iPhone OS 3.0 Software

Apple finally unveils the blueprints for iPhone OS 3.0 software. With the 3.0 software arriving this summer, Apple is said to introduce over 100 new features.

I am more concerned with the ability to 1. Cut, copy, and paste and 2. Send photos and contacts via MMS. In which I am still lost on the reason these functions were not available originally. Well, they are on their way now so I guess I can stop crying about it.

Fat Hippo, an American comfort food diner is set to open tomorrow on the Lower East Side of NYC. The restaurant will serve food and drinks till 4am and it is said that they even mix their own soda. The menu looks pretty good and the prices even better, I think I would like to try the Burger Fondue. You can check out the menu here. This brainchild of three friends opens February 13th.

First, we have a lace-up mid sneaker by DSQUARED2. This sneaker features a weaved leather and synthetic upper with "Made in Italy. Born in Canada." on the tongue. This sneaker is pretty basic, all black colorway which makes it easy to pull off a number off looks. You can't go wrong with that. Price: 441(USD)

Second, an all white mid sneaker features gold tone eyelets, two colored stripes on the top back, gold tone DSquared2 emblem on the back quarter, and a metal DSquared2 cassette tape lace lock. I can't help but get the feeling of a lady's sneaker when looking at these. I'm guessing it's the colorway of the stripes on the top back. Price: 460(USD)

T-Mobile: Equipment Installment Plan

T-Mobile announced recently they will implement a new program that allows customers to stretch out the payments of a new handset. The Equipment Installment Plan is said to be four interest-free payments over a period of four months. The plan is for those customers in 'good standing' and customers will have to be approved for it.

With the prices of phones right now, this sounds like a good idea to me. What T-Mobile lacks in phone service they defitnitely make up for in phone plans, pricing, and initiative's.

As a child Mike Tyson was my favorite boxer. The way he commanded the ring and destroyed his opponents, knocking them out most times in well under a minute was a sight to see. He is and always will be the greatest brawler of my generation.

A gripping "Tyson" Documentary received a standing ovation at it's first screening at this week's Sundance Film Festival.

Summary: Told entirely in the lisping voice of the former champ in footage culled from countless hours of interviews, the father of six recounts his rise and fall, from early days being bullied as a fat kid (”It was kill or be killed”), and being forced to defend himself in juvenile detention at age 12, to his training with legendary Cus D’Amato (”I knew all the skullduggery … most of these guys lost the fight before it even started”), to his days as world heavyweight champ (”Once I get in the ring, I’m a god”), and ultimately, his grisly public fall from grace (”I lost the desire to be a champion”) including a prison term and the infamous ear biting incident. Along the way, it’s revealed, Tyson squandered almost $400 million and lost nearly everything he’d ever earned, physically and emotionally.

I can not wait to check this out. The film is set to be released April 24th.

This is the Don Sneaker by Kanye West for luxury brand Louis Vuitton. The shoe features an all red colorway in a classic silhouette. It is a simple and clean design which I am loving. The person on the other end was never able to hear me loud and clear. So there I was walking through the streets basic yelling at the person on the phone, or constantly looking like I was arguing with whomever I was speaking to. With the boom mic the sound quality should be much improved and hopefully you don't have to shout as much.
