Tudo o que tenha mel e azeite, seja bolo ou broas, contem comigo.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Tem-me saído sempre bem e a receita é simples:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
300g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
2clh sopa de mel&lt;br /&gt;
1dl de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
2,5dl de leite (pus menos)&lt;br /&gt;
250g de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
1clh sobremesa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
1clh chá de erva doce&lt;br /&gt;
1clh chá de canela&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Bata muito bem os ovos com o açúcar e o mel. Junte o azeite e depois o  leite em fio, sem parar de bater. Acrescente a farinha misturada e  peneirada com o fermento, a erva doce e a canela. Misture tudo muito bem  sem bater. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Deite a massa numa forma untada e polvilhada com farinha (coloquei numa forma de silicone untada com spray espiga) e leve ao forno  já quente (180ºC) &amp;nbsp;por 40 minutos. Deixe arrefecer e desenforme.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Polvilhe/decore com açúcar em pó (opcional).&lt;/div&gt;Bom Apetite!&lt;br /&gt;

Por cá preferem-na assim, e vocês como a preferem?&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
200gr de chocolate de culinária&lt;br /&gt;
50gr de manteiga sem sal&lt;br /&gt;
6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
6 colheres de sopa de açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Parta  o chocolate em pedaços pequenos e junte a manteiga. Leve a derreter em  banho maria ou no microondas, com cuidado para não queimar.&lt;br /&gt;
Entretanto misture as gemas com o açúcar mexendo bem, e adicione depois o chocolate derretido.&lt;br /&gt;
Bata as claras em castelo e adicione suavemente à mistura anterior.&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao frigorífico no mínimo 2 horas antes de servir.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt; 0.5 knorr de legumes (usei galinha)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Sal q.b.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; Folhas de Nabiça q.b.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1. Descasque e corte em cubos todos os legumes, coloque-os na panela e cobra-os com água. Tempere com o knorr de legumes e sal.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Quando estiverem cozidos, triture tudo com a varinha mágica. (se estiver muito grosso junte mais água).&lt;br /&gt;
3. Junte a nabiças e deixe cozinhar mais um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Verifique o tempero e sirva!&lt;br /&gt;

Deixo uma sugestão simples vi &lt;a href="http://cantinhodazezinha.blogspot.com/2011/12/arroz-com-carne-de-porco-e-brocolos.html"&gt;esta&lt;/a&gt; ideia para o arroz no &lt;a href="http://cantinhodazezinha.blogspot.com/"&gt;Cantinho da Zezinha&lt;/a&gt; pensei logo em fazer um aproveitamento do arroz e de outros restinhos que por lá havia e fazer uma refeição cheia de cor, sem molhos e agradável.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Carne de porco cozinhada e cortada aos pedacinhos&lt;br /&gt;
Brócolos cozidos&lt;br /&gt;
Arroz cozido q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Tirinhas de pimento assadas cortadinhas&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
Alho e coentros em pó (usei espiga)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Numa frigideira fazer os ovos mexidos sem adição de gorduras.&lt;br /&gt;
Dispor todos os ingredientes num taça, temperando com alho e coentros em pó.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno ou ao microondas para aquecer, misturar os ovos mexidos, mexer e servir.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt; Pimenta preta&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; sal q.b.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; 50 gr manteiga&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; 2 dentes de alho&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt; 1 cebola&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="color: seagreen;"&gt;&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;   Tempere os escalopes com sal e pimenta preta e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
Pique os alhos e a cebola na picadora, coloque-os numa frigideira com a manteiga.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixe refogar apenas uns minutos e frite os escalopes no refogado. Enquanto  isso vá preparando o molho, misture numa tigela a mostarda as natas e o  molho inglês. &lt;br /&gt;
Mexa todos os ingredientes muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de fritos coloque-os numa travessa onde serão servidos.&lt;br /&gt;
Aproveitando o resto do refogado onde fritou os bifes adicione a este o molho já previamente feito.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixe cozinhar uns minutos em lume brando.&lt;br /&gt;

Isto há dias dias assim, e como não estamos numa fase crítica no nosso país, há dias que nem parece que estamos por cá.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Mas haja massadas de esperança!&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fusili&lt;br /&gt;
1 courgete&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 couve lombarda cortada em tiras&lt;br /&gt;
5 queijinhos em triângulo&lt;br /&gt;
Paio q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
azeite, sal e pimenta q.b. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer a massa em água e sal, com um fio de azeite.&lt;br /&gt;
Saltear os legumes na Wok em azeite, temperando com sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando os legumes tiverem macios, colocar numa travessa com a massa juntamente ao paio cortado em tiras e o queijo esmagado por cima.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno até que o queijo derreta um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;

Arroz q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
3 Tomates fatiados&lt;br /&gt;
2 cenouras cortadas em rodelas&lt;br /&gt;
Queijo emmental q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer o arroz em água e sal. Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer a cenoura durante 10min.&lt;br /&gt;
Dispor o arroz no fundo de uma travessa, as rodelas de cenoura, o tomate temperado com pimenta preta e o queijo ralado no momento.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno até gratinar. &lt;br /&gt;
Acompanhe com carne.&lt;br /&gt;

1 Massa Folhada Fresca&lt;br /&gt;
1 lata de salsichas&lt;br /&gt;
1 ovo batido&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cortar a massa folhada redonda em 8 triângulos iguais.&lt;br /&gt;
Enrolar a salsicha no triângulo enrolando da parte maior para a mais pequena.&lt;br /&gt;
Pincelar com ovo e levar ao forno até tostar.&lt;br /&gt;

Fiz algumas alterações na receita que já tinha posto, não coloquei a farinha de milho (mas acho que fica muito melhor com ela), eliminei a calda (mas ficam muito mais molinhos com ela) e acrescentei um ovo (o que os torna mais durinhos e consistentes).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Conclusão, gostos são gostos mas prefiro a receita original do link acima. Doce de Abóbora&lt;br /&gt;

Misturar a margarina com o açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar a raspa do laranja e a farinha por último.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar a massa no &lt;a href="http://luisaalexandramarques.blogspot.com/p/dispara-biscoitos-video-de-apresentacao.html"&gt;dispara-biscoitos&lt;/a&gt; e disparar contra um tabuleiro anti-aderente ou silicone.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno a 180º até estarem douradinhos.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando os biscoitos estiveram prontos, pincelar com o doce.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar novamente ao forno 5 minutos para que o doce "pegue" no biscoito e estão prontos.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Esparguete para 2 pessoas&lt;br /&gt;
Meio pimento cortado em tiras&lt;br /&gt;
1 alho francês cortado em tiras&lt;br /&gt;
2 dentes de alho &lt;br /&gt;
Azeite q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Sal e pimenta q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer o esparguete em água e sal com um fio de azeite e os dentes de alho. Reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
Num wok colocar um fio de azeite e saltear o alho francês com o pimento até ficarem ambos macios.&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar com sal e pimenta q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar o esparguete aos legumes e servir com carne grelhada.&lt;br /&gt;

100gr de delícias do mar&lt;br /&gt;

Numa frigideira anti aderente colocar os ovos sem adição de gordura e mexer até ficarem cozinhados.&lt;br /&gt;
Num robot de cozinha colocar todos os ingredientes e triturar com a espessura a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: seagreen;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Parta os ovos para uma tigela e mexa com uma vara de arames.&lt;br /&gt;
Junte o leite condensado e misture.&lt;br /&gt;

Junte as natas e mexa até tudo ficar bem misturado.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque num tabuleiro de ir ao forno e leve ao forno pré-aquecido nos 200º entre 25 a 30 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando o pudim estiver cozido, retire e deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de frio, sirva decorado a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

Introduza o ramo de salsa atado com a folha de louro e tempere com sal,  pimenta e a paprika. Há quem os faça separados em bolinhas, há quem os coz todos juntos num grande pão aos quadrados...&lt;br /&gt;
Mal vi &lt;a href="http://acasadagigis.blogspot.com/2011/12/envelopes-de-devonshire-na-mfp.html"&gt;esta&lt;/a&gt; receita na &lt;a href="http://acasadagigis.blogspot.com/"&gt;Casa da Gigis&lt;/a&gt; resolvi experimentar, o original é da &lt;a href="http://www.blogger.com/profile/17485498123397294082"&gt;Ana Rita&lt;/a&gt; e são óptimos, ficam realmente com o barulhinho oco ao sair do forninho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
300 ml de água fria&lt;br /&gt;
2 c. de sopa de manteiga, temp. ambiente&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. de chá de sal&lt;br /&gt;
2 c. de sopa de leite em pó (usei o tradicional de vaca, não tinha em pó)&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
2 c. de chá açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
12,5 gr de fermento fresco&lt;br /&gt;
Ovo batido (pincelar)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Colocar na cuba da MFP os ingredientes por ordem excepto o ovo batido.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;Seleccionar o programa massa, na minha é o programa n.º 7.&lt;br /&gt;
Terminado o tempo colocar a massa numa superfície enfarinhada e formar 12 bolinhas.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar num tabuleiro untado com manteiga afastados uns 2 cms.&lt;br /&gt;
Cobrir com película aderente, sem pressionar e colocar em lugar morno cerca de 30 minutos .&lt;br /&gt;
Pré-aqueça o forno a 220ºC.&lt;br /&gt;
Retirar a película , pincelar com o ovo batido e levar ao forno cerca de  10 minutos, até estarem dourados e que soem ocos quando se bate com as  pontas dos dedos.&lt;br /&gt;

É também uma boa opção para a passagem do ano.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="color: black; font-size: x-small;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes para 5 pessoas:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1Kg de lombo de porco&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Queijo flamengo q.b. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 dentes de alho&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 colher de chá de massa de pimentão&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 colher de sopa de margarina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;3 folhas de louro&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 copo de vinho branco&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 copo de caldo de carne&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sal e pimenta q.b.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 colher de sopa de azeite&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;1. Com uma faca fure o lombo de modo a que caiba o queijo. Recheie o lombo com o queijo.&lt;br /&gt;
Feche o lombo com palitos. Coloque o lombo num tabuleiro.&lt;br /&gt;
2. Num almofariz coloque os alhos cortados e sal. Esmague. Junte a pimenta e a massa de pimentão. Esmague mais um pouco. Junte metade do azeite e junte tudo.&lt;br /&gt;
3. Besunte o lombo com o tempero e junte-lhe as folhas de louro, o  restante azeite, a margarina, o vinho branco e o caldo de carne.&lt;br /&gt;
4. Leve ao forno nos 180º durante 1h20m.&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de assado, corte o lombo às fatias finas e coloque batatas cozidas no molho.&lt;br /&gt;
