      <description><![CDATA[<p>DevExpress is offering over 60 controls free of charge - without royalites or distribution costs.&nbsp; There is a web registration required.&nbsp; Both WebForms controls as well as ASP.Net controls are included.</p>
<p>I've been using DevExpress tools (DevExpress Universal) for the past several years.&nbsp; I've evaulated them to be the best bang for the buck.&nbsp; If you haven't worked with any of their controls, here is a great way to try out a subset of their controls without having to worry about them ever expiring.</p>
