1-2 diş sarmısak &lt;br /&gt;
-tuz/karabiber&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr kıyma &lt;br /&gt;
-1 yemek kaşığı salça &lt;br /&gt;
-2adet sivri biber &lt;br /&gt;
-2 adet domates &lt;br /&gt;
-yarım çay bardağı sıvıyağ &lt;br /&gt;
-2 kaşık tereyağı &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;YAPILIŞI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
-Patlıcanlar çok ince doğranır.Yoğurt,sarmısak ve tuz eklenerek karıştırılır.&lt;br /&gt;
-Tavada kıyma yağla birlikte&amp;nbsp;kavrulur.Zar büyüklüğünde doğranan biber ve domatesler kıymaya eklenir.Kavurma işlemine devam edilir.&lt;br /&gt;
-Salça ,tuz ve karabiber kıymaya eklenir 5 dakika daha kavrulur.&lt;br /&gt;
-Patlıcan karışımı Servis kabına alınır.Üzerine hazırlanan kıymalı sos dökülür.&lt;br /&gt;
-Son olarak eritilmiş tereyağı üzerine gezdirilir.&lt;br /&gt;

Uzun zamandır yapımı pratik olan,elde açma börek tarifi arıyordum.Bu güzel tarifi sevgili &lt;a href="http://cahidejibek.wordpress.com/2011/06/30/elde-acilmis-gul-boregi-ve-hayirli-tatiller/#more-8554"&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cahide'&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;nin&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt; sitesinde görünce denemek istedim.Elde açma börekler içinde en iyi sonuç aldığım bir börek oldu.Yapımı oldukça pratik.İçinde sirke olduğu için çok gevrek oluyor.Denemenizi öneriyorum.Cahide'deye de bu güzel tarifi paylaştığı için teşekkür ediyorum:)&lt;br /&gt;

-6 det haşlanmış patates &lt;br /&gt;
-200 gr. Beyaz peynir &lt;br /&gt;
-Maydanoz&lt;br /&gt;
-Karabiber, kırmızı toz biber&lt;br /&gt;
-(Kıymalı veya peynirli iç malzeme de hazırlayabilirsiniz.)&lt;br /&gt;
-Üzerine sürmek için eritilmiş tereyağı ve sıvıyağ karışımı&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: red;"&gt;&lt;u&gt;YAPILIŞI &lt;/u&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
-Hamur malzemeleri bir kaba alınarak yoğrulur.(Katı olmamalı,yumuşak bir hamur olmalıdır.)&lt;br /&gt;
-Hamur 6 eşit parçaya bölünür ve üzeri kapatılarak&amp;nbsp;10 dakika dinlendirilir.&lt;br /&gt;
-Ayrılan parçalar oklavayla un serpilerek açılır.(fazla ince olması gerekmiyor)&lt;br /&gt;
-Açılan yufkalar&amp;nbsp;dörde bölünür. Üzerine sıvıyağ ve tereyağı karışımı sürülür. &lt;br /&gt;
-Geniş kenarlarına iç malzemesi koyularak gül böreği şeklinde sarılır.(dilerseniz tek yufkaya malzemeyi yerleştirip kol böreği&amp;nbsp;gibi sarabilirsiniz..)&lt;br /&gt;
-Bütün parçalara aynı işlem uygunalır.Böreklerin&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;üzerine yağ sürüp fırında üzeri kızarıncaya kadar&amp;nbsp;pişirilir.&lt;br /&gt;

Arpa şehriyeler bir süre kavrulup rengi değiştikten sonra yarım yemek kaşığı domates salçası ve kuru nane eklenerek kavurmaya devam edilir. Daha sonra&amp;nbsp;4 bardak su ve 1 bardak et suyu &amp;nbsp;ilave edilip, pişmeye bırakılır. Bir kapta 8 yemek kaşığı yoğurt, 2 yemek kaşığı un, 1 adet yumurta sarısı, bir miktar suyla iyice karıştırılarak, terbiyesi hazırlanır. Çorbanın suyu kaynadıktan sonra terbiyesi ilave edilir. -Soğanlar ve sarmısaklar rondoda çekilir.Yıkanan pirinçlerin üzerine eklenir.&lt;br /&gt;
-Diğer malzemelerde pirinçli&amp;nbsp;harca &amp;nbsp;ilave edilerek karıştırılır.&lt;br /&gt;
-Patlıcanların&amp;nbsp;yarısına kadar hazırlanan iç malzeme doldurularak, ağızları elle bastırılıp kapatılır.&lt;br /&gt;
-Tencereye dizilen patlıcanların üzerini geçecek kadar sıcak su, suda eritilen limon tuzu,biraz tuz ve çok az yağ ilave edilir.&lt;br /&gt;
-Tenceredeki patlıcanlar hızlı ateşte kaynadıktan sonra ,&amp;nbsp;kısık ateşte 1.5 saat kadar kontrol edilerek&amp;nbsp;pişirilir.&lt;br /&gt;

-2 poşet krem şanti 1 bardak sütle çırpılarak hazırlanır.,(Krem şantinizin koyu kıvamda olmasına dikkat edin)&lt;br /&gt;
-Damla çikolata,küp doğranmış muzlar ve&amp;nbsp;vişne ilave edilerek karıştırılır.(Farklı meyveler de kullanabilirsiniz.)&lt;br /&gt;
-Kalıptaki kekin üzerine önce ince tabaka dondurma daha sonra hazırlanan karışım düzgün şekilde yayılarak&amp;nbsp;eklenir.En üste de ince tabaka dondurma düzgün şekilde yayılarak pasta tamamlanır.&lt;br /&gt;
-Deepfrezde 1 gün, acilse 3-4 saat dondurulur.&lt;br /&gt;
-Kalıptan streç film yardımıyla cıkarılır ve&amp;nbsp;servis tabağına alınır.&lt;br /&gt;
-Üzeri çikolata sosuyla süslenir.&lt;br /&gt;
-Servisten &amp;nbsp;5 dakika önce buzluktan çıkarılır soğuk olarak dilimlenerek servise sunulur.&lt;br /&gt;

-Milföy hamurları ortadan ikiye kesilir.&lt;br /&gt;
-Yağlı kağıt serilen fırın tepsisine dizilerek fırında üzeri kızarana kadar pişirilir.&lt;br /&gt;
-Sosunu hazırlamak için,süt,şeker,un ve mısır nişastası mikserle çırpılarak ocakta pişirilir.&lt;br /&gt;
-Pişirilen sosa tereyağı eklenerek 5 dakika kadar mikserle tekrar çırpılır.&lt;br /&gt;
-Milföy hamurları enine ortadan kesilir ve hazırlanan sos üzerine ilave edilir.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;-Ardından salçaya ekmek içi ufalanarak eklenir.Daha sonra dövülmüş sarmısak,baharatlar ve ceviz eklenerek macun kıvamına gelene kadar karıştırılır.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;-Çok koyu kıvam olursa biraz zeytinyağı ilave edilerek yumuşatılır.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
