Clix4Profits Update

You have probably noticed from previous posts, Clix4Profits Update and Clix4Profits Review, that it is my current overall favorite text ad exchange for earning on, and is currently the top free TAE in my portfolio that is near payout cap (which is $25 at Clix4Profits). The earning capacity of this text ad exchange is favorable. It has Paid to Click links (2 cents as a Pro membership, which is easily obtained by points exchange, and I made enough on my first day of participation for that!), and activity bonuses for the active member. Cloaking Links in Text Ad Exchanges

Welcome to another piece of advice, here on Tims Text Ad Success. Today's focus will be on cloaking links in free text ad exchanges. This process is almost the same as link shortening.

By cloaking your link in a text ad exchange you will normally benefit from an embedded url which means if the prospect reading link may join the exchange you are with through the url-cloaker frame. This can build you referrals easily. The main purpose however is to hide the url in the address bar, which helps to protect affiliate commissions when promoting them in this way.

I have found something that is far more effective, and has been a like a paladin hammer in my promotions. It is called eCash.

The way eCash works is that there is a small unobtrusive banner bar located at the top of the page of the links you shorten like the one below:

Whenever someone clicks on the ad to the right of the eCash logo, it sends them to one of the 50+ sales pages for a product or service that participages in the Low-Stress Income's affiliate program.

Anytime that someone goes to a page from the banner bar, your affiliate ID is automatically associated with that potential customer. Should they choose to place an order, you recieve a commission. Most products carry a 50% commission. Once your commissions become eligable for payout, eCash will send you a check or wire with your payment. They issue payments once per week.

Finally, if someone clicks on the eCash logo on the banner bar, they are taken to the eCash site. If they choose to sign up for the service, they become your sub-affiliate. This means that any sales they generate also earn you additional commissions. Therefore you not only make money by using the service, but by telling others about the service.

eCash does not pay for impressions or for link creation. This is an affiliate program which pays commission on sales. Therefore the act of making short URLs alone will not earn you commissions; you must share and distribute your links in order to gain exposure.

By using this service I have received several commissions for product sales and have obtained 4 sub-affiliates, two of which seem to be top-guns, and earning me a nice residual. This freebie program has the goods, and I say get all over it.

Organizing Your TAE Accounts

Hi, and welcome to a post regarding the organization of your free text ad exchange accounts. I believe this is an important thing to do to keep track of earnings, referrals, and your own notes on advertising performance.

It is best to keep a Spreadsheet in Excel or similar application. You can be as general and brief as you want (for example I record referral count and earned commissions, and have facility to monitor pay-outs and adjust commissions balance accordingly with autosum). You can get very detailed and record results of text ads, solo mailings and banner click-thrus. This can help you determine which exchanges are performing best for your time and/or cash investment.

Please refer to my previous post, 3 Tips For Easier Text Ad Exchange Utilization, for the guidelines that will smooth your transition into a power-user of text ad exchanges.

3 Tips for Easier Text Ad Exchange Utilization

Welcome to Tims Text Ad Success. Today's post will be a set of useful tips rather than an exchange review. It is my aim in this post to highlight the critical factors to make your text ad exchange marketing more productive.

Tip One
First and foremost I strongly recommend you create a specific free email address for use when registering with text ad exchanges, and to receive the solo ads, admin updates and referral/commission notices. The ONLY way to go is a GMail account. These accounts are universally accepted by text ad exchanges, and are perfectly suited to the task of handling the influx of emails that the use of multiple text ad exchanges can bring.

Tip Two
Keep track of the sites you are a member of. I keep an Excel spreadsheet on my desktop to keep track of advertising points and commissions. I like it because my AutoSum total keeps growing by the day. Also it could be of help to have a specific Folder within your bookmarks for your text ad exchanges.

Tip Three
Follow the rules. These sites do pay commissions for referring members and sometimes for your activity reading solos and visiting traffic links and such, but they don't want to see "milkers". That being people that just want to make money through clicking and not actually using your advertising credits to promote. I log into my text ad exchanges daily, being active on the sites, by visiting traffic links, text ads and paid links. When I have finished I go into my advertising and either add some more impressions to my banners, or send a solo advertisement or post a traffic link.

Joint Venture Ads Review

Hello and welcome to another free text ad exchange review. In the lime-light today is Joint Venture Ads, one of my "premium" earners ;)

By "premium" I mean investment. This is one exchange that I have paid for top level membership. And there is a good reason for that. Anne Gath, the Admin of Joint Venture Ads, has allowed for a 25% revenue share for the Joint Venture Partner members. A life-time revenue share for $28 one time is a no-brainer. Once you have received your small investment back you will be in profit, and its not hard to do that promoting this exchange. The JV Partner membership has 40% commission on referral upgrades and purchases, so introducing 3 people would see you break even and be in profit.

The over reason behind my decision to upgrade was for the much higher accural rate of points. This free text ad exchange is growing steadily, with a current membership base of 1077. It was 833 when I first joined (about a month ago at this point), so you could average its growth at 30 to 50 members a week.

I have found very good response on the solo ad system on this site, and I am also aware that Anne Gath is a very active Admin and is constantly scrubbing through memberships and deleting the inactive and fraudulent members to maintain a good overall responsive audience and prevents wastage of your advertising credits when you promote.

To summarize, Joint Venture Ads is the perfect choice for the internet marketer with a taste for lifetime revenue share, and a responsive audience to promote programs to and build a mailing list. Clix4Profits Update

Hello and welcome. This is a brief follow up on my Clix4Profits Review, which was submitted to this blog on the 30th of December. The free text ad exchange has proven to be my top performer at the moment and I have noticed an excellent click through rate (CTR) on my banners shown on their site and mails, so if you are after an active exchange this is a hot choice for your top 10, and I say top ten because when in the frugal marketing game you need to maximize your free resources to ensure you are getting a reasonable response that either builds your opt-in list or create sales or build a paid down-line.

The current membership is (as of this post) at 1464. My initial review the site had 1419 members, so in two weeks it has grown by 45 members, and this is again a good sign of an active and growing exchange.

Also I have made another $2 commission from activity and a referral (a free one, and I still got commission :D ). A little under $6 to go before I reach the payment threshold of $25. And it will mark my first payed commission from a text ad exchange. As always, I will keep you posted on the progress at Clix4Profits and at other free text ad exchanges I use, and keep the fresh reviews coming. Hi and welcome back to Tims Text Ad Success. Today's review will focus on Real Cash Money, which was the second free text ad exchange that I joined.

I joined Real Cash Money when its membership base was 400 members. It is now over 600, and it has done this in about a month, so you could say the exchange grows by approximately 50 members a week on average. This is an important thing to keep an eye on, as an exchange that doesn't perform will not grow over time, they will shut down.

They have all the usual advertising mediums available to them, however those of you looking for paid links (PTC) they unfortunately do not offer these as an option, however your earning capacity on this exchange is improved by their excellent referral commissions. Pro and Business referrals will attract regular commissions, which are paid out every Wednesday if you have met the payment threshold. Their upgraded memberships are monthly paid, so the ability to produce a passive income stream is there.

Hello and welcome to my latest blog, which will focus entirely on the use of Text Ad Exchanges for purposes of advertising effectively online (especially if on a shoe-string budget) and how to earn effectively from them and promote them to others to increase your residual profits.

First though, I would like to get into a quick background of how I got into internet marketing. Its not one of those doom and gloom and magic rainbows at the end like those corny "guru" sales-letters. Its down to earth and honest, so if you are after hype and overnight million dollars, this isn't the place to be, sorry! But if you want to hear a story that can maybe offer you some hope or staying power in your attempts at internet marketing, than please brew up a coffee and have a read.

My name is Timothy Graeme Albiez. I work full time as a storeperson/fork-lift operator in a refrigerated warehouse for Woolworths Limited, the largest food retailer in Australia. My wife of just over a year works part-time as a stewardess, in a civilian-support role to the RAAF (Royal Australian Air Force) base in Townsville, North Queensland, our tropical home. We have two children and another due in mid April.

Recently, despite the recent economic down-turn, Kirsty and I have been able to secure a home-loan and get out of the rental trap and build equity in a real asset. Its been a long road for us to travel to get to this point. We have been in seven rentals previously and almost all of them had have a disaster to befall us, with the majority of the problems stemming from private landlords and their excessive and callous greed.

In September of 2008, Kirsty suggested that maybe we could supplement our income with something generated in spare time, like on the internet. I had never given the idea much thought, and began investigating, but in true fact, I had started with failures, expensive ones, before learning the bigger picture and how to actually get that pot-of-gold that all internet marketers aspire for.

It started with Bux.to, the useless ponzi, but it sucked me in initially. Premium membership and 100 refs package. Fail #1. While I have received $40 in cash-outs, I am still yet to recoup what I invested. I intend to stop participating in that program once I have recouped my investment, just as a matter of principle.

I started using traffic exchanges, and use them incorrectly I did, making Fail #2. Promoting generic affiliate and landing pages on traffic exchanges yields very low if any results of value. The key aspect to successful promotion using traffic exchanges is to promote you, not your business.

I have made some other silly stuff-ups while building multiple streams of income online, and the most notable one left to tell here would be with Google AdSense. I actually started to build a healthy balance, and was happy to receive my first A$150. However not too long before my next payment was due my account was suspended. Google kindly reminded my to the part of their TOS that I must of not absorbed at all. And that was related to using incentive-type traffic (ie: traffic exchange, paid-to-click) to promote my pages with AdSense ads. FAIL #3.

But after all of this I still laugh out loud at the fact that I am now using a growing collective of free text ad exchange memberships to not only improve the quality of traffic to my websites and blogs but to earn nice residual income from not just promoting and earning commissions from a growing downline, but from participation in the sites themselves.

It is my sole objective through this blog to go into depth the programs I am in and the benefits of using them, building your downlines and income within them, and powering your own promotions. With every text ad exchange I offer I will be offering exclusive bonuses to those who sign up and meet certain conditions.
