In 2008, Google launched Chrome to help make the web better. Excited that millions of people around the world use Chrome as their primary browser and Google want to keep improving that experience. Today, Google're introducing Chrome for Android, which brings many of the things you’ve come to love about Chrome to your Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich phone or tablet. Like the desktop version, Chrome for Android Beta is focused on speed and simplicity, but it also features seamless sign-in and sync so you can take your personalized web browsing experience with you wherever you go, across devices.

With Chrome for Android, you can search, navigate and browse fast—Chrome fast. You can scroll through web pages as quickly as you can flick your finger. When searching, your top search results are loaded in the background as you type so pages appear instantly. And of course, both search and navigation can all be done quickly from the Chrome omnibox.

Chrome for Android is designed from the ground up for mobile devices. Google reimagined tabs so they fit just as naturally on a small-screen phone as they do on a larger screen tablet. You can flip or swipe between an unlimited number of tabs using intuitive gestures, as if you’re holding a deck of cards in the palm of your hands, each one a new window to the web.
One of the biggest pains of mobile browsing is selecting the correct link out of several on a small-screen device. Link Preview does away with hunting and pecking for links on a web page by automatically zooming in on links to make selecting the precise one easier.

And as with Chrome on desktop, Google built Chrome for Android with privacy in mind from the beginning, including incognito mode for private browsing and fine-grained privacy options (tap menu icon, ‘Settings,’ and then ‘Privacy’).

You can now bring your personalized Chrome experience with you to your Android phone or tablet. If you sign in to Chrome on your Android device, you can:

View open tabs: Access the tabs you left open on your computer (also signed into Chrome)—picking up exactly where you left off.
Get smarter suggestions: If you visit a site often on your computer, you'll also get an autocomplete suggestion for it on your mobile device, so you can spend less time typing.
Sync bookmarks: Conveniently access your favorite sites no matter where you are or which device you’re using.

Chrome is now available in Beta from Android Market, in select countries and languages for phones and tablets with Android 4.0, Ice Cream Sandwich.

Wikipedia to shut down on January,18 (Wednesday) against SOPA & PIPA bills by US Govt.

Wikipedia's blackout on Wednesday

Wikipedia, the free online encyclopedia will shut down for 24 hours on Wednesday, Jan 18, said Wikipedia co-founder, Jimmy Wales on Monday, Jan 16.

According to Wales, the step comes after Wikipedia decided to protest against the anti-piracy bill that is currently under debate in the US senate.

"Student warning! Do your homework early. Wikipedia protesting bad law on Wednesday," Wales said on his Twitter page.

"I am just starting to do press interviews about the upcoming blackout of Wikipedia...This is going to be wow. I hope Wikipedia will melt phone systems in Washington on Wednesday. Tell everyone you know," he wrote.

He further said that the visitors would see a message flashing across the website that the website has been closed for 24 hours in a bid to show their protest against the anti-piracy laws called Protect IP Act (PIPA) and Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA).

SOPA has largely been an issue of debate in the US for the last few months, while Motion Picture Association of America say laws like SOPA, which has provisions like blocking websites at DNS level, is the dire need of the hour to fight piracy. And web giants like Google and Facebook are of the opinion that SOPA will choke innovation and affect freedom of speech.

According to ComScore, the English website of Wikipedia gets around 25 million visitors everyday.

Wikipedia will join the league with Reddit, BoingBoing, Cheezburger network, Craiglist, Mozilla, Minecraft including several other websites related to video games on Jan 18, for the shut down. Reports also reveal that Facebook and Google may also join the trail.

"Any effort to combat online piracy must guard against the risk of online censorship of lawful activity and must not inhibit innovation by our dynamic businesses large and small...We must avoid creating new cybersecurity risks or disrupting the underlying architecture of the Internet," said a note prepared by three senior officers on the provisions of SOPA.

"Our analysis of the DNS filtering provisions in some proposed legislation suggests that they pose a real risk to cybersecurity and yet leave contraband goods and services accessible online," said the note.

Do not try to remove Facebook Timeline: You could be a victim for scammers

If you're not a fan of Facebook's new Timeline, you're not alone. In a CIO.com poll of more than 600 people, 87 percent responded that they dislike the new profile design. Unfortunately for them -- and contrary to Facebook Pages and Groups popping up -- there's no hitting the rewind button to revert to the old profile.

When new Facebook features are added, scammers use the chaos, confusion and disdain to take advantage of unsuspecting users. The most recent instance involved the Facebook Ticker. There are ways to remove the Ticker by using browser extensions; however, there is no such fix for the Facebook Timeline.

Inside Facebook reported the following just recently:

“Despite Facebook’s efforts to educate users about the new profile, some people have misconceptions that make them susceptible to scams like these. We have found 16 Timeline-related scam pages, which have collectively gained more than 71,000 likes. The largest, with nearly 19,000 likes, has been around for at least two weeks. These pages are among the top search results when searching Facebook for “timeline.”

There are several Facebook Pages, rogue applications and rogue browser extensions claiming to show you how to remove the Timeline from your profile. Just doing a quick search via the Facebook Search bar revealed the following:

Timeline is being rolled out to all users. If you don’t have it now, then you soon will. If you have already made the switch and don’t like it, well, the bad news is that you are stuck with it. There is no way to revert back to your old profile.

Hacktivists Strikes again

The group, which recently breached the site of think tank Strategic Forecasting Inc, crippled at least 15 websites and exposed hundreds of names

Computer hackers from the Anonymous 'hacktivist' group have attacked German neo-Nazi groups, crippling a reported 15 websites, and exposing the names of hundreds of extreme right-wing supporters, reports The Daily Mail.
A Tweet sent to everyone trying to log onto one Nazi website said: 'We wish all Nazis a good start to the New Year.'
They have been joined by hackers in Spain, who posted a list of 1,000 alleged customers from a far-right shop.

    Anonymous's leaks site is called 'NaziLeaks'. Information on the operation – dubbed Operation Blitzkrieg – is circulating on Twitter tagged 'OpBlitzkrieg' and 'NaziLeaks'.
    At present the Nazi-Leaks website says that its account has been suspended.
    As usual with Anonymous's more public attacks, such as their Operation Darknet attack on paedophiles, information has been 'mirrored' on other sites to make it harder for 'victims' to get rid of.

    In Germany, the Nazi-Leaks website listed the names and personal details of people who Anonymous claims are account customers at far-right shops as well as contributors to the country's Junge Freiheit newspaper, which specialises in extreme right wing rants.
    It's not the first high-profile hacker attack on German far right supporters - an attack in May 2011 targeted many of the same sites as 'Operation Blitzkrieg'.
    Some of the information released in this attack appears to date from earlier hacker attacks on far right sites. The attack claims to have shut down 15 websites linked to Germany's neo-Nazi National Democratic Party, including one far right platform called Altermedia.

Managing multiple users on Chrome

Want to share a computer with your family or friends on a regular basis? Do you want to keep your bookmarks, themes, and settings separate from everyone else’s? You can add new users to Chrome to let everyone have their own personalized copies of Chrome on the same computer.

Add a new user

Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
Select Options (Preferences on Mac and Linux).
Click Personal Stuff.
In the “Users” section, click Add new user.
A new window for the user appears, with a special icon for the user in the top corner. Here, you can sign in to Chrome with a Google Account to associate the account with the user. Once signed in, all the bookmarks, apps, extensions, theme, and browser settings for the user will be synced to the account.

If you prefer, you can also choose to skip this step and not sign in. Settings for the user will be saved only on your computer instead.

( Multiple users using Chrome is intended to provide a quick and simple way to set up personalized copies of Chrome for people who are already sharing Chrome on the same computer. It isn’t intended to secure your data against other people using your computer. To truly protect your data from being seen by others, please use the built-in user accounts in your operating system of choice. )
Switch to another user

Click the icon on the top corner of the window and select the user you want to switch to.

Let us see about editing an user:

If you have multiple users associated with Chrome, you can change the label and icon associated with a particular user.

(These settings are not available if you only have one user associated with the browser. You can only edit the current user.)
1. Click the icon in the top corner of your window and select the user you want to edit.
2. A window for the user you've selected will appear. In that window, click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
3. Select Options (Preferences on Mac and Linux).
4. Click Personal Stuff.
5. In the “Users” section, select the user you'd like to edit.
6. Click Edit.
7. In the “Edit user” dialog that appears, you can choose a new name and icon for your user.
8. Click OK to save your changes.
How to delete an user:
1. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
2. Select Options (Mac & Linux: Preferences).
3. Click Personal Stuff.
4. In the “Users” section, select the user that you want to delete.
5. Click Delete. Alternatively, you can click the X icon to the right of the user.
6. In the confirmation dialog that appears, click Delete.

Randi Zuckerberg, the sister of Mark Zuckerberg, leaves Facebook in order to start her own company. After serving six years as director of marketing, the businesswoman says that she wants to get involved in a project of her own, that will still involve Facebook.

Randi Zuckerberg was named director of marketing for Facebook in 2005. Since then, she has been deeply involved in making the most popular social network what it is now. She has helped breaking the barriers that existed between the classic mass media and the internet media. She has helped develop Facebook as a mean of the mass media by itself. Now, six years after the first steps of this incredible journey, Facebook releases an official statement on Zuckerberg’s departure. “Randi has decided to leave Facebook to start her own company. We are all grateful for her important service”, the statement said to CNNMoney on Wednesday.

Randi , who is only 29 years old, says that her goal “is to launch my own innovative programming and work with media companies to develop their programming in new, and more social ways.” After spending years pouring her “heart and soul into innovating and pushing the media industry forward by introducing new concepts around live, social, participatory viewing that the media industry has since adopted”, Zuckerberg’s sister is going to start her own company, named “RtoZ Media”. But she is not going to leave the social network giant. Her new project will involve Facebook as well. “Facebook will clearly be a central element in all my projects”, the businesswoman said. She added that her plan is to demonstrate that “ANYONE” is able to do “groundbreaking media work in the platform.”

Prior to being Facebook’s marketing director, Randi Zuckerberg worked as a panelist on Forbes on Fox, a business analysis program, broadcasted on the Fox News channel.

Google Translate now supports 5 Indian languages: Tamil Telugu Kannada Bengali Gujarati

Beginning today, we can explore the linguistic diversity of the Indian sub-continent with Google Translate, which now supports five new experimental alpha languages: Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. In India and Bangladesh alone, more than 500 million people speak these five languages. Since 2009, Google have launched a total of 11 alpha languages, bringing the current number of languages supported by Google Translate to 63.

Indic languages differ from English in many ways, presenting several exciting challenges when developing their respective translation systems. Indian languages often use the Subject Object Verb (SOV) ordering to form sentences, unlike English, which uses Subject Verb Object (SVO) ordering. This difference in sentence structure makes it harder to produce fluent translations; the more words that need to be reordered, the more chance there is to make mistakes when moving them. Tamil, Telugu and Kannada are also highly agglutinative, meaning a single word often includes affixes that represent additional meaning, like tense or number. Fortunately, Google's research to improve Japanese (an SOV language) translation helped them with the word order challenge, while their work translating languages like German, Turkish and Russian provided insight into the agglutination problem.

You can expect translations for these new alpha languages to be less fluent and include many more untranslated words than some of the more mature languages—like Spanish or Chinese—which have much more of the web content that powers our statistical machine translation approach. Despite these challenges, Google release alpha languages when they believe that they help people better access the multilingual web. If you notice incorrect or missing translations for any of the languages, please correct them; Google enjoys learning from mistakes and your feedback helps them graduate new languages from alpha status. If you’re a translator, you’ll also be able to take advantage of their machine translated output when using the Google Translator Toolkit.

Since these languages each have their own unique scripts, we’ve enabled a transliterated input method for those of you without Indian language keyboards. For example, if you type in the word “nandri,” it will generate the Tamil word நன்றி (see what it means). To see all these beautiful scripts in action, you’ll need to install fonts* for each language.

I hope that the launch of these new alpha languages will help you better understand the Indic web and encourage the publication of new content in Indic languages, taking five alpha steps closer to a web without language barriers.

*Download the fonts for each language: Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Gujarati and Kannada.

Prority InBox - an upcoming feature from Gmail to all it's users

People often tell - Our inboxes are slammed with hundreds, sometimes thousands of messages a day—mail from colleagues, from lists, about appointments and automated mail that’s often not important. It’s time-consuming to figure out what needs to be read and what needs a reply. Today, we’re happy to announce Priority Inbox (in beta)—an experimental new way of taking on information overload in Gmail.

Gmail has always been pretty good at filtering junk mail into the “spam” folder. But today, in addition to spam, people get a lot of mail that isn't outright junk but isn't very important. So google evolved Gmail's filter to address this problem and extended it to not only classify outright spam, but also to help users separate this from the important stuff. In a way, Priority Inbox is like your personal assistant, helping you focus on the messages that matter without requiring you to set up complex rules.

Priority Inbox splits your inbox into three sections: “Important and unread,” “Starred” and “Everything else”:

As messages come in, Gmail automatically flags some of them as important. Gmail uses a variety of signals to predict which messages are important, including the people you email most (if you email Ganesh a lot, a message from Ganesh is probably important) and which messages you open and reply to (these are likely more important than the ones you skip over). And as you use Gmail, it will get better at categorizing messages for you. You can help it get better by clicking the or buttons at the top of the inbox to correctly mark a conversation as important or not important. (You can even set up filters to always mark certain things important or unimportant, or rearrange and customize the three inbox sections.)

Priority Inbox will be rolling out to all Gmail users, including those of you who use Google Apps, over the next week or so. Once you see the "New! Priority Inbox" link in the top right corner of your Gmail account (or the new Priority Inbox tab in Gmail Settings), take a look.

Moser Baer launched ultra slim (weighs 1.3g) USB Drives

Moser Baer just launched a new family of slim USB drives, which is available in two models – 4GB for Rs. 750, and 8GB for Rs. 1,150. It claims that the 8GB model happens to be the thinnest 8GB flash drive in the world. Well it certainly is thin, measuring in at just 29.4 x 12.4 x 2.3mm, and weighing in at a feather light 1.3g.

Moser Baer says it managed to squeeze in 8GB into such a small case using "Chip-on-Board technology". They are both available in vivid variety of colours - red, pink, orange, green, and yellow. The USB 2.0 drives will also come with a 5-year limited warranty, and are compatible with Windows, Mac, and Linux, apart from support with the legacy USB 1.1 interface. An added bonus is the password protect feature, and MyZone media organizer tools.

When google first introduced our real-time search features last December, google focused on bringing relevance to the freshest information on the web. Google's goal was to provide real-time content from a comprehensive set of sources, integrated right into your usual search results. Today they’re making most significant enhancements to date, giving real-time information its own home and more powerful tools to help you find what you need. Now you can access Google Realtime Search at its own address, www.google.com/realtime (the page is rolling out now and should be available soon. Use this link if you want to try out the new features right away).

On the new homepage you’ll find some great tools to help you refine and understand your results. First, you can use geographic refinements to find updates and news near you, or in a region you specify. So if you’re traveling to Los Angeles this summer, you can check out tweets from Angelenos to get ideas for activities happening right where you are.

In addition, google added a conversations view, making it easy to follow a discussion on the real-time web. Often a single tweet sparks a larger conversation of re-tweets and other replies, but to put it together you have to click through a bunch of links and figure it out yourself. With the new “full conversation” feature, you can browse the entire conversation in a single glance. Google organizes the tweets from oldest to newest and indent so you quickly see how the conversation developed.

Finally, they’ve also added updates content to Google Alerts, making it easy to stay informed about a topic of your choosing. Now you can create an alert specifically for “updates” to get an email the moment your topic appears on Twitter or other short-form services. Or, if you want to manage your email volume, you can set alerts to email you once per day or week.

If you don�t when the spider indexes your site the stop words could affect how your site is indexed and maybe lower your position in the search engines. Also if you have the first word in your title being "the" or one of the other stop words this will once again affect how your site is indexed in the search engine.
Please don't use Comments Tags! Most search engines no longer support them. In the past, many people abused this tag to commit "keyword stuffing". Keyword stuffing is a form of Spam. If you "spam" the search engine, you will probably be penalized. The search engine may refuse to index your site, or it may index it with a very poor position for your anticipated keyword phrases. Again, study the rules available at the particular search engine's site to avoid doing anything that could be considered "spamdexing"; after all, you would like to earn your high rank as opposed to getting it by unethically "stacking the deck" in your favor. You don't like it when people spam you (i.e., sending unsolicited bulk commercial e-mail), so why would you want to "spam the search engines"?
Avoid using complicated Javascripts for your navigation. Simple HTML links are best because search engine spiders cannot follow javascript-based links. The rest of the pages on your site will not be indexed if the spider is not able to navigate to the individual pages.
Don't submit your URL address multiple times during the day. Also don't submit hundreds of URLs from the same website. A much better technique is to create a site map with all your links on one page. Link to the site map from your home page so that the search engine spider can find all your pages easily.

Getting Multiple Listing on the Same Search Engine

There is an easy way to get multiple listings with the same search engines. The trick to this is to change the title of your page every month or so. This tricks the search engine robots into thinking that it is a whole new page. I have also seen sites that leave out the www when submitting their site.

Why the $35 Indian Tablet PC will never exist

"India unveils $35 computer for students," says CNN.com. "India unveils prototype for $35 touch-screen computer," reports BBC News. "India to provide $35 computing device to students," says BusinessWeek.

Wow! That's great! Too bad it will never exist. That this announcement is reported straight and without even a hint of skepticism is incomprehensible to me.

India's human resource ministry announced this week a "breakthrough" solar-powered tablet computer that would cost only US$35 in "early 2011." Reports say the tablet was developed at various Indian universities. "We have made the breakthrough and are now ready to capture the market," said Mamta Varma, a spokeswoman for the human-resource-development ministry.

In the first phase of the rollout, a million tablets would be provided to university students. In later phases, the program would be expanded to primary and secondary students. Millions of students would be using these cheap tablets within a year.

Officials even hinted that in the future the price could drop to $10 per tablet.

The project appears to target a similar demographic and purpose as the "One Laptop per Child program, which is still struggling to bring the cost of its non-solar, non-touch screen computer down to its goal of $100.

What's really going on

Because the mainstream media is too gullible, shameless and lazy to report this story with even the slightest hint of skepticism, let me spell out what is almost certainly going on here.

Indian politicians have discovered that announcing technological "breakthroughs" that leverage Indian engineering prowess to deliver computers to everybody helps get press and win votes. It's a cheap gimmick that works because of the gullibility of the media.

While the press pays attention to the Big Announcement, hardly any media outlets notices later when nothing ever comes of it. Why? Because a headline with "$35 tablet" in it brings traffic, eyeballs and readers, whereas a headline with "media duped again" brings only shame. So they go for the glory, but omit the shame.

For example: In February of last year, the Indian government announced a $10 to $20 laptop called the "Shaksat. Like the $35 tablet, the Shaksat had 2GB of RAM, but details on other components were impossible to come by.

It was to be rolled out in 6 months, and was to be used by millions of students across India, transforming the Indian educational system and economy. So where is the Shaksat?

In 1999, a group of Indian scientists and engineers developed a low-cost computer for the poor called the "Simputer. It was a Linux-basedpen-and-touch tablet with text-to-speech capability. The Simputer was announced with great fanfare by the Indian government. The goal was to sell 50,000, but only 4,000 were ever sold.

Are you detecting a formula here? Pandering politicians hold up a prototype and proclaim a "breakthrough." A new computer, developed by students and professors at India's prestigious engineering universities, has "cracked the code" for low-cost computing for the masses.

Very soon these devices will be pushed out to Indian students, transforming the educational levels of the country and providing the tools for Indian technological leadership in the future.

Everybody wants to believe this story. But that doesn't make it true.

Why the $35 Indian tablet will never exist

India itself doesn't build touch screens. They would have to be imported from China or Taiwan. The current price for this component alone exceeds $35. Like touch-screens, most solar panels are also built in China. But even the cheapest ones powerful enough to charge a tablet battery are more expensive to manufacture than $35.

Plus you need to pay for the 2GB of RAM, the case, and the rest of the computer electronics. Even if you factor in Moore's Law, and assume the absolute cheapest rock-bottom junk components, a solar touch-tablet with 2GB of RAM cannot be built anytime soon for less than $100.

More to the point, no country in the world can build a cheaper computer than China can. The entire tech sector in China is optimized for ultra low-cost manufacturing. All the engineering brilliance in India can't change that.

Even if Moore's Law unexpectedly accelerated, and India was miraculously able to build a $35 tablet next year, there would be 100 Chinese companies selling tablets for $20 and the Indian initiative would be pointless anyway.

This is largely what happened with the Simputer. By the time the consortium managed to get the device through the manufacturing process, the open market was producing devices that were far cheaper and better.

So in addition to this latest engineering "breakthrough" announced by the Indian government, they would also have to make a breakthrough in the ability of governments to produce cheaper computers than the open market, an event that has never before occurred -- and probably never will.

The awful truth

The $35 tablet announcement was nothing more than shameless political opportunism. The world's media were suckered (again) -- hook, line and sinker.

The whole affair is a shameful, disgusting spectacle that represents everything that's wrong with politics, the media, and public gullibility in the new idiocracy.

Cheap computers are nice. But what we really need is a little common sense.

Tab Candy - an upcoming Firefox feature

Aza Raskin, the Creative Lead of Firefox, has recently published in his blog that the Firefox interface team is working on a project which will make browser tabs even more powerful.

A prolonged browsing session for a veteran internet user, usually results in the tab bar becoming way too congested. While most of the users are multitasking online, such as messaging/email, social networking, blogging, researching, purchasing, gaming and so on, it is tough to keep a track of which tabs are for what task! Having multiple browsers are a solution, but what if you love your favourite browser too much to work on anything else? Experts may install multiple instances of same browser, or use multiple profiles as a workaround, but let's not get into that - it's just too much of a pain for a general user!

That's where Tab Candy will come to rescue us. This feature will let users manage any number of tabs, dividing into groups, and allow them to open only a certain group of tabs to concentrate on that work. So, no more searching for tabs in an array of 50 or more of them, simply to find a tab you opened a while ago to read later, then got busy on some other page.

It's just a simple click of a button, and the Tab Candy menu will open, showing the thumbnails of the tabs which are currently open. You can then play around making several groups, naming-renaming the groups, resizing, arranging them on the screen, simply do anything with them that will suit you better. Opening a group will open only those tab sets that are associated with it, so that you get the tabs which you need the most, at that point of time; when you are done, move on to the next ~~tab group~~ task you have to do. Searching for a tab/text in a tab will get simplified, as you can be able to search for a string in any of the open tabs, simultaneously. And yeah, it comes with the save (tab-groups and) session feature too, along with an advanced tagging feature (which lets you just write it in, instead of saving the session) to make you find what you are looking for quickly.

as been reported that this feature will make Firefox substantially heavy on resources, more than ever before, but that is not really the case. Well, it's true that Tab Candy will surely make users not feel the need to close a tab, but with spatial memory management, Firefox will not be a resource hog. Moreover, being designed just upon HTML, JavaScript and CSS, this feature will be only as heavy as a simple web app, or even less than that.

Tab Candy is set to release with Firefox 4, but in the meanwhile, PreAlpha nightly builds of Firefox (Minefield) containing the Tab Candy feature are available for early adopters and testers. While at an early stage of development, it still looks mighty useful, and let's keep our fingers crossed to be amazed by the time it lands!

Indian laptop is world’s cheapest

The laptop, unveiled by Human Resource Development Minister Kapil Sibal, has all the basic features, including a built-in keyboard, a 2GB memory, WiFi connectivity, USB ports and is powered by a 2watt system. The device is likely to be available next year.
    The seven and nine inch Linuxbased touchscreen gadget can also be run on solar power, besides the battery operated system. The computing device will support functions like video web conferencing facility, and multimedia content viewing.
    The HRD ministry, under whose initiative the computer was designed and developed, hopes to bring down the price to $10 (Rs 470 approx) after the device is mass produced.
    Accordingly, the ministry is reported to be in discussions with entrepreneurs, private firms and industries.
    “If more companies decide to manufacture a similar device, prices will come down automatically,” Sibal said after unveiling the device.
    Teams of experts, students and professors drawn from the Indian Institutes of Technology at Kharagpur, Kanpur, Chennai and Mumbai and the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, offered their expertise to bring out the device with the HRD ministry.
    The low-cost PC fulfils a mission of the government to provide free content to learners.
    The HRD ministry undertook the initiative to develop the PC after meeting with lukewarm response from corporates.
    One motherboard was reportedly designed by a student of Vellore Institute of Technology and was fabricated at IIT Kanpur. The cost had worked out to Rs 2,209. Thereafter, the processes of customisation helped reduce the price of the device.
