I know what you're thinking... Ugly, right? Yeah, I thought so too, AT FIRST! I had the pleasure of reviewing a 3-pack of The Uglee Pen to review. It was invented by Dr. James Lee.

As a medical student, I wrote volumes in terms of notes. In medicine, medical notes are all hand written. I averaged 20 full pages of hand written notes a day... day in and day out for years.

You can imagine how my hand kept cramping up! I spent a lot of time and money looking for a comfortable pen. After trying what I believe to be every pen out there, I failed painfully to find even one!

I was frustrated because most pens were not designed for comfort at all. The few that were listed as "comfort pen" were obviously mislabeled.

My thoughts... Well, I'm in love! Most people know that I have gone back to school for Medical Billing and Coding, and with that comes homework and studying. Well, I always have my Uglee Pen with me. Anyone who knows me personally or is a friend of mine of Facebook, knows I'm all about pictures. I post them almost all day long. Then I was ready to go.

I use to when I was younger, however since then I have chemically treated my hair so much with color and dye that it just laughs at me when I attempt to wear it curly. Ok, before I get to my daughter's results, I do want to through in the fact that I used the Hair Mask for 20 minutes on my hair since it says it's for chemically treated hair and I LOVED it. It did a great job of restoring shine and movement to my hair.

Now, on to my daughter... Due to her curly hair, she takes a shower EVERY morning and goes to school with wet hair. It's IMPOSSIBLE for her to sleep on her hair at night and expect that it will look "normal" the next morning. Since she always goes to school with wet hair, I didn't take a picture of her before she went to school.

However, I did take several pictures of her AFTER a long day at school INCLUDING P.E. Getting hot and sweaty goes back to the "frizz" that people with naturally curly hair know all too well.

the frizz is SO slight that it's not even frizz!

Product score: 10 out of 10 from Today with the Tennerys and especially from my 11-year-old 5th grader that no longer has to deal with frizz hair. She doesn't even worry about it anymore. And that's saying a lot especially since she is a basketball player and softball season is about to start back up.

I received a Drinking Irish T-Shirt from KissMyShamrock.com to review. It's no secret that I'm Irish as is my husband. So, of course I would love a funny Irish shirt, who wouldn't right?

This shirt is SO comfortable and get this... It's pre-shrunk! I must admit, I hate when shirts shrink in the drier. You would think by the time you're in your thirties that you had all the time in the world to stay by the drier and make sure you don't dry it too much for it to shrink, or that I could hang it outside on a line to dry. Let's face it, I chase a toddler all day, so I don't have the time to wait by my drier, and quite honestly, that means I couldn't hang my clothes on a line even if I wanted to.

Ok, so most people are pretty private about where they live or where they are from. Well, not me and there's an easy answer as to why... I'm from two really great places. I was born in Muscle Shoals, Alabama and when I was three, my parents decided to move to Opelika, Alabama so they could both go to graduate school at Auburn University. Why Opelika and not Auburn? Simple, we cheer for the Crimson Tide, Auburn's biggest rivalry, in case you didn't know. When I was 15, we moved back to Muscle Shoals, where I've lived ever since.

There's a movie coming out about the city I live in and I wanted to share it with my readers. There's a funny story that happened at the FAME Studio that is in this clip... When my mom was in high school, someoe told her Elvis was there recording, so she did the most logical thing... She got her Dad's pickup truck and backed it up to the building and climbed on the roof. All she wanted was a peek at him, but he wasn't there and she was too scared to get down... Yep, she had to beat on the door until someone inside would let her in, so she could get off the roof. She has always loved Elvis.

I was happy to review Dress Up Minako! by 65 Gb Software. It's a very cute and fun app that I downloaded to my iPhone.

Minako's Style & Fashion is smartly made dress-up game for young fashionistas featuring lovely anime-inspired girl, trendy clothing and accessories, gentle soundtrack and nice backgrounds, as well as options of instant shooting and sharing via e-mail, Facebook ant Twitter. Take your time creating various outfits for Minako together with your kids.

The free version of the app already has quite enough to play with — and it's just the beginning: shall you upgrade to the full version, you'll discover more than 80 new items of clothes, shoes and accessories!

I found it very easy to use and after creating different looks it's easy to connect it to your Facebook and simply upload your styles.

You can change everything, from hair and makeup, to shoes and purses. My daughter loves playing these type apps and anyone that is her Facebook friend already knows. And uploading these styles to Facebook was only one click. I hope you'll give it a try, you can find it in the app store.

I was given the opportunity to review Noxicare, it's a natural pain reliever and claims to be odorless. Since I know all about Icy Hot, I was excited for my husband to try this. This is what the company says:

My husband came home from work complaining about his wrist hurting and I thought this would be a great time to try Noxicare out. I squeezed some onto my finger and rubbed it into his wrist.

He immediately asked, "Is that all?" When I replied, Yes, he said, "No, I'm gonna need more than that." I explained that it should work fast and then we would know if he needed more. This stuff had absolutley zero smell and honestly felt more like a lotion. Since I spend my days either on the computer or writing and studying, I figured, why not just rub the "leftover" into my hands instead of washing it off. This stuff feels like a lotion too, non-greasy. I'm a big fan already! And after not hearing any complaining for awhile, I asked him if it was still hurting, his reply, "Well, I guess not, I hadn't even thought about it."

The Tailor's Tales an Interactive iPad Book for Kids - Review

I was very happy to be able to review The Tailor's Tales which is an eBook for kids. It's avaiable on the iPad only and from Almiss. This is the first installment of a new series of digital books for children.

Hidden in the midst of this book are jolly verses, delightful fairy-tales and colorful illustrations, brought to life with the lightest of touches. Who exactly is Cowboy Bruise, where did the Dough run away to, why did the Fingers argue and who is Glutton the ogre afraid of? This wonderful book, a genuine find for those who still believe in miracles and are waiting for one, will tell you all this and more.

‘The Tailor’s Tales’, has received extremely warm reviews from both young and old alike, and has been translated into various languages. The digital version of this book will transcend geographical borders, making the stories open and accessible to all.

The book is very cute, just like the author says, for young and old. It is written in rhyme, much like Dr. Seuss, and I did catch myself smiling a few times within each story. The book contains nine different stories, all from the perspective of The Tailor.

I have also included some of the pictures from each story. There are a lot more pictures without it becoming a "picture book." However, I wanted to be careful not to give away each story, therefor I didn't include any pictures that had parts of the story on it.

I love the pictures, they are cute and childlike, without being cartoonish. Again, the stories are cute and will leave you to ponder, especially with the questions that are posed at the beginning.
