Why is this not surprising anymore. It happens at least once a year and they for some reason can’t get stop it from happening and are not really heard accountable either. This is what little competition and lobby gets us.

Good looking redesign but nasty price hike. The 9th gen started at $329 and was always looked at as a great price for the entry level iPad even though it had some aging specs but this one at $449, it seems a bit much for that market.

I enjoyed using Stadia but I figured it would be shut down at some point by Google. I’m glad they are giving refunds for all game purchases.

iPhone 14 offers satellite connectivity:

This is a pretty incredible features. T-Mobile and Starlink have also announced that they plan to enable satellite connection over existing carrier bands, which seems more ideal but who knows how long that will take to make happen. This is here now and it’s remarkable if it really works like in the demo.

A lot of people hate the notch and in a perfect world, it wouldn’t be there. But given what’s possible today, it seems Apple still has to put up with it to maintain their level of security for Face ID and I love the way they are making it a more usable element on the screen. I just wish they would have made this feature available to all iPhones with notches.

Easy one of the coolest projects I’ve seen. I grew up in the 90s when Apple was thriving, dead, and then alive agin. When the stores opened in the early 2000s, it became a place were my friends and I would go whenever we were in the mall. Now, virtually revisiting all the stores Ive been to over the years and seeing how they have changed is very is nostalgic.

Looks great! It’s not a flagship killer but a different approach that puts design first. The build quality looks phenomenal and the specs are on par with most mid-range in that price point. If you are in the market for something like the Pixel 5A, the Phone 1 would be worth considering if it’s available in your country.
