Delighted to annouce The Knackerman has won Best East Anglian Short at the Norwich Film Festival. This festival has gone from strength to strength over the last few years, so it's an honour to be recognised at this years festival.

Thanks to all our East Anglian crew - partiuclarly Film Suffolk.

Festival Update

I'm happy to annouce The Knackerman has won Best cinematography at the Oxford International Film Festival. The film also received a Special Mention at Bermuda International Film Festival for it's 'gorgeous mood and evoking cinematography'.

Congratulations to the entire team who helped make the film.

Screenings continue in June with our London Premiere at the East London Film Festival and then our LA Premeire at Dances With Films.

The Knackerman Festival update

Delighted to annouce that The Knackerman has begun it's 2017 festival run by picking up two awards.

The first was at the Ramsgate Film and TV Festival. This new festival showcased a wonderful cross section of international cinema over the course of a weekend. If this first year was anything to go by, then next years will be even better. The Knackerman took home the audience award.

The second award was the directors choice at the Taos Shortz Film Festival in New Mexico. This brilliant festival was included Movie Magazines top 50 Film Festivals worth the entry fee. Running for 10 years, this edition sadly will be it's last.

It was an honour to screen at both of these festivals, old and new and wish them the best of luck in the future.

The Knackerman will be screening at the Oxford International Film Festival in May as well as the Oscar Qualifying Bermuda International Film Festival.

A contemporary Western set in the heart of rural East Anglia, The Knackerman tells the story of Ron - an aging Knacker who is responsible the disposal of ill horses and livestock. When his own horse falls ill, Ron must decide it's fate and in doing so, face his own mortality.

The Knackerman was funded by Creative England and the BFI.

Strange Weather Festival Screenings

Strange Weather continues it's festival run this September with screenings at the 35th Cambridge Film Festival and Raindance, where I'm delighted to annouce it has been nominated for the Best UK Short Film award.

We'll then be screening the film at Asthetica short Film Festival in November.

Thank you to everyone that helped make the film, and who have supported it along the way.

The Raindance awards ceremony is early October, wish us luck.
