They all mention Fairfield points. The last time I talked to a Fairfield salesman he told me that Fairfield make it very difficult for someone to purchase on the resale market. Of course he wanted me to buy from the developer. (been there, done that, and not doing it again) So, a few questions:<br /><br />1. Is the transfer of ownership difficult using the resale market?<br />2. Does membership in the Fairfield system come automatically with the deed and is there an annual cost for this?<br />3.Does the deed also give automatic RCI point affiliation?<br /><br />I will ask the sellers directly when I have become more knowledgeable myself. This is a time when there is usually a ton of availability at this resort on RCI but nothing is showing yet. So I called RCI and asked why this was the case. They referred me to the resort itself who told me to call Fairfield directly. I called Fairfield and they just gave me double talk. So......what I need to know is the timeline for Fairfield members to reserve. Maybe I'm expecting availability too soon.
