I have a copy of their constitution now which I have not been able to read yet, but the signatory on behalf of Flamingo Sales is a Mr Andrew Palmer. Anyone surprised by that name????

We owned there and then converted to Compass Club. We gave up CC in October because of my Wife's terminal illness. It is quite small: I would guess about 30 apartments with a small pool on the roof. No lifts and definitely not suitable for the disabled. We enjoyed it but it had continual problems with finding restaurant franchisees. I believe that Club Tarahal was subsumed into CC as it was no longer viable as a separate club. It is on the edge of Puerto de la Cruz and high above the prom./lido area.

CAN ANY BODY TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON AT COLONIAL VILLAGE RESORT IN TENERIFE ONE OF JONATHON PALMERS RESORTS AS I CANNOT GET A REPLY BY E MAIL FROM TIMPRAMAR WHO ARE SUPPOSED THE OWNERS AND WHOM I PAY MY MAINTAIANCE EACH YEAR. HAS THE SITE GONE THE SAME WAY AS YUCCA PARK ETC?

I too have E-mailed and written several times to admin + reception at Flamingo, and have never recieved a reply.This year I stayed at the Santa Maria and saved �300.Nasty little hill to it but pool area

You can rent a one bed apart. in the Geranious (which is next door to the Flamingo) for �230 a week, which is better value than the Flamingo

Glad to hear its finished.The thing is, with the points system you are placed in whatever is vacant in your category whether it be a high floor or a basement area. As I.m partially disabled I purchased a ground floor apart., so imagine me having to find my way up or down two floors seeing theres no lifts at flamingo. Can't seem to get any solid information.

Can anyone assit me with any info about the above resort - Going there with wife and 4 teenagers in August this year.3 BED villa

Looking for good food locations and any good bars with live entertainment.

Any hints on how to get the best out of our 7 days there would be gr8.
Also - Will we need to take electric fans or is there any air con?
