Some are about to have problems documenting their "Proof of Debt" on a "free move" to an alternative resort. Free move, indicating that there was no debt involved in their current timeshare agreement! I find it difficult how you can claim for a previous timeshare you gave up to the owners at no cost to you!!!

I've just had a letter from Morgan Swann & Partners (anyone else had the same Yucca Park letter). They are offering to take on my claim with no, yes I said NO up front fees....that�s good of them and a massive jump in the right direction. They just happen to mention towards the end of the letter that I would have to give them 50% of the claim payment. That�s 50% of the expected 20p in each �1 claimed. That makes them about �600. I can't see why they are bothered, not much of a return for them. But they are keeping down their costs, they cannot be found on the internet (Google) or The Law Society, or the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and they are not accredited with the Solicitors Regulation Authority!!!!! But saying that they are paying for a shop complex in the Milton Keynes Bletchley shopping centre. Anyone been to the office at 37 The Brunel Centre and said hello for us.

By registering as a creditor I�ve now saved a couple of year�s maintenance payments and spent them on an outstanding Holiday in Majorca this year. We do miss Tenerife but have now moved on.

Well good luck to all, both at Yucca Park and TRG and if anyone has any dealings with Morgan Swann & Partners please inform us of your outcome.

I found one site though call The Rat Book. Has anyone heard of it? Although they have a section to name businesses that have ripped people off, they only have a few listings. The rest of the site makes interesting reading though. Not sure what they are trying to achieve. www.theratbook.com is the website.

Check out this site for all the sorry tales of folks who fell for similar sales pitches and lost money ! Just 'cos they say they are on Oxford St ( PO Box?) does not mean they won't scam you. Having fallen for a similar scam before I agreed for them to sell with no the intention of going through with the sale. Just to waste their time.
They have sold my two weeks at auction for two thirds more than the asking price. Sounds excellent!
They did of course request a so called refundable deposit of �1200.00 that would be held by JD Management an independent Holding Company who hold the funds for clients. Overseas Shores S.L. do not hold any client funds. Sounds convincing and all part of the scam to give you confidence in them!
When I asked for their web site & address I received the following reply:-
We would advise that JD Management are not web based as they do not deal with individual clients. They deal only with commercial companies. Their address is:-
Apartado de Correos No.27, 29630 , Malaga, Spain Telephone No. 0034 610014578.
A vague address that appears to be a PO Box & no Malaga 95 coded phone number. I found this odd that in this day a company with no internet or email.
It should be also noted that OS web site is overseasshoresl.com and appears to have been purchased in April 2009 from www.lawbird.com. Their site was registered on 28/04/2009 by a Andrew Martin of Fuengirola.
So much for vast experience and success that has turned them into an international company reaching global markets. Fast workers!!!

Also their email address, infoatossl@gmail.com, does not relate to their web site as one would expect of a reputable organisation.

Am sure these people will just go on inventing new company names to continue their scam.
Basically do not touch them with a barge pole!!!!
