it's been a while since i've been blogging......goin a bit lazy of course....hehehe......but at least i've done something new that i can do in life......I'm trying out something new for a moment so if u found something weird....it's juz me tinkering the blog.....

my visit to the Carmelite Monastery@Seremban

Just to share my short experiences at Seremban, Negri Sembilan. We started our journey at around 9.30am and using the new LEKAS highway that is faster than the usual North-South highway which is jammed with people going back south. During on our journey, we sang some Praise and Worship songs with me and my friend started singing in tongues (glossolalia) and said 2 decades of the rosary to pray for various intentions and a safe journey to Seremban.

We reached Mantin toll at around 10.45am and go on till we reach Seremban at around 11.10am. We went to Visitation church for a while to do our business and pray before the Tabernacle for 5 mins before we have to move on to Seremban Carmelite Monastery.We did get lost for a while since we missed the junction that leads to the Hospital Tun Jaafar.

We reached the monastery at around 11.27am. But by the time we reached there, we missed the visiting hours since it is pass 11.30am. We rang for them and we had a once in a lifetime experience of the Carmelite sister there.

she met us at the door of the monastery and her face has the soft bright aura of light around her and her smile was very warm and very much happy to see us. We gave her our contributions and took our names to be prayed for in their daily prayers.

At around 12 noon, the bell rang for prayers......we went to the chapel to pray and their sliding door behind the cloistered grill near the tabernacle opened and hear them saying their Divine Office. Their soft and gentle angelic voices permeated the echoing chapel and it gave a peaceful and prayerful atmosphere that enables one to communicate with the Lord effectively.

We stayed at the chapel for an hour while falling asleep in the chapel......whoops....luckily we didn't snore.....but the ambient atmosphere of this place was peaceful and it was a time to unwind with the Lord that grants rests to all weary and burdened souls.

we took some pics as well of that place, minding that there are certain areas that are not opened to public view although i can show what would be inside those walls and grills.
I think we took a lot of pics at that time and we enjoy the good cool air there, the peaceful ambience there and wished to come back again for the 2nd time. After we left the monastery, we stop by the place in Seremban to have our lunch and ate quite a lot and satisfying our hunger. We went to Seremban Siew Pow, quite a famous household name in Seremban and serving the best-tasting Siew Pow.

Besides their signature pastry, they also make a lot of variety of pastries such as soft and tasty egg tarts, crunchy and fantastic soya chips, soft and wonderful pineapple tarts and so on. the price there is quite reasonable and worth the money spent on.

We returned to Cheras at around 3.35pm with satisfaction and worth spending our time visiting the Carmelite sisters there and spending our time with the Lord.

My days after practicals and a life to come......

ahhh....what a beautiful day to start with......

at the time of writing this post, i'm enjoying my holidays in my hometown of Keningau, Sabah. Eventhough my holidays are only 2 weeks......yet i'm enjoying the every moment of my holidays.

My practicals in Johor was a memorable one. It was the experience-filled 2 months of work,fun and enjoyment. We (me and my friend) experienced everything, all the salt and sugar and gall that we felt throughout the entire practicals. So we felt blessed with lots of experiences gained thru our practicals.

Of course, i'll miss the place (although i don't wish to come back to Johor again), the people and all who i've met along the way. But, like people said, "life is journey" so like the Malay saying "kalau ada masa dan waktu, kita berjumpa lagi" (should the time and season crossed our paths, we shall meet again), i hope we'll meet again someday in accordance to the Lord's time.

I felt like shedding a tear after a 2 month stint but i tried controlling my emotions because i knew that this has to come to a close. But at the time i controlled my emotions, i felt sad, a little emotional and my heart felt heavy with grief but i believed that when everything is done and over, i'll just ponder on it and took it to heart what experience and lesson learned. Eventhough experience is not the best teacher, but it is worth it.

hmmmm........what's next?.......

hahaha........i just don't what to say next....i think i'm lost for words......but i'll update this blog later in days to come......then maybe i got something to say.......

oh well.........what to say.....

I'm leaving for Johor tomorrow since I'm posted to Johor for my 10 week practicals in a company called Beyonics Precision Machining Sdn. Bhd. which is famous for making moulds for certain industries and making somethings........which is located in Tampoi, Johor.

although I'm leaving tomorrow......i still feel nervous, excited since this is my first time going for practicals.But I'm also worried for the fact that this is a completely new place for me, the place very much alien to me.

But I believe that God has something for me that I don't have a clue because I've placed my trust in Him who is the El-Shaddai, the Provider of needs. the only thing that i'm worried is that i'm wondering if there is a church somewhere since I myself have no clue if there is a Catholic church in Johor.So I just hope and pray that I'll be able to find a Catholic church in Johor.

I may or may not be online for quite sometime so i hope i can go somewhere in Johor to go online and announce my arrival in Johor.Sort of.......hehe

I've just started blogging.......i thought i would just like to start one after a good deep thought.....i wouldn't want to talk much but i feel like it.....my mouth and my hands are itching to do so.....

anyway......i'll be blogging almost every week so stay tune to my post each time.....i'll be shifting from my previous blog in Friendster to here soon.....since i'm drifting away from Friendster....although i do visit it anyway....hehe....
