· 1500 cc air&lt;br /&gt;
· 500 cc santan kental&lt;br /&gt;
· 2 buah tomat, diiris tipis&lt;br /&gt;
· 1 batang daun bawang, diiris&lt;br /&gt;
· 1 batang daun seledri diiris&lt;br /&gt;
· 3 sdm minyak sayur&lt;br /&gt;
· bawang goreng&lt;br /&gt;
· emping goreng&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bumbu halus :&lt;br /&gt;
· 3 buah cabai merah&lt;br /&gt;
· 7 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;
· 10 buah bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;
· 2 cm jahe, iris halus&lt;br /&gt;
· 1 sdt merica&lt;br /&gt;
· 2 batang serai, memarkan&lt;br /&gt;
· 1 sdt cengkeh bubuk&lt;br /&gt;
· 4 lembar daun salam&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;
· Rebus daging sapi dengan 1500 cc air dengan api sedang.&lt;br /&gt;
· Masukkan 1 sdm garam. Masak sampai daging menjadi empuk.&lt;br /&gt;
· Angkat daging lalu dipotong dadu lebih 2 x 2 cm. Kemudian&lt;br /&gt;
· Siapkan panci isi dengan air secukupnya. Rebus paru sampai empuk. Setelah empuk, potong dadu kira-kira 2 x 2 cm&lt;br /&gt;
· Tumis sampai harum semua bumbu yang dihaluskan dengan 3 sdm minyak sayur. &lt;br /&gt;
· Masukan tumisan bumbu ke dalam air rebusan daging. &lt;br /&gt;
· Masukkan potongan paru dan daging ke dalam rebusan daging, kemudian tuang santan ke dalamnya. Rebus sampai mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;
· Tuang soto yang sudah mendidih ke dalam mangkok, beri irisan tomat, daun bawang, seledri dan bawang goreng. &lt;br /&gt;
· Hidangkan dengan emping goreng, sambal, dan acar dalam tempat terpisah.&lt;br /&gt;

2. Masukan kaldu/air, tutup selama 2-3 menit. &lt;br /&gt;
3. Setelah wortel agak empuk masukan bahan sayuran lain.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Beri garam secukupnya, aduk rata. &lt;br /&gt;
5. Setelah matang, masukan larutan maizena, aduk sampai kuah mengental dan mendidih. 6. Matikan api. &lt;br /&gt;

Tips : &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Api besar membuat bahan sayuran tetap berwarna hijau, dan matang tidak terlalu cepat dan jika digigit masih terasa renyah. &lt;br /&gt;
Matikan api pada saat sayuran masih berwarna hijau, periksa sayuran sudah matang atau belum dengan mencicip sedikit apakah sudah pas dengan selera. &lt;br /&gt;
Pindahkan segera ke dalam wadah saji supaya proses pematangannya berhenti dan sayuran tidak terlalu layu.&lt;br /&gt;

Untuk membuat Tumis Kangkung Belacan, hal-hal yang perlu disiapkan antara lain :&lt;br /&gt;

1 ikat kangkung, bersihkan, petik&lt;br /&gt;
2 sdm minyak untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;
1 cm lengkuas, memarkan&lt;br /&gt;
air kaldu/ air biasa&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bumbu Halus :&lt;br /&gt;
• 3 buah cabai merah&lt;br /&gt;
• 2 buah cabai rawit&lt;br /&gt;
• 4 butir bawang merah&lt;br /&gt;
• 3 siung bawang putih&lt;br /&gt;
• 1 sendok teh terasi&lt;br /&gt;
• 1/2 sendok teh garam &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cara membuat:&lt;br /&gt;
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus dan lengkuas sampai harum.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Masukkan kangkung ke dalam tumisan bumbu tadi. Masak dengan api besar. Aduk sampai kangkung layu.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Tuang air atau kaldu. Aduk dan biarkan matang. Angkat dan sajikan hangat.&lt;br /&gt;
