Recently I've been emailing with this friend of mine who is from China since she can't get to access Facebook back in her country.

At first we used to MSN each other but due to the not-so-coincidence time to go online, so instaed of waiting the right time to chat, we email!

She's a senior of mine but she's one year younger than me!

Now you can see how suck is Malaysian Education! You're always older than the foreign students!

Ok, back to topic!

It makes me feel happy to talk to her in email.

The first time that we get 'click' together when we found our interest topic!

Twestival Local in Kota Kinabalu,Sabah was held on the 24th of March.

This year, Twestival is going "Local" in cities such as Kota Kinabalu (KK), Manila, Melbourne and other countries that want to lend a hand in fund raising.

As for KK,Twestival Local raised fund for the Sabah Blind Society by organising interesting activites.

It's an AWESOME charity event!

1st Boot Camp!

Woke up at half past 5 in the morning and had my virgin experience at the bootcamp organised by Core Fitness.

Was invited by a friend to join as her friend is one of the instructors.

Oh ya he's a Malaccan!

The bootcamp was held at the seaside at Tanjung Lipat.

The boot camp lasted for an hour and it was super duper suffering for a person who doesn't work out much as me.

Luckily for the past one month I did have dance practice to work my ass out.

It is something new to try out and

THE BEST THING IS TO PUSH A HILUX 4WD!!!!

At first only us 4 ladies and a super masculine guy pushed the Hilux.

But when the instructors thought that we looked super relax and it seemed to be a easy peasy task so they themselves hopped onto the 4WD and asked the masculine guy to tag along.

Left the 4 ladies to do the job.

Guess what????The ladies are strong enough to do it!!!!

We went for breakfast after the work out and it was such a great Wednesday to meet so many new people!

Met a local blogger Jackie and she's such an amazing lady!!

Mummy told me something on the phone.
My neighbor told my dad that her secondary school daughter has a boyfriend.
Dad replied: "My daughters don't have boyfriend yet".

My dad has never mention about something so funny like this to anyone and it's something surprising to hear it..hahha
mum thought that this is funny too.

At least this is something worth it for me to have a happy moment again!

Life is not about what we expected at all.
There are many things that happen in our life is not in the control of our hand.
It's like impulsive.

There's a Chinese saying: "在家靠父母，出外靠朋友."
It means when we're at home we depend on our parents,when we've come out to the society and leave our home, friends are the ones we need.

It is obviously undeniable.
But I do have another mind set.
Friends -the ones we should know.
We can spend time with them, hang out and talk about everything,
but, there is no necessary for you to be with the same friends 24/7.
We can have close friends but we can have many types of close friends.
I have close friends who talk about every personal stuff and do what we like,
I have close friends whom I've been with for more than 10 years and we just love to gossip and play dress up together,
and close friends who party with you!

Sometimes, I do prefer to spend my time all by myself without anyone.
Some people do think that it is a way of 'loneliness'.
I take it into a positive way.
When I am alone doing my things, I would use my time to 'exercise' my brain in analyzing things that are happening around me.
I make it into a positive way without making things worse and thinking too much.
I get to understand what I want for myself too.

'm writing this post to show my cousin how your life can lead you to a positive path even you don't have friends by your side.
You can have more personal space.
Friends are important but sometimes you should give yourself some space to do things that you like and achieve what you really want.
Think of your family is the best thing to do when you're alone.
We can't control the way we live.
I've been through so much that it makes me the way I am now.
The mistakes that I have done was endless at a point of time and I thought of giving up but am glad that I didn't.

What is happening now may makes you feel hurt and sad,
when time passes by and you have been through this obstacle,
you will laugh at it and think that it is something funny and u will be glad for being strong to get what you want.

Sometimes when bad things happen, it will lead you to a better future.

The Touch of Malacca Baba Nyonya Heritage

On the 4th day of Chinese New Year, we were invited to a Baba Nyonya luncheon at Kocik Kitchen Nyonya Restaurant.

It is a Baba Nyonya Restaurant which is owned by my aunt's friend.

The ambiance is great that you could feel the heritage of the Babas and the Nyonyas.

Wanted to take the reflection image in the mirror but only realized that this pic makes a great feelings with a person wandering.....

It is located at Heeren Street,Malacca.

The traditional wedding costumes of the Baba and the Nyonya.

The history of Nyonya food is provided in the menu.

You can't find it elsewhere as Kocik Kitchen Nyonya Restaurant.

We were served with the famous Nyonya food.

Fish with Chillies

Nyonya 5 spices meat roll (ngo hiang)

White rice was served in a pot. Nostalgic!

Pineapple prawns.It is also known as 'lemak nenas'.

Chicken Buah Keruak. It is an indonesian food and it totally taste different!

Dad is learning to eat the buah keruak in a right way.

It's interesting!

There's something in the shell and we have to dig it out with a small spoon and mix it with our rice.

Dessert is a must especially when it comes to Baba Nyonya cendol!!!

The cendol in Kocik Kitchen Nyonya Restaurant is not too sweet and it totally satisfies my stomach and my love for dessert!

It's always my favorite cendol!

Colours represent different moods and meanings.
I used to have a perception that colours make my life up.
Colorful things always made me happy and cheered me up.

There are too much of unexpected things happened in my life recently.
All I could think of is BLACK and WHITE.
Colours do not make me happy anymore but it makes me feel complicated.
Just like human beings.
There are multiple organs in our body and that's how the human beings behave as.
They are complicated.

I once thought of having a life with no troubles.
JUST A SIMPLE LIFE!
A friend gave me a nickname as SWEET POTATO (fan shu 番薯).
It sounds silly I know but it was given out of the blue.
Few days ago, he kept mentioning about having a sweet potato's life.
I said I want a life like this and he was surprised.
Why??
The answer is simple.
I want a life like sweet potato so that I dun need to think of any problems and my life won't be so complicated.

My heart broke for the 2nd time.
It's not love as the cause.
But how close a relationship of a person that could be the cause.
I get worried that situations might get worse.

Too much of worries make me feel like crying out.

I can't think of other small petty stuff.
All I should think of is the solutions.
Time does not wait.

Don't put off what you can do today.

Time passes by......
It's the year of 2011!!!

Reflashing back the time when I was 18.This is what I always think of when I see young girls in the club.

When I was 17++,I've started to club everyweek.Worse comes to worse,I partied at least 3 days a week!

When I was 18,I had my 1st tattoo.
When I was 18,I had my birthday celebration in a club,
When I was 18,I started to search for my freedom instead of hanging on with my miserable life after I fell down for so many times in my life.
Being hurt from time by time was part of my 18-year-old life.
I started to say 'NO' to LIFE CONTROLLER and just to go for what I wanted.
When I was 18,I'm glad that I've met few great people in my life.
Sometimes friends that you make in the club can be yr best friends too!
Yeah,that's what I've got.

19 comes after 18,things were doing good.
Party life was still as usual.
And I've got my 2nd tattoo!
I had my birthday eve at the Revolution Party.
I learned to know that everyone has different perception in the meaning of 'friend'.
I still have my close ones with me.
I fell down for another time and it was the last fall that I've made.

The number '1' had come to an end.
'2' is the starter of the year.
I realised that why the women are so scared of their age when they get older.
I started to feel scared of 2 in my life.
Drinking life getting more and more due to my working factor.
I rewarded myself with tatts,holidays and great gadgets for my effort.
3rd tattoo is the continuation from the previous year.
Uni life when I was 20.

When it comes to my 21st , things were getting better and better.
Friends and family are my priorities.
I had my 4th tattoo as my 21st birthday present!
I 've got a DSLR as a gift too!
I could say that my wishes were fulfilled!

I was no longer the 21 years old girl.
Birthday seem to be nothing special when I was 22.
I made a resolution for quitting tattoo for a year and I DID IT!
I'm glad that I have friends whom I can talk to .
I was hit by the biggest negative impact ever like a Tsunami from the people who were trying to pull me down from what I've achieved.
This is the true colour of society that I'll be facing in the future.
I remembered that I was lost in direction for few months.
Getting rid of the past and moving on for the future is what I said to myself.
I just have to be strong enough.
I knew I couldn't do it and would break out but I did hang on.

It's another new year and I'll be turning 23-year-old.
The biggest phobia would be "When do you wana get into a relationship?"
That's the most difficult question ever since I'm single for 2 yrs ++.
Maybe I haven't met the right guy yet.
That's all I could say.

Yeah,I know I'm getting older and older.
You don't need to remind me because I'm counting my age as the way I count the little sheep before I go to bed.

2)Climb Mount Kinabalu
It's a must to experience it once in your life time!!!!hahahahahhahahha
I dun wana be 'teased' for not climbing Mount Kinabalu after studying for 3 yrs..hahahahahahhah

3) Graduate with a good result
So far so good now...I'll be graduating this year!!!!!! Hoorayyyyy!!!!!

4)Do all my best and achieve great performance for my internship
I've got accepted into a company which I've wanted for!!!!! Thank God! Gonna do my best !!!

5)Achieve Competent Communicator for Toastmasters Club
At least must get a CC for Toastmasters Club!!!!!

6) Get a new lappie
I stil love my current lappie but I should have a new one for future use.

7)More new hairstyle to go for
Am super crazy with trying different hairstyle as my hair grows quite fast and I wana look different!!!Muahahahhahahahahahha

Shall save more of my money to get my dream dolls which cost me more than RM 500!!!! It's a satisfaction though!

JB is really a heaven for me to shop!

This awesome earrings play the role as the awesomeness of my simple top and the role as a necklace!*cuz I didn't wear a necklace*

By wearing a pair of heels make me look taller with this biggy harem pants.

I wore a pair of peach pink leather printed heels from Charles and Keith.

The harem pants are made of leopard,zebra and all sorts of animal prints!

I wore this a lil' over-exposed top in the day by matching with a denim shorts.

Just to give myself more excuse and 'useful' way to wear it not only at night but also in the day!
