Naan Mahaan Alla is a thriller which revolves around the relationship between a rich father and his son. Karthik Sivakumar and Kajal Aggarwal in lead.The heart of the film is about the bonding of a serious father and a romantic son, laced with the criminal backdrops of Chennai.

Karthi plays the role of Jeeva, a typical middle-class Chennai youngster with a devil-may-care attitude, who is drawn into the world of crime and criminals after a particular incident changes his life. Jayaprakash after his superb performances in ‘Pasanga’ and ‘Naadodigal’, plays the role of Karthi’s father.

Karthi is one of the hottest stars of this year with three consecutive hit films. This year he had the first super hit ‘Paiyaa’ publicising his ability. ‘Naan Mahaan Alla’ is his fourth film. The title has reused taken an old Rajinikanth film released in 1984. That had Rajini and Radha and this new film has Karthi and Kajal Agarwal. The similarities end there. The story of Karthi’s ‘Naan Mahaan Alla’ has no resemblance to the super star film. While that was a story of lawyer who becomes the nemesis of the villains, the new film is all about a wishful romantic.

‘Naan Mahaan Alla’ directed by Suseendran of ‘Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu’ fame. This is a different film for the director as his first film was set in a village backdrop and ‘Naan Mahaan Alla’ is a city-centric flick. This film is produced by K.E Gnanavel Rajan of Studio Green Films in collaboration with S.R. Prakash Babu and S.R. Prabhu. Studio Green is the banner which gave riveting films like ‘Sillunu Oru Kadhal’ and ‘Paruthi Veeran’.

The hottie in Telugu after the blockbuster ‘Magadheera’, Kajal Agarwal is the heroine of the film. In Tamil, she was last seen in Saran’s ‘Modhi Vilayadu’. Her character in ‘Naan Mahaan Alla’ is cute and bubbly, something on the lines of what Asin played in ‘Ghajini’, says the director.

This film will be an extension of Karthi’s image in ‘Paiyaa’. According to the director Suseendran Karthi’s role in this film is almost the same as senior Karthik’s role in Mani Ratnam's ‘Mouna Raagam’. This film will showcase another romantic side of Karthi ala Paiyaa, sources say.

A combination that made ‘Paiyaa’ a success, music director Yuvan Shankar Raja and cinematographer Mathi are back together in this film. Songwriters are Na. Muthukumar, Yugabharathy and Francis while Bhaskar Sakthi has penned dialogues. Rajeevan is in charge of the art department.

Director Suseendran assures that ‘Naan Mahaan Alla’ contains 100% entertainment factors with the right mix of comedy, romance, action and sentiments. Karthi had said,” When director Suseendran was narrating the first half of the story I was laughing. I asked him whether I would be suitable for the role of an ordinary middle income youth. He said I will fit the role. For the first time I rehearsed for this film. I rehearsed for one week.”

Now that the film is taken over by Dhayanidhi Alagiri’s Cloud Nine Movies, it will leave no stone unturned to reach the masses in every nook and corner.

‘Naan Mahaan Alla’ will be stylish as well as realistic. The film which started in September 2009 has been released August 20, 2010.

Plot for Thillalangadi Tamil Movie:
Krishna (Jayam Ravi) is a happy-go-lucky youngster, who often commits himself into risks as he feels the right Kick over it. Well for Nisha (Tamannaah Bhatia), what starts as a hatred turns into love with Krishna. But sooner as she finds her beau so irresponsible swapping jobs often, she breaks up with him. Sooner the story shifts to Malaysia, where Nisha’s parents arrange her marriage with Krishna Kumar (Shaam), a tough and honest cop. Krishna uncovers that he has traveled all the way to Malaysia to trap a smart thief, who has been looting crores of money from leading tycoons and politicians. The intriguing part of the film is about the fact that the thief is none other than Nisha’s ex-boyfriend Krishna.

Rest of the film is all about how Krishna wins back the heart of Nisha and the reason behind his robberies having a substantial reason.

Production of Baana Kaathadi:
On 9 March 2009, the film's launch took place at AVM Studios in Vadapalani in Chennai, which was attended by the entire cast and crew and other prominent film personalities actor Murali and producer S. A. Chandrasekhar. A major portion of the film is said to have been shot at the International Kites Festival of Gujarat, which would be the first time in the history of Tamil cinema.

Soundtrack of Baana Kaathadi:
Baana's soundtrack is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The soundtrack album, which was released on 30 April at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai, features 5 songs, 4 of which being solo numbers. However, contrary to earlier reports, the album didn't feature a remix of the Ilaiyaraaja song "Aathadi Paavadai" from the film Poovilangu that starred Adharva's father Murali. Na. Muthukumar has written the lyrics for two songs, whilst Vaali, Snehan and Gangai Amaran have penned for each one song.All songs received positive comments and became hit instantly.

Set in the backdrop of Nallore, a small town in Thoothukudi District, the film revolves around Sub Inspector Durai Singam (Surya), who joined the police service and serve in his hometown primarily to fulfill his father’s (Radha Ravi's) wish. Durai Singam settles every dispute in his town patiently with his gentle talk out without police influence. Kavya (Anushka), a city girl who comes on vacation to Nallore, falls in love with Durai Singam. Comic relief is provided by Vivek.

Everything seems to be smooth-running until Mayil Vaaganam (Prakash Raj) is required to travel to Nallore to sign a conditional bail. Mayil Vaaganam sends one of his henchmen to sign instead of him. But angry Durai Singam requires Mayil Vaaganam to come in-person for signature and this starts a clash between them. Mayil Vaaganam, unable to do anything because the town is under the control of Durai Singam and his supporters, leaves humiliated. He uses his political clout (minister Radha Ravi) to get Durai Singam promoted as Inspector and transferred to Tiruvanmaiyur police station in Chennai in order to revenge.

In Chennai, Kavya's sister is kidnapped by Vaaganam, and in the process Singam uncovers a scam run by Vaaganam in which he kidnaps children for ransom from commercial real estate developers. Durai Singam, in a quirk of fate (with unexpected help from Mayil Vaganam political friend), gets promoted as Assistant Commissioner of the specially-formed Anti-kidnapping Task Force. Also, Kavya's father (Nassar) who is hostile to Singam softens up.

In a protracted cat-and-mouse chase with liberal display of muscle power, Vaganam targets people dearest to Singam, including Kavya. Finally, in a bid to escape gathering momentum against him, Vaaganam abducts the Karnataka Home Minister's daughter and escapes by train to Nellore. All's well that ends well - even though he mobilizes a huge army of policemen to help him, in a final one-to-one fight, Singam kills Vaaganam.

Story starts up in 1982 in the village of Gandipeta near Tadipatri of Rayalaseema. Factionism between rival families of Ramineedu (Nagineedu) and Kovelamudi Raghava Rao results in the killing of Ankineedu (brother of Ramineedu) and Raghava Rao himself. To lead a peaceful life, Raghava Rao’s wife escapes from the village to Hyderabad along with his only son, who grows up to become Ramu (Sunil). Ramu looses his mother with time and on the other side, Ramineedu’s sons Malla Suri and Byri Reddy grow with revenge to kill the entire family of Raghava Rao including Ramu.

Ramu is innocent and a good human being who is in need of Rs.2 Lakhs to buy a trolley auto to make his life set. Being away from faction, Ramu is unaware of his family background. At this point of time, Ramu receives a telegram from Tadipatri Mandal Office to collect the (land) property papers of his ancestors. To dispose the land and get the needful money, Ramu moves to Rayalaseema. Enroute to Gandipeta, Ramu meets Aparna (Saloni) in the train and she is impressed by the innocence of Ramu. Situations turn up in such a way that Ramu enters the house of Ramineedu as a guest to sell the ancestral land and luckily Aparna is the only daughter of Ramineedu. When Ramineedu comes to know that Ramu is the son of their rival, he is struck up in a critical situation. As Ramineedu is known for ‘Athidhi Maryada’ (Hospitality to Guests), following his family tradition he can’t kill Ramu as long as he is inside the house. Once Ramu steps out of his house, he is going to be killed.

Very soon, even Ramu also knows about the fact and he is determined not to step of the house at any cost. From here on Ramu makes different plans not to leave the house while Ramineedu & Co. wait for an opportunity. During this brief period when Ramu is trying to save his life, Aparana develops interest on Ramu and she is in love. With the help of brother-in-law Srikanth (Brahmaji), how did Aparna convey her love to family members? How did Ramu react to Aparna’s love? Did Ramineedu’s family succeed in taking revenge? form the climax.

Soundtrack:
The soundtrack of Naan Mahaan Alla is composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja, making this his third collaboration with Karthi, after scoring highly successful results with Paruthiveeran (2007) and Paiyaa (2010),[7] and his first with director Suseenthiran, who worked with V. Selvaganesh for his previous film. The soundtrack album, which was released on 16 July, 2010 at Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai,[8] features 5 songs overall, with lyrics penned by Na. Muthukumar and Yuga Bharathy. The song "Va Va Nilava Pudichi" is repeated at the end of the album, with singer Rahul Nambiar being credited for both songs. Nambiar, however, stated on his Facebook site, that two versions were recorded featuring his and Haricharan's voice, respectively, but that both songs in the album were rendered by Haricharan only and his own version wasn't included at all.

The entire town is hailing about the grand success of ‘Enthiran’ Music. Apparently, the producers are reported to have opted for a pre-poned release.

The early plans were about releasing the film in October. But with the album incredulously surpassing over the global charts, the producers are found with a second thought now. According to the sources, the film’s release is expected to be scheduled on September 24.

To ensure that the film’s release isn’t delayed, the technical crew has gone insomniac over completing the works on time. A.R. Rahman is spending quality time generating background score and rerecording process.

Since the momentum of expectations would gradually fall down if the release is postponed, the producers are keen on getting it out of cans by this day.

Enthiran Tamil Movie Synopsis:
Endhiran, Rajni plays dual roles. One is a scientist and the other is a Robot. Scientist Rajni creates a Robot with artificial intelligence – like that of sixth sense in humans – to help human beings and to the development of the country.

But its silicon heart falls in love with Aishwarya Rai. Writes romantic poems and the Robot behave just like a human being. Knowing about the extra ordinary intelligence of the Robot the villains try to get control of the Robot.

Scientist Rajni fights to save the Robot falling into the hand of the enemies and destroys the evil forces using the Robot itself.

Kacheri Arambam (English: Party Begins) is an Indian Tamil action film directed by Thiraivannan, starring Jeeva and Poonam Bajwa in the lead roles, whilst, J. D. Chakravarthy plays a pivotal role. The film was released on 19 March 2010.

Synopsis:
This Tamil movie, Kacheri Arambam, opens over a train journey where Paari (Jeeva) and director Thiraivannan boasting about this film to be a commercial entertainer, which is followed by a flashback taking us to his native land of Ramnad.

Being a good-hearted savior, Paari gives away his ducky products and monetary aids to those, who are in need of it. (Just as his name 'Paari' signifies the ancient characterization of Paari Vallal). With an unavoidable tiff breaking out between the guy and his dad (Azhagam Perumal), he sets out to Chennai with money-spinning mottos.

Chennai has unexpected plans for him as he comes across a beautiful girl Madhi (Poonam Bajwa) and falls in love with her at first sight. Within short span of time, a load of henchmen set forth on a show of smashing down Paari.
Sooner, he comes to notice that Madhi is going through troublesome moments as a topmost don of Chennai – Sivamani (J.D. Chakravarthy) has hard-pressed her to marry him.

Yuganiki Okkadu is a dubbed version of Tamil movie Ayirathil Oruvan features Karthik Shivakumar and Reema Sen in the lead.. It is a scientific thriller story.

Reema Sen has acting the role of a bio-scientist who invents a medicine with a potential to change the lives of people. Karthi plays the role of man who got transformed by her wonder medicine.

In the 12th century, the Cholas, defeated by the Pandyas, fled to a place in present-day Vietnam, and were not heard of since. A government-backed exploration team sets out to find out about the lost 'civilization'. The team is a mixture of army men and unsuspecting coolies, and the latter were literally cheated into this expedition.

An archaeologist who had earlier gone to explore the mystery never returned. His daughter (Andrea Jeremiah) is part of the present team, led by Anitha (Reema Sen). The way forward is fraught with dangers - both of the natural kind as well as of the supernatural kind. So deadly luminous sea creatures and violently hissing snake legions compete with mysteriously disappearing quicksand pits in finishing off half the contingent. The rest of the story is all about how they confront the long-lost people.
