We've all gone mobile since BitTorrent started bringing media and (ill-gotten) files to us in 2001, but the popular uTorrent client has so far stuck stubbornly to the desktop. It appears that might not be the case for much longer — TorrentFreak reports that uTorrent developers are working on a full version of the program for Android.

Samsung is putting out press releases this evening, and to start with we have the all new Galaxy Beam. The Beam runs Gingerbread on a dual-core 1GHz CPU, a 4-inch WVGA screen, 8GB internal storage and a 15 lumen pico projector that will crank out an HD image up to 50-inches wide

Intel and Lava to launch Medfield-based Android phone in India this spring?

We're expecting to hear all about Intel's Medfield processors and the company's plans for smartphone domination this week at Mobile World Congress , and it sounds like a big launch in India could be in the plans. According to a report from BGR , Intel is planning to launch Medfield-based Android smartphones in India and China as early as April. BGR claims that Intel will partner with Indian brand Lava to launch a new smartphone brand that will be run separately from Lava; the phone itself is rumored to include a 1.6GHz dual-core processor with an 8-megapixel camera and and a relatively small display size of 3.5- or 3.7-inches

It's only 4AM in Barcelona, but the Mobile World Congress news is already popping — Samsung just took the wraps off the Galaxy Beam, an Android 2.3 smartphone with a built-in HD projector. Outside of the projector, the phone's other specs are fairly pedestrian. There's a 4-inch display with an 800 x 480 resolution, 1GHz dual-core processor, 5MP back camera with flash plus a 1.3MP front-facing camera, and 8GB of storage onboard (plus a microSD slot).

Adobe Photoshop Touch for iPad briefly available in app store before being pulled

Adobe launched its Touch suite of apps for Android (pictured above) months ago, but it looks like the company is now ready to introduce Photoshop Touch for the iPad 2. The app is available now in the New Zealand iTunes App Store and should be making its way across the globe soon. According to the iTunes description, Photoshop Touch features the standard PS features like layers, selection tools, filters, and adjustments, as well as step-by-step tutorials and uploading to Adobe Creative Cloud

Updated : It appears as if someone pulled the trigger on this release too soon, as it was originally intended to be released tomorrow at midnight. Adobe has now removed the app from the App Store and it should show up again Monday morning. Nearly a year after showing off a demo of the App, Adobe has finally released Photoshop Touch for the iPad.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 revealed in Mobile World Congress signage

We've been expecting Samsung to bring the Galaxy Note branding to its next 10.1-inch tablet for a few weeks now, but now a journalist at Mobile World Congress has confirmed that there is indeed a Galaxy Note 10.1 that will be unveiled this week. Journalist Anders Frick apparently took a peek behind a large covered sign in a hotel that Samsung rented out in Barcelona and saw some signs that read "It's 10.1, it's Galaxy Note" and show a new Samsung tablet. There isn't much detail to be gleaned from his photos, but there definitely appears to be some sort of note-taking app on there, with embedded video and some page layout features

Nokia Belle phones get business-friendly Microsoft Apps suite

Microsoft's and Nokia's partnership hasn't been great for Symbian — it has seen Nokia commit to Windows Phone, after all — but at least those who have recently upgraded to Belle will have something to thank the software giant for. Nokia has announced that its first installment of Microsoft Apps are now available on Belle devices. The package includes the powerful note-taking tool OneNote , the business communication and IM client Lync , a document viewer and manager called Document Connection, and PowerPoint Broadcast, which lets you follow live presentations on your phone
