T.D. is a retired Methodist minister and a 1937 graduate of Lindsey Wilson and was president of the student body. He has been a university trustee since 1980.<br /><br />The newly dedicated 5800-square-foot Everett Building was formerly the library at Lindsey but now has classrooms.<br /><br />T.D. was quoted as saying, “This is one of the great days we have experienced in our lives. Throughout 70 years … I have known this college, and I have loved this college, and have prayed for this college. This college has grown from a very small college … but it has not reached its vision or maturation. This college has a bright future, a great future.”<br /><br />Lindsey Wilson President William T.
