaster

A nice round table this week with my old friend John, my apparent co-host Sean (he needs to work on the co-hosting side of it), and Sean's nephew, Jerold, visiting from Albuquerque. Although this episode didn't have a planned theme, the overall arch was definitely Jerold's harrowing motorcycle accident that he somehow managed to "walk away" without even a broken bone.
