1. Download NDS Skin sample [NDSi Skin] [My Theme Collection]
2. Extract the Downloaded theme anywhere on your computer.
3. Browse your NDS Micro SD Card.
4. Open EDGE Folder
   
5. Open Skin folder
   
6. Copy your extracted theme inside the Skin Folder (eg. NintendoDSi)
   
7. Inside the NintendoDSi folder you’ll see BMP files.
8. Insert your NDS Micro SD Card to your EDGE DS cart
9. Turn on DS then click on Settings

PART 1 – Upgrading to 5.50 GEN-A

1. Download CFW 5.50 GEN-A Full (Download Here)
2. Connect your PSP to your PC via USB mode
3. Extract the file in to your PSP Memory Stick root folder (eg. :/ )
4.  Exit PSP to USB Mode and go to Memory Stick then Games. You should have now the 5.50 Gen-A as shown on screenshot below:
5. Run 5.50 Gen-A. make sure you have atleast 70% battery remaining and plugin your charger for precaution.
6. Read the instruction and press X to continue
7. Your psp will now be on the Update Screen.
8. After the update is complete, your PSP will restart automatically.

PART 2 – Updating to 5.50 GEN-B2

1. Download 5.50 GEN-B and GEN-B2 Update (GEN-B) and (GEN-B2)
2. Connect your PSP to your PC via USB mode
3. Extract both files in to your Memory Stick
4. Exit PSP to USB Mode and go to Memory Stick then Games
   1. Run 5.50 GEN-B then,
   2. Run 5.50 GEN-B2 
5. After all of the steps are done, you can now delete all the files you downloaded to your memory stick

I haven’t used my PSP for such a long time so some of my post will be not new for you but I will still post it. Also I now have a Windows Mobile phone so I think I might also post some if. But for the meantime, I’ll just list down topics that I want to post so stay tuned.

1. Turn on your PSP and verify your firmware version (System Settings)
   1. If you have version lower than 5.03 proceed to Step 2
   2. if you have 5.03 version Skip Step 2 and Step 6
      
2. Download and Update your PSP Version to 5.03
   1. Official Firwmare 5.03 Download
   2. Connect your PSP to your PC via USB Connection
   3. Extract and Copy the EBOOT.PBP to your PSP Memory Stick. ( x:\PSP\GAME\UPDATE\ )
3. Download ChickHENR2
   1. ChickHEN R2 Download
   2. Extract file anywhere on your computer
   3. Copy h.bin to your PSP Memory stick ( x:\ )
   4. Open SLIM folder where you extracted the file
   5. Copy ChickHEN Folder to your PSP Memory stick ( x:\PSP\PHOTO )
4. Download Custom Firmware Enabler 3.20
   1. Custom Firmware Enabler 3.20 Download
   2. Extract file anywhere on your computer
   3. Copy the PSP Folder to your PSP Memory stick ( x:\ )
   4. Verify if you have now folder x:\PSP\GAME\CFWEnabler
      
5. Disconnect your PSP from your PC
6. On your PSP, got GAMES and Select UPDATE to update your PSP Version to 5.03. Wait for a couple of minutes and just follow the steps shown on the screen.
7. Verify if you have now PSP Version 5.03
8. Go to PHOTOS >> ChickHEN and scroll down to slim.tiff your PSP screen should look distorted and will restart on its own. (no need to open / select slim.tiff)
9. Go to GAMES then choose / run CFEnabler
   
10. Choose START to make your PSP ready to run hombrew,  ISO / CSO Downloaded games

Notes:
You need to have UMD loaded in order to start playing Downloaded games without additional configuration. If you don’t have UMD, you need to run again CFEnabler and configure to Sony NP9660 – No UMD

If you turn off your PSP you need to repeat steps 8 and 9 in order to play homebrew, ISO / CSO Downloaded games

What is Custom Firmware Enabler?
> A program that activates the functions of the M33 custom firmware using ChickHEN.

What do I need?
> A PSP (Model 2000 or 3000)
> Download OFW 5.03
> Download 5.03 ChickHEN R2

Installation:
> Copy the folder to your psp CFWEnabler in X:\PSP\GAME\

How to use:
Starts ChickHEN from the picture section. Then start the homebrew called “CFWLoader 3.01.

Common Errors:

> When you start the program it automatically goes to the menu –
       It has not been able to reallocate the flash, make sure your version is correct ChickEN.
> I can’t run ISO’s –
      Make sure that your configuration is correct.
> It created a folder called SVCPlayer Why? –
      You have a plugin that creates the so-called “capture” nothing to do with CFWEnabler.
> Other errors is important to check the plugins that are loaded can that can cause problems.
Also, check the version of ChickHEN (R2) if it is correct.

Activate Pops:

To enable compatibility with Native Pops, it is necessary to remove some modules of an Official Firmware.
In this version you can flash any version of the Pops, but only 5.00 is recommended, other versions have not been tested.

  - Required –
     - A PSP that enables homebrew loading.
     - Download OFW 5.00.
     - Download latest PSARdumper

1.-The PsarDumper copy of our report.
2.-copy the firmware to the root of the PSP under the name “EBOOT.PBP”
3.-execute the PsarDumper.
4.-click on “X” and waited.
5.-When finished, enter usb from pc and have a root folder called F0.
6.-look for pops.prx files in the folder and popsman.prx kd (in F0)
7.-Then Copy to Pops folder within CFWEnabler
8.-Run the CFWEnabler.
9.-click on the option “Flash Modules Pops.”
10.-then follw the succeding instrunctions.
11.-Done, and you can delete the files from the Memory Stick Pops,
both the EBOOT.PBP and the F0 folder as well as the files in the Pops folder within CFWEnabler Pops.

Warning: You are advised not to change anything to the internal memory or flash0 files because this could lead to a permanent/irrecoverable brick.

How to Install Custom Firmware Enabler v2.10:

• UPGRADE YOUR PSP TO OFFICIAL FIRMWARE VERSION 5.03
• Connect PSP to your Computer via USB Connection
• Download and Extract CFWEnabler
• Copy the folder to your psp CFWEnabler in X:/PSP/GAME Folder
• Example: X:/PSP/GAME/CFWEnabler/EBOOT.PBP (where X is the Driver letter of your PSP)
• IMPORTANT: Do not change the folder name CFWEnabler!
• Download and Extract ChickHEN2
• Copy the ChickHEN folder in the SLIM Folder to X:/PSP/PHOTO

It is possible to install HP Quickplay 3 in Windows XP following the steps below:

1. Download Quickplay Registry fix [ DOWNLOAD ] to get rid of Not Authorized Machine error

3. Extract the downloaded file ( HP-QuickPlay.exe ) to C:\SWSetup\QP3 using winrar.
