http://www.box.com/shared/934yiiq9s3

By oppressing Khmer people, Hun Sen indeed challenges Khmer people to rise up against Vietnam-a country which helped put Hun Sen and the CPP team in power. Oppression and unfair treatment of Cambodian poor people may lead to countrywide people's unrest. Maybe this is what Hun Sen wants-- for Cambodians to rise up.

Hun Sen has signaled and hinted many times that the Vietnamese presence in Cambodia is real and dangerous. He mentioned one time that he would armed anyone who dare to fight the Vietnamese but he would also provide him/her with a coffin. The warnings have been misunderstood as threats, but they could also mean that Hun Sen was telling the people to look into the other approach to fight the Vietnamese.

He has continuously warned the oppositions to unite and challenge him. However, the oppositions are not strong enough to even oppose Hun Sen and the CPP-- the Vietnamese puppet.

It's up to all Khmers to liberate ourselves from the Vietnamese claws.
PHNOM PENH (Cambodia Herald) - King Norodom Sihamoni is expected to travel to China this week with King Father Norodom Sihanouk and his wife, Prince Sisowath Thomico said Tuesday. The prince, who is assistant to the King Father, acknowledged that Sihanouk had previously vowed to "stay in Cambodia forever and not leave for China again

"However, he was recommended by Chinese doctors who said that even though they could travel to Cambodia they would not be able to bring medical equipment.
"So the King Father should visit China where they have medical equipment for his medical checkup and treatment," the prinec said.

Another source said the departure was scheduled for Thursday.
Cambodia's ailing former king Norodom Sihanouk left his country again for Beijing on Thursday to undergo medical tests, despite a vow to stay in his homeland forever.

Cambodia's former king, Norodom Sihanouk (C), speaks during a ceremony as the present king Norodom Sihamoni (L) and former queen Norodom Monineath Sihanouk (R) look on at the Royal Palace in Phnom Penh, in 2011. Sihanouk left his country again for Beijing on Thursday to undergo medical tests, despite a vow to stay in his homeland forever.

The 89-year-old ex-monarch, who is a revered figure in Cambodia, smiled and waved to well-wishers as he was given a red-carpet sendoff by Prime Minister Hun Sen and other senior government officials at Phnom Penh airport.

It is unclear how long Sihanouk, who is travelling with his wife and their son King Norodom Sihamoni, will remain abroad.

The ex-monarch has suffered from a number of ailments in recent years, including cancer, diabetes and hypertension. He has been a frequent visitor to China, where he received the bulk of his treatment.

After returning in October from a previous stay of almost three months in Beijing, Sihanouk told his compatriots that he would never leave Cambodia again, in a speech to mark the 20th anniversary of his return from exile.

But his medical needs have made it impossible to keep that promise, Sihanouk's personal secretary Prince Sisowath Thomico told AFP.

"The Chinese doctors can travel to treat him in Cambodia, but they can't bring their equipment with them so they asked him to go to China for a check-up," Thomico said.

"His health is still good," he added. "He is still strong."

One of Asia's longest-serving monarchs, the former king abruptly quit the throne in October 2004 in favour of his son, citing old age and health problems.

Despite abdicating, the ex-monarch sometimes uses his website to communicate with the outside world.

In his most recent message in early January, he said he wanted to be cremated upon his death and have his ashes kept in an urn inside the Royal Palace, reversing an earlier wish to be buried.
