Building backlinks is probably the most discussed topic in discussions about SEO. Unlike on-page SEO, off-page SEO (build backlinks) has no any limitation on the applied methods. A backlink building method is effective or not depending on qualifications and the creation of your campaign. Summary, the purpose of building backlink is trying to put your website link on other sites as much as possible, a link with dofollow attribute placed on high PR pages is even more wonderful.

I’ve got many questions around backlink building issues: “How to build backlinks for my blog effectively?”, How to find good website for building dofollow backlinks? How to build backlinks to avoid Google penalty?”.etc… and many similar questions, but my answer is very simple:

Just build backlinks as a natural way, go to where they try to complement content, comments then by the way, link back to your website. No matter what it is dofollow or nofollow, just do not spam.

But why I say no matter what it is dofollow or nofollow?

Dear friends, Google can identify a backlink purchasing behavior by checking your dofollow backlink rate. Of course, those backlink like that will carry two attribute “dofollow and high page rank.” So if you do not want Google sending mail that you are creating an unnatural linking campaign, you should maintain nofollow and dofollow ratio is 50/50.

Next, for many newcomers, don’t try to learn how to find dofollow blog, how to build quality backlinks. Just building backlink as your own way, focus a site and apply your strategy. Gradually you will know how to adjust the method to construct more effective backlinks. That is my honest advice.

But for more easy for you to know what to do to get backlinks, I would like to share with you 33 tips which will help you get both quality and normal backlinks.

1. Create a quality post like my current post by yourself. Generally, people will think an article like this will be very valuable for someone, and it is hard to resist them for sharing or just copy to their website.

2. Create a general tutorial like “10 tricks to find dofollow blogs”. Imagine you are looking to learn about SEO, then you know and understand what is the thing that other people need to find dofollow blog, so you will know what to do.

4. Create a summarize post from popular articles of a certain topic. It is helpful for those who are looking for a particular article with minimum time.

5. Try to write a true “huge” and detail article as much as possible. You will see a few backlinks from other sites pointing to your articles because they copied our post. Of course, don’t forget inserting internal backlinks in your article.

6. Write the topics that you sure many people will understand what you want to convey and get a lot of attention. Such as scandal, satire, .etc..

7. Spend time to Fix typos, punctuation, line breaks. If you write in English it is even more important, nobody want to quote an article with too many spelling mistakes.

8. Submit your articles (100% wrote by yourself, no copy) to the article directory such as EzineArticle, GoArticle, iShare, .etc… This way is very effective, those article sites also has pretty high rank and allow dofollow backlinks.

9. Create your post on the magazines, other online newspapers which have the relevant topic (just the websites that allows posting collaboration). For example, if you have articles about SEO, then sign up WebProNews, or you can search around with Google. Of course, articles must be written by yourself, you did not publish any where including your site.

10. Post to the Press Release pages.

11. Exchange of posts with other bloggers / web-masters and also exchange backlinks to each other. This is another form of guest blogging.

12. Submit website to DMOZ, this way is a little old but still effective.

13. Submit to the premium directory websites. This method is also an old way but still work well.

14. If you have multiple sites, create an index list on each and point links to each other.

15. Post to Social Bookmarking sites like Digg .etc.. This way help many web-masters and other bloggers can find your content and cite if it’s helpful.

16. If you use Facebook, Tumblr, … regularly, you will see plenty Meme be shared each day. Let learn to know what are hot Meme trends and make your own one, then post to Facebook , Tumblr … remember include your link in source link or description fields.

17. If you are a company, please post it on the library website for businesses, organizations and commercialization.

18. Launch an affiliate program. Learn from the other popular marketers, who are sharing the affiliate links each day to know what’s the most effective way.

19. Answer questions on Yahoo Answers, Google Groups, Google Answers and links back to your article but remember your articles must be related to the question.

20. Go to Wikipedia to find articles which has content related to your website, then modify them for adding more detail information, and including a link to your website. If not found any articles like that, write one by yourself.

21. Join the Squisdoo community and writing new article there, and in every article, you can add your backlink in content. If your article useful, no body will be uncomfortable with just a few backlinks in the content.

22. Most forums allow you to insert links in signature. Use this way to insert your website link there and go around to post about 5 articles or 10 replies.

23. Create multiple sub-blogs and link themselves. This way is not recommend (Google will ban your site), but if you not spam, everything will be fine.

24. When blogging, remember linking to other bloggers posts. It’s even better if those bloggers is intimate with you. Because as usual, all professional bloggers will track who is setting backlinks to their site and they will visit your website. Also remind them to put the link to you if your articles are useful.

25. Comment on other blogs. The links in the comments section are perhaps less effective than SEO. But if your comment is valuable, you will get a lot of hits, then your site will be well known by more people and this way will help you have more opportunities to promote more blog widely.

26. Buy backlink at Botw.

27. Try to design your blog so beautiful, more people will pay attention and then post your interface to discuss in their forums.

28. Funding for the contest on other websites with small scale. 100% of them will put backlinks to your website in the article about the contest.

29. Create a gift program or a competition. Many people will notice and share your links to other websites. Spend $100, $200 to do something like that is very worthy and effective than spending money on buying related backlinks or waste on marketing and advertising campaigns.

30. Create a collection of useful online tools. Everybody will see it interesting and useful and then they will share.

Focus on building good content is now also very important and appreciated by Google. Also, the building backlink campaigns are now very high risk, but if you don’t care about backlinks for your site, that is flawed. Only backlinks can help you survive long on the top of search results.

So how writing good content and also generating many valuable backlinks is our goal. A good content can help you get a lot of natural backlinks is something that everyone knows already. But the biggest problem is to select what content to write for getting the most quality backlinks.

In this article I will share with you some personal experience of writing content to build passive backlinks (natural backlinks).The benefit of this method is helping you getting quality backlinks completely passive and long, difficult (or impossible) to be punished by Google.

1. Detail or Unique Articles

We must understand that if you want to be pointed links by someone to your posts, you must make them thinking that your articles contains many rewarding valuable information that they would recommend to others. At least, your posts could also solve a hard problem because no one will link back to a post like many other articles on the Internet.

Writing these kinds of article is not not difficult, you just need to invest much time into refining and finding relevant information and then transform those information into a coherent article.

2. Photos Post or Infographic

There are two very simple reasons why the posts contain images will be shared at most:

You’ll spend a lot of effort if you want to store and edit photos of the original post.
If the photo is Infographic, then even more people want to link back to original post, simply bacause that image will take a lot of host bandwidth if you store on your hosting. And if you upload to a free online photo service, the image will have not a standard size and color, or have no long age.

And one more, there is one external ability that only Infographic has, that is visualization. Just with a picture you can convey a lot of messages to readers and they can understand it easily.

SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is an important process that I do for my blogs every day to make them getting better ranking on search engines. Not saying off-page SEO techniques, in this article, I want to talk about some on-page SEO tips, that are usually mentioned by any web-master and blogger in basic SEO Guide, they are called: post title SEO tips.

At beginning, my blog has many quality and important articles, but I realized that has only some entries getting plenty of views and others not getting good traffic like that. If you also met that case, my tips in this post are for you to find out what is the thing that’s the leading causes for low rankings on search engines of your great articles.

Optimize Article Title Examples

So, if we want to resolve this situation, the first thing we should think about now is that how to write a good article title which can bring back a lot of traffic by occupying good rankings on search engines (for relevant search queries). If you can not imagine why an optimized article title can affect to views for your site, just trying to visualize two following examples:

Thereby, search engines will also prioritize showing your result on the first page because its detail in the article title.

OK, now I think you already understand about the importance of an optimized article title. If you are interested, please continue with my “tips” to know how to optimize article titles as below.

3 Steps to Optimize Article Titles for More Traffic

Before starting with my tips to write search engine friendly title, we need to set some mandatory requirements as follows:

The title must relate closely to the content
The title is no longer than 70 characters because the search results display only the first 70 characters in the title
The title must have at least one keyword or important keyword phrase in the article content
Only write title after finishing the article content

Step 1. Analyze Main Keyword

Keyword analysis is a very important step that you need to do first when starting title optimization. This step helps you identify important keywords which is being searched by many people to input it into your title.

Currently there are many keyword analysis tools, but I like Google’s Keyword Planner most (you must have Google Adwords account first) because it’s free and professional. If you do not know how to use it, let me explain how to use this tool to analyze and find optimized keywords to set to title.

Assuming we are preparing to write an article about “how to create a blog” and we use this tool to find relevant keywords which are being sought by a lot of people to use in our title. At first, we will access to Google Adwords homepage and choose Keyword Planner.

Now, enter a focus keyword, modify some advance filters and click Get ideas button. In this example, we will take the keyword “start blogging” for the main keyword to find relevant keywords.

Then the tool will list all relevant keywords as below, includes important information such as the level of competition, the volume of searches per month in the country and globally. In the new version of Google’s Keyword Planner, the tool allows displaying keyword group which will help you determine easily what keyword group that’s your topic is in.

I guess you could also imagine the next job that we need to do. Now we will determine which keywords are relevant to the content and of course those keywords must be searched by a lot of people per month. You can click on column header to re-sort order of data, example, click Avg. monthly searches to sort keyword ideas by monthly search volume.

Step 2. Insert the main keyword into article title

After you found the best keyword, just input it into your title. Recommend position is always at beginning of title. Remember our requirements above and keep your title attractively to click. At beginning, I intended to name our title is “Guidelines to establish a blog“, but after analyzed, this tips with

In step 1, we analyzed and select our main keyword for article title. Before start writing this article, I intended that we will complete with title “Guidelines established a blog” but after analyze, I see the title “Instructions on how to create a blog in 10 minutes” is more interested. It’s seem better, right?

But in fact, you only get 80% optimized in this step. For 20% more, we should know and learn how to apply in step 3 below.

Step 3. Using the numbers

This step will definitely not be applied in all cases, but if possible, you should use it as a way to increase the clarity of the article. Suppose you publish a title like “Guide To Write Optimized Blog Post“, also be attractive but that is not really very clearly, the reader will not know what they need to do to blogging optimization. We will change it into a different title that uses the digit to increase the clarity of the article. We will get the title like “7 Steps to Write a SEO Optimized Blog Post“.

It’s better, isn’t it? The readers can visualize that how much effort and time they will spend and also see that this article is about SEO optimization, not about other things, and that’s exactly what they are finding.

Bonus Tips – Optimize permalinks for article

If you are using WordPress or Blogger / Blogspot, permalinks of the posts are automatically attached the texts from your title. In some cases, your article permalinks become more intricate and repetitive meaningless words, example:

Now, you will clear numbers, and useless words from permalink to make it shorter but still understandable and related with article content. The result may be like this:

Active Search References and Make Blogger Better for SEO

Blogger (Blogspot) upgraded their SEO features, and one of them allows you enable search references for better SEO effect on your blog. In this tips, I will show you how to enable Search References and also give you some code trick in site header to make your blog better for SEO.

Enable Search References for Blogger

At first, access your blog Settings, and choose Search preferences. At Description option. If you see [Disabled] mean your blog had not enabled Search Reference. You must click Edit link on this option.

Access Blogger Search References

Then check Yes, and input description for your homepage (maximum 150 characters and better contains your main keywords). When done, click Save Changes.

Cara 1

klik 2x file terbilang.xla
Lalu pilih Enable Macros (lihat Gambar 1)

Klik Office Button (di pojok kiri atas), lalu pilih Exel Options,
Pilih Add-Ins, di bagian Manage: pilih Exel Add-Ins lalu Klik Go...
Di Windows Add-Ins, klik buttom Browse... Lalu cari dan pilih file terbilang.xla di PC kamu (jangan lupa klik ok) setelah itu di bagian Add-Ins available akan ada daftar baru: Terbilang
masih di Windows Add-Ins, Centang Terbilang lalu klik Ok (lihat Gambar 2)

Cara pakainya:

Misal di sel B2 ada nilai 100.000, dan kita akan menambahkan teks terbilang di sel B3 (lihat Gambar 3)

Catatan:

Menghapus blog

Ada dua cara untuk menghapus blog:

Bila menghapus blog: Anda memiliki waktu singkat untuk memulihkannya jika berubah pikiran.
Bila menghapus blog secara permanen: semua informasi blog, pos, dan laman akan dihapus, dan Anda tidak akan dapat memulihkannya.

Catatan: Anda harus menjadi administrator blog untuk dapat menghapusnya.

Menghapus blog

Masuk ke Blogger.
Pilih blog yang ingin Anda hapus.
Pada menu sebelah kiri, pilih Setelan Lainnya.
Di bagian "Hapus Blog" di samping "Hapus blog Anda", klik Hapus blog.
Klik Hapus Blog Ini.

Menghapus blog secara permanen

Untuk menghapusnya secara permanen, ikuti langkah-langkah di atas, kemudian:

Pada dasbor Blogger di sebelah nama blog yang Anda hapus, klik Hapus secara permanen.
Di jendela yang terbuka, klik Hapus secara permanen.

Catatan: Setelah blog dihapus secara permanen, URL blog tidak dapat digunakan lagi.

Memulihkan blog yang dihapus

Anda dapat memulihkan blog untuk jangka waktu yang pendek setelah menghapusnya, jika blog belum dihapus secara permanen:

Login ke Blogger.
Di sebelah kiri dasbor Blogger, di samping nama blog Anda, klik Panah Bawah .
Di bagian "Blog yang dihapus", klik blog yang ingin Anda pulihkan.
Klik Urungkan penghapusan.
