Men går det att förstå varför staden blivit planerad baklänges? Planen överensstämmer med verkligheten som den var. Zonerna var länge gemensamma för hela Japan men med utgångspunkt i Tokyo och Tokyos problematik. Och jag ser tydliga mönster och historier, om hur vattendragen och markförhållanden styrt utvecklingen, hur gamla vägar levt kvar och hur historien vecklar in sig i själv och lägger sig i lager ovan på bybyggelsen som nästan uteslutande består hus som bytts ut flera gånger ovanpå tomter som delats på grund av arvskatt. Staden växer inåt, klumpar ihop sig själv, utvecklas i delar, nya stora projekt ersätter äldre stora projekt, ett bostadsområde ersätter ett universitet som sålt av sin tomt, ett tempel överlever genom att sälja av delar av området. En slags förklaring existerar förstås i det faktum efter andra världskriget prioriteras enbart en sak, tillväxt. Under 50-talet växer Tokyo med 1 miljon invånare om året. Men denna förklaring är inte nog.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" Ometosando är gatan man måste promenera längs två gånger om man är intresserad av arkitektur och befinner sig i Tokyo. Från Kenzo Tange arenor ned till denna byggnad av Tadao Ando. Det finns en serie avstickare och omvägar men bör göra också... Betongen är som vanligt av hög kvalitet. På grund av närheten till bergen stiger vattnet i dessa floder väldigt snabbt när det regnar mycket. Vilket det gör. För lösa problemet med översvämningar pumpar man vatten mellan de olika floderna då de är olika benägna för översvämningar. I detta fall Sakakura som arbetade i Paris för Corban. Detta var det första offentliga museet för modern konst. Tyvärr kommer byggnaden snart att rivas då den inte uppfyller de krav som ställs på modernt konstmuseum, den sista utställning handlar om arkitekten som också ligger bakom planering av de 3 stora järnvägsstationerna i Tokyo Shinjuku, Ikebukero och Shibuya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_dtU65joE5is/Snax4fp1u7I/AAAAAAAAELc/BK_MNMPLtsw/s1600-h/DSC_7876_20090728_142849.JPG"&gt;&lt;img src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_dtU65joE5is/Snax4fp1u7I/AAAAAAAAELc/BK_MNMPLtsw/s400/DSC_7876_20090728_142849.JPG" alt="" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Byggnaden ansluter tydligt till japansk tradition samtidigt som den är en tydligt modern byggnad.
