The rule of thumb for size is the same regulation as for commercial airlines:  it must fit in the overhead compartment.  Wheeled bags with long leashes will not be allowed.    &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;Conference program&lt;/em&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Don&#39;t forget to bring the conference program with you if you want to look up description of a certain program.
