I thought today I'd take this opportunity to tell you why I love cheap titleist logo golf balls. It's not because I sell them. It's not because I have stock in Titleist (or whatever company owns Titlest - I looked it up and its Fortune Brands). Nope, I love them because they are a great golf ball and they constantly remind me where I've been. Although many other golf balls are made with logos on them, I like Titleist's best (and particularly Titleist ProV1s) because they look so good and you can play them if you want. I have balls from courses around the country, and each time I find a cheap titleist logo golf ball I feel great. It's kind of like owning or even seeing a very nice car - they just make you feel better. About now you are probably thinking that I have this weird obsession with Titleist logo balls - weird enough to make a blog about them. Honestly I'm just trying to let everyone know how great and easy it is to get your hands on these things - and how easy it is to write them off on your taxes (assuming you own a small business or some other entity that you can claim expenses on). I'm kind of like an unofficial spokesperson - just wanting to get the word out. There are many places to buy cheap titleist logo golf balls - but this isn't one. Titleist ProV1 for Logo Golf Ball?

I have a buddy named Barney who is a huge golfer and owns his own plumbing business. You'd think since the guy was a plumber he would be a little more blue collar in his style, scrimp and save every penny, including buying golf balls. Well, he isn't. He buys Titleist Pro V1s by the case, and loses Titleist Pro V1's by the case. I always tell him, Barney, you lose so many of those golf balls, why don't you stop buying new Titleist Pro V1s and try to locate some cheap Titleist Pro V1s? I figure Barney might was well save some of that money he spends on golf balls so he can pay off our wagers at the end of the round. Just because he plays a good golf ball and plays a lot of golf does not make him a good golfer. Every time I think about asking that question I hold off. He is a plumber after all. The time I finally got the nerve to ask him that question, however, you know what he told me? He said "Ace, don't worry about my money. Every time I lose a ball not only do I feel good about it because it's a business expense, but I get a little free advertising." I had no idea what he was talking about, so I asked him to explain a little further. "See," he said, "All of my golf balls are Titliest Pro V1 logo golf balls, with the name of my business on it. Every time I buy them I get to write them off as a business expense, and every time I lose one I do a little advertising. You know all those discount golf vacations I go on?," he said. "I pay for those discount golf vacations with the money I save on the golf balls. It's amazing." I couldn't believe it, but it makes perfect sense. If you are going to play a great golf ball like a Titleist Pro V1, and you own a small business or anything else you can promote, you might as well stick a logo on there. Barney assures me he's done his research and there are no negative effects whatsoever from putting a logo on a golf ball. The technique used creates a logo that blends seamlessly with the rest of the golf ball, providing a true flight, a true roll, and true feel. So, next time you are considering buying golf balls, think about sticking a logo on there. Although it doesn't get you a discount on your Pro V1 right away, the tax savings is nice.

One of my favorite gifts to give and get are collegiate titleist logo golf balls, especially if I can find them cheap. Here is the reason. First, everyone has a favorite college, and everyone loves to show off to everyone else who their team is (especially if they are winning). Second, there is just nothing cooler than making your golf ball a little more personalized with a logo. Logo Golf Balls Work Just as Good as Regular Golf Balls

As good as technology is with golf balls these days, it makes sense to wonder if putting a logo on a golf ball will make it less technologically sound than other golf balls. It would make sense that a logo golf ball, whether a titleist logo golf ball, a nike logo golf ball, or any other type, would be just a little heavier, even if just slightly, where the logo is. Or, if aerodynamically the ball was just a little off making it fly just a little farther left or right than you want. Truth is, logo balls are just as good as regular balls, except they have your information on it and make people more knowledgeable about their business than they would be otherwise. If they weren't, no one would buy them (I say this because I haven't technically done any scientific study to see if this is true - it just makes sense). Plus, in all the years I've been playing golf, I've never had any reason to believe that a logo golf ball flew any curvier than a regular golf ball. So, don't fret about buying titleist logo golf balls, and others, thinking they might fly funny. They work perfectly well, and like I said, also give you something to look at.

Funny thing happened the other day, I realized that getting Titleist Logo Golf balls, if you have anything to advertise at all, is worth the effort. Funny thing what made me realize it. My buddy, who owns a restaurant, showed up at the golf course with a brand new box of Titleist ProV1s. He was all pumped up. I asked him why he was so happy. He said, "check it out, I just got these Titleist Golf Balls and I put my name on them." I asked him why he got them, and he told me, "the great thing about these logo golf balls is that they cost just as much as they would if you just bought them from a pro shop, except now I can write them off, and they are a great way to advertise" (the guy loses a ton of golf balls). This made me think. He's right. If you have something to advertise, you play a lot of golf, and you are good at all, you might as well buy some titleist logo golf balls and play the heck out of them. The downside is that you have to buy something like twelve doezen at a time. But the upside is tremendous. First, you can write off the purchase of the golf balls as an advertising expense. Second, you can give away a few sleeves and make a lot of friends and do a little advertising for yourself. Third, you might actually get some business from them (if you are in the right business). And finally, you get to play sweet Pro V1s all the time with your name or logo on them. What more can you ask for. In the nine holes we played my buddy must have lost 3 or 4 balls. But you know what, every ball he lost was just another chance for someone to find his ball and wander into his restaurant. Go buy your Titleist logo golf balls today and set your business on the right path.

A close look at Titleist's website shows that they do allow golfers and the like to buy titleist logo golf balls directly from their site. According to the site, they will make golf balls with a logo for a company outing, charity tournament, golf vacation, or anything else you want. The question is, however, are their prices good enough to beat the competition?

Purchasing logo balls from titleist is done in an easy four step process right on their website. The first step is to choose a design. Several are offered. There is personalization, or a written message on one side of the logo golf ball. There is double personalization, which, as it sounds, provides a message on both sides of the golf ball. There is a logo option, allowing you to put any logo or your custom logo on the golf ball. There is the double logo option, which is self-explanatory. And, last but not least, and my personal favorite, is the photograph logo golf ball option I must say really quickly that this photograph titleist logo golf ball option gives me the creeps. Look at these people to the right. Would you want to have a bunch of people lining up your picture on the tee box waiting to take a rip at you? I guess, though, just thinking about it, there are a lot of very funny pictures I could see myself putting on a golf ball that would provide hours and hours of enjoyment all by itself. I'll have to see if this option is offered elsewhere in the future. One important factor I did notice and want to point out to you regarding ordering titleist logo golf balls directly from titleist is the minimums are different depending on what option you choose. The double logo golf ball requires a minimum order of 24 dozen. This could be an important factor in ordering your balls. Once you've picked out your customized look, the next step is to actually customize your titleist logo golf ball. Just looking at the logos titleist is offering, I'd say you should just budget in choosing a custom logo. When uploading your own logo the requirements are simple. It can be any file type (JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PNG, or GIF) so long as it is less than 200K in size. It is important to note, however, that JPEG files to not have transparent backgrounds. So if you use a JPEG for your titleist logo golf ball, make sure you are okay with a background that may not be quite as white as the ball itself. This is what the mine looked like. Step three entails choosing your golf ball. At the titleist website, they have six golf balls to choose from: Pro V1; Pro V1x; NXT Tour; NXT Extreme; DT Carry; and DT Roll. If you are not familiar with Titleist golf balls, the proV1 and proV1x are by far the best ball available (and probably the best ball on the market). I'd only choose them if you are doing something seriously expensive, because they will be seriously expensive to get. Once you've picked all this out Titleist provides you with a customization summary showing you everything you've chosen. You then have the option to save and add to wish list, how to order, print project, or email to a friend. Wow! I just clicked the how to order and these are the instructions: "Print our a copy of your customized material and take it it to an authorized titleist golf shop or promotional products distributor. Please be sure to bring a hi-resolution electronic file of your image/logo with you." You would think if they wanted to sell titleist logo golf balls they'd at least make it easily accessible to anyone. That step alone almost makes me want to click away and go find someone else. And to boot they don't have any pricing information on the site!!

Titleist Also Offers Customized Packaging Offers

After you order your customized titleist logo golf balls, you can, should you so choose, opt to put together a customized package for your golf balls. However, looking at the fine print, I can already see the minimum order is 96 dozen golf balls and the lead time is 3 weeks. I'm going to guess that isn't something you're interested in. I know I'm not. Actually, as you go down there are some pretty cool packaging options. But the quantity is astronomical. I'd maybe check this out just to get some titleist logo golf ball packaging ideas. I wouldn't use them to actually order.

Titleist Itself Falls Short on Titleist Logo Golf Ball Capabilities

If you are looking for cheap titleist logo golf balls, it looks like Titleist is not your best bet. Although they have everything you want, the hassle of having to take your order to an actual store is enough to drive me away.
