At least, if you are willing to write off your purchase price, you can hand back you CC ownership without any hassle which is more than can be said for many other companies. We did this in October after it was clear that my wife's health would not let us return to Tarahal.

Hello

I own a timeshare in Club Vista Verde, in Gran Canaria. The site consists of 16 bungalows and is owned and run by the owners' committee. I find this works well because all profits are ploughed back into the properties and the owners own a portion of the site.

I am looking to buy a timeshare in the UK and wonder if anyone can tell me if there are any similar sites (i.e. owned and run by the owners' committee)in the UK.

I do not know about you all but I owned in El Palmeral, that was until our commitee allowed nexus into the breach and yes within 4 years the club went bust every year up went the fees and down went the club, now they have there version of events, but mine our more simple. what gerry wants gerry gets and he don;t welcome interferance from from the likes of us.
Now last year while I was on holiday at the grange field club the bloody time share sales had the nerve to tell me that gerry wanted to own all the propertys that he managed he alreadys has elpalmeral lock stock and barrel so which club will be next, If you want to know about compass premier which i am a member of just try this one for yourself try booking a late holiday to one of the four main clubs sorry will be the answer but we do have some studios, weather you own a studio or one bed or two bed weather you own one two three or 10 weeks you will only get a studio unless you bank with RCI and then pay to exchange all the one and two beds are only for extra weeks rentals go on try prove me wrong
