Donald plans to force companies to go back to United States by increasing taxes to companies who outsource their man power, he plans to increase their tax so high they won't have a choice but for them to retract and go back to US. How to be aware that I am dreaming?

Hi, I'm Ian and I'm a Psychometrician , do you want to be aware that your in a dream?

Well fist you need to understand that there are different levels of sleep therefore different levels of dream.
You see there are three levels of sleep but , light sleep that's when you kinda drift away, second is that blank phase you can't remember anything and third is REM (Rapid eye movement)
Have you even been so tired during the day that when you get to your bed you just fall asleep, you usually go to REM faster in this way. Now remember the deeper the sleep the more lucid and harder it is to distinguish that you are actually in a dream. Sometimes it can be hard waking up when your really deep.

Anyway here are some ways how to aware that your dreaming.

1. Am I in a dream- Everyday try asking yourself "Am I in a dream?" Every time something excites you, scares you etc.. everytime a strong emotion or something out of the ordinary happens.
If you do that consciously when your awake most likely you'll ask yourself that when
your asleep,. from then you'll be able to distinguish.

2. Pinch yourself- The sensation will be different, if you pinch yourself in a dream the pain from pinching yourself won't be that intense. I personally touch my chest, if my chest feels a little numb then that means I'm in a dream. From that realization that your in a dream, you can do whatever you want.

3. Set your alarm clock- Set your clock 4 1/2 hours, when you wake up you'll remember everything from your dream, and you'll be a little grogy.. wake up for a couple of minuetes then sleep again, remembering what you were dreaming.

*Alright, I wrote this article to entertain nothing more. It is very unlikely that the two would actually go to war with each other. Why? Because USA owes China $1.6 trillion and USA is the largest importer of Chinese goods. So if China goes to war with US, USA can just say "F you China we won't pay you jack.. and we won't buy your stuff either" but hypothetically let's just say they do fight. How would China fair?hm... And by the way I like China and Chinese food. =)

10. Because it's made in China- Have you ever checked a toy, appliance or whatever and checked the back where it's from and when you found out it's Made in China.. you were kinda hesitant to buy it because of the quality of the product, since you know it will break easily or won't last that long. And if it was made in USA, your like "Wehew..at least I'm sure about the quality". Same thing with military hardware. If it's made in USA 9 times of 10 it will fire...and can be used for a long time,.. you really can't say that in Chinese military hardware. Lol.

9. Because of technology- Yeah the Chinese made some advancements, but USA has the most advance military technology in the world.

8. Navy- US has the largest Naval fleet in the world. They have 62 destroyers according to wikipedia. And China has 22 as of latest report in 2012.. and guess which destroyer has the better quality. That's right USA.

z7. China always losses- When was the last time China fought a world super power and won? Uhm.... never, that's right. They were enslaved by the Brits and raped by the Japanese. Two world super powers,.. and as we all know it history repeats itself.

6. Experience- The Chinese Army are virgins when it comes to war. They never really fought anybody their just scary because there so many of them, unlike USA who has a lot of practice fighting, I mean a lot..

5. Navy again- Okay why do I keep reiterating, the Navy? Because it will be a Naval conflict in the South China sea. That's going to be where the battle is. Let's compare ok.

First because of their geographical location and because they don't have the capability to launch a massive long range ambitious assault. So the war will be fought on Chinese ground. US will be the invader.

3. Because of satellites- The USA can see whatever the Chinese are doing. It could be a weakness of US though cause China can just jam the satellites and they'll be blind.

2. Ground troops.- Unlike China, the United States can deploy their armed forces anywhere in the world swiftly and with decisive force. Remember Iraq? Iraq was a world military super power and they were demolished by USA,. it wasn't even a fight, it was an invasion.

Why is school important?

That's the question I always asked myself as a student. Why is school important? And as an adult I learned why. Because school equips us with the tools that we would need to succeed in life. You probably already know that you won't use Algebra when you buy milk from the store, all you need is simple subtraction. But it's deeper than that. In school we are taught to have group activities to finish a project right!?, that's no different than having an office meeting to solve a problem in your company. You interact, brain storm, argue and come up with a conclusion.

We only use 15% of what we learned in school that includes writing, reading, counting, addition and subtraction, multiplication and other skills a little more specialized like how write a business letter. So how about the other 85%? It became our ideals, attitude, communications skills, interactions skills etc... things that we unconsciously use everyday is a result of school and our upbringing.

Now one might ask, "Then why the heck am I studying physics and biology for?
Well because our society will need Physicists and doctors someday. You see it kinda goes like this.
The type of education we receive in grade school and high school is General Education.
Now what is General Education? It's actually a shotgun-type of education were we get blasted by the most important subjects of human knowledge (at least to them) which are Linguistics, Mathematics, Science, P.E and arts like Music.. then from there on the student can decide whether he wants to be an engineers, lawyers, athlete etc...

But what's the most important subject school teaches us?
Well it's life itself. In school we form friendships, we fall in love, we achieve, fail and win, we fight and learn how to forgive...lessons that are not deliberately taught in classrooms but in hallways and cafeterias. And these lessons are very valuable if not the most valuable because is actually a training ground for life.

Sorry about my grammar. I'm not a native English speaker perhaps if I listened to my English teachers a little more I would written this article a little better. =)

Why is Generation Y frustrated?
As a teenager I always wondered why this Generation so frustrated in life, even I was frustrated. There must be an answer. It's because of Expectation. The formula kinda goes like this Expectation+ Reality= Result level of happiness.
But you can actually bypass this I'll tell you the secret later.

If your expectation exceeds your reality then you are happy, but if your expectation doesn't meet your reality then you are unhappy. That's it that the formula of happiness. Now why did we become like this?
Well it's because of social media and our parents. This is especially true for Generation Y. Growing up we were bombarded with beautiful women in magazine covers, idolized muscular men on TV like Duke in G.I Joe and our parents telling us we can be whatever we want to be in life...and so basically social media told us that were going to be like rockstars and have bodies like wrestlers when we grow up, reinforced by our parents that we can be whatever we want to be, buried into our subconscious mind that we will be amazing.....and...now that were here,..were slowly realizing that that's not going to happen (well for some of us it will but for most it won't) and were very very frustrated.

And were getting more frustrated. And I'll tell you why.
Because social media. Commercials tell us that your no good if your not 6ft with a square jaw and huge biceps, or a beautiful woman who smiles for a living. Facebook also tells us that were no good because people only post good things about their lives and hide the bad side...so we think that everybody else is doing well in life except you.

AND we might have a hard time changing because we lack some basic understanding about the simple laws of life...Why? Because we grew up with instant noodles,. Let me give you an example. THE LAW OF THE SEED. The law says Sow and So Shall You Reap........LATER. Of course if you plant corn seeds today and comeback tomorrow you'll just get wet corn seeds with some dirt. But since everything is instant email, chat, microwave etc... we never really understood this This is how we understand this law.

But something is missing, it's labor. When you plant a seed, you just don't walk away, you care for that seed. So it would be more practical to change our understanding as illustrated in the second picture...

And there is no escaping this law and all the other laws that govern the universe.

So now what how can we change this, how can we be happy?
Well the answer's pretty simple. Just decide to be happy. Because happiness is a choice. You decide how to feel, if you wish to be sad then you will be sad but if you wish to be happy then you will happy. You can bypass the formula if you just decide and stick to it. It worked for me I'm sure it will work for you too.

The internet revolutionized the word "connected". We can update the world with what's going with our lives in a click of a mouse. Get information fast, talk to a old friend we haven't seen for years or simply play War Commander with a guy halfway across the world. Yup, the magic of internet is amazing but have you ever thought of the repercussions this amazing tool. I made a list check it out.

10. Social media shaping- Ever felt that everybody is doing well in facebook except you? Well it's because of people only show the goodside of their lives. They have captions pics like "We went to Boracay Philippines and it was amazing" while your stuck in your living room. What your facebook friend didn't tell you was he puked during the flight, the cab driver screwed her with the fair, she got bitten by a hundred mosquitoes and she didn't much have cash left that's why she went back home.. but all you saw was her basking in the sun, drinking an overpriced tropical drink. Not being a hater just being honest.

9. It eats our time at work- I don't need show statistics because it does. My officemates does facebook while worktime, I do it myself. Usually employees with access to social media sites would waste as much as 25% of their working hours reading yahoo articles and using facebook, or streaming online.

8.Your health suffers- Come on honestly because of the internet you've been slacking all day sitting on your chair, eating doing nothing. Kids 8-12 years old spend 6-8 hours a day using the internet, they don't even go our and play tag anymore because they're playing candy crash...

7. Were becoming stupid- Not sure about you, but remember the time when we used the library to do our research. I was in that era, kids these days don't how to use the library because they can google it. We don't think that much anymore because the answer is in google. We now have greatest library in the world in fitted in the palm of hands and since it's so cheap and available we might as well take it for granted because familiarity breeds contempt.

6. We are now dependent- Everything now is controlled through internet. Even our traffic-light is controlled using internet. Imagine if there was an internet blackout, what then? You won't be able to work, you can't withdraw your money in the bank, power blackouts and uhm...pretty much everything would be in chaos.
You see we humans depend on technology to do pretty much everything. and much of our technology depends on the internet. So we living in the modern age would pretty much be screwed.

5. You feel ugly- Social media, bombards us with beautiful people. You go to youtube and you see a commercial of beautiful woman slim woman eating cheese burger. People in marketing know about us using the internet all the time so they bombard us with amazing things which tells us that, "If you don't have this you suck, or if your not like this your ugly" so they can sell their stuff.

4.Privacy- We haven't lost it completely but know that everything that we post online is public property. Even if it's in private there's a good chance of a leak. So next time be careful and think twice before entering your credit card information when you order online because behind that website is a human being that can see your credit card info, they have full access to it because you gave them all the information to use it.

My life with God and the people I love.

In 2012 someone invited to join an org, a Christian org. The girl who invited me was really pretty so I was like "Oh.. well all I have to do is pretend I'm interested in her faith and I'll get her". Back then I was a fresh graduate from college and I was hired by a well established company, had a girlfriend, smoked and drank every now and then.. and life was pretty good and it was heading towards a very good direction. It just seemed that everything was going right, there maybe a few bumps but no worries.

Then suddenly a girl who I added in facebook back 2011 confirmed my friend request. I was like ok whatever, so she invited me to her Christian org. I was like "yeah,..yeah I have faith" just so I can get her but I had no interest whatsoever in having a relationship with "god"

Back in high school and college, I tried to understand Christianity and God etc.. but I never really quiet understand what they were praying about because no one could explain it to me. So I believed what my Uncle Enrico told me that the Roman Catholic along with other Christian churches were just a bunch of crooks out to get your money. He told me he doesn't believe in an afterlife and that most likely there is a higher being... it was an agnostic point of view and it worked for me. =)

Anyway, so I was there in her Church, and their was this man trying to preach something. So I listened, and he actually said some pretty good pointers about God and life, and our relationship with Him. I said this is not so bad, maybe I'll have another go next week...so I went, then another week, then another. And I met very nice people, young professionals just like.. I thought at first "This can't be real, people this nice to each other please... they probably hate each other outside these walls" but I was wrong, they were all actually good people, not just good they were great. They treated each other with respect and just like family. So I observed and listened, I understood that Christianity as a whole is not just about praying and making yourself look serious while praying it was actually giving praise to God, and we actually exist to give praise to Him. It was a little hard to swallow at first because that meant that I had give up womanizing, drinking, smoking and other worldly stuff. But I gave it a go..

So in 2013, life was full of confusion actually and struggle on how to let go of the life I loved so much. I had no girlfriend because Christianity preaches that you only enter a romantic relationship if you're ready for marriage. And there was this I wanted to make a lot of money and I didn't understand why I wasn't making a lot despite of my skill-set.. I struggled because what worked for me before didn't work now, and every-time I wanted to do something foolish, it gave me so much guilt.. that my new friends in my organization are all nice to me and I was cheating them.

So it was hard and difficult because of the fact that I didn't fully understand the concepts of it all. But since I was surrounded by them and interacted with them often it became easy, I also understood that the bible is a guideline to life and if we follow it, all things will work well. I realized this late in 2013, and I practice it from that moment on, which was not that long ago really... So now, that I'm practicing God's word, I wouldn't really say I'm now a holy man and that I fully understand Jesus Christ and God,nope..not at all.. but I do know this, that if I follow His word everything will workout just fine and I will do really good in life.

This post in not about religion, some people believe in God because they are afraid of death; an infinite nothingness,void of consciousness. As organisms we are programmed to survive as long as we can however we can. Religion relieves the fear of death and promises eternal life and a better place. Do I believe in an afterlife? I don't know we'll all find out sooner or later. I was a former atheist now I do believe there is a God and here's why.

No future, no past..the infinity of nothingness, This violates the law of physics of "Cause and effect". For this theory to be plausible there must be an uncause, an entity unaffected by time infinite and timeless. The plausible answer is a Creator since He is the Alpha and the Omega.
There is a theory "A theory of God" that explains why we humans and other life forms exist. It states that we are Gods creation to create experience the Universe and when we die, we go back to God and input our experience.

Limitations of Science- Although science made great advancements over the past 100 years, it is still limited. 100 years ago, if you say it's possible to walk on the moon, people would probably laugh. 20 years ago, we believed that there's no liquid on Mars, now we know there is. Science is a series of corrected mistakes. Get used to it.

2. Human limitations- To say that something does not exist because one cannot see,taste, hear or feel an entity is downright stupid. We humans are limited by our senses and the our mind . 500 years ago, it would be ludicrous to say that there is an magnetic field, or to say that EMP exists, because no one can hear, touch, taste or feel them.

1.Faith- Throughout history of mankind from the simplest tribes to the great City of modern New York, people believe in a higher being. Of course there are some exemptions who don’t believe. As if we are genetically modified to learn that there is a higher being. Any culture in this planet has a God or gods they worship. They also believe in an afterlife. There is a good probability that we humans are genetically inclined to praise a higher being. It may sound ludicrous, but it sure looks that way.

Only cold water stops tootache is a very common symptom of necrotic pulp it. I know the feeling it's when you have a crazy toothache and only sipping cold water stops the pai, the problem is pain comes back if you don't sip water.This happens when the nerve of your tooth dies and starts to decompose it produces gas that expands with heat and contracts when cold. So day and night you have to sip cold water to ease the pain.

Now you just want some sleep and you want to do other stuff but you can't.

I have the solution to your problem. I know how to make the pain go away permanently =)

I know because this happened to me.

This is what you do to ease the pain go inside your room preferably alone, take mefenamic acid
(or whatever pain killer you have) wait 20 minutes for it to work, and then stop drinking cold water..see through the pain, I know it's crazy and feels like suicide but do it.. it's gonna be freaking painful at first, then crazy insane second excruciating second, and the third phase is well you just want to shoot yourself because of the pain but just stick to it...don't grab that glass of cold water....then.... good old boy relief you'll know it when you get there because you'll feel great since your brain secreted so much serotonin to counter the pain. After that do yourself a favor and not drink something cold for at least a couple of hours.

Then go see your dentist have it root canal or removed.

Thank me later your done and the pain gone. =)

5 Reasons work sucks in the Philippines.

I've been in the HR industry for almost 2 years now.
And believe me it doesn't look good for the labor force
in the Philippines

Call center, call center, call center.
Altough it's good that there are a lot of investors in the Philippines it sucks because the jobs that we get are usually trash jobs that nobody wants in their country that's why they outsource.
A lot of us think that the call center industry
is a dead end job and it is.
You know one of the reason why there are so many
call centers in the Philippines? Aside from good English
and cheap labor,.. companies in USA/Canada/Australia have a hard time
recruiting bilk employees to take in calls because it's a trash job. Sorry but that's the
truth you wouldn't hear an American over excited in getting
a job in AT&T as a representative now would you?
Try searching a job in jobstreet and you'll find
call center openings that nobody is freaking
interested in. Bottomline it's an in between job
that people who feels they have nowhere to go end up in.

You old get out
If your a keen observer, Philippines has a very young labor
force if you reach 30 and you still ain't a manager good luck
sunshine your gonna end up jobless and hopeless.
Have you seen a 45 year old get employed by a Marketing company
for a entry level position. Nope sorry HR's today want to
hire young and hip people..so if you're in your late 20's

10,800php is just not enough... poor Marian... commutes to work
everyday unable to save because of her salary.
If you compare her salary to a first world country entry level position,
well let's not compare you get the picture.

Junmar Fajardo vs Greg Slaughter

Junmar Fajardo vs Greg Slaughter

For those who don't know Greg Slaughter was originally from Cebu. He was the prized Center of UV Green Lancers and Junmar Fajardo was a rising star of University of Cebu. The two young prospects slugged it out their games in CESAFI (that's the equivalent of UAAP in Cebu).

Junmar Fajardo still 6'9 back then and Greg Slaughter stood 6'11 (both men still grew an inch)
It was the 2010 Cesafi Champion and it was the real clash of the titans. Every time one of them got the ball the crowd would rawr and the atmosphere was ecstatic the Cebuano fans waiting for what's going to happen next.
Greg's team won that championship series against Junmar and that was the last time they would meet in the hard court. Although Greg Slaughter's team won the championship a lot of Cebuano's felt that Junmar Fajardo was the better player, although smaller he was more agile, had better lateral movement and better reflex.
And that was it for the Cesafi rivalry. Greg Slaughter left Cebu for the prestige of Ateneo and Glory of Manila basketball and Junmar stayed loyal to his Visayan roots. Although that was the case we all knew that these guys would meet again in the PBA.

I watched Greg Slaughter practice when he was in Cebu and I would say that is somewhat lazy. He doesn't do suicides and he runs as if he has no motivation for the game. Unlike Junmar Fajardo he's hard working and more focused, as I saw him in his practices.

Comparing the two players I would say that the main difference between the two is attitude. Junmar has just more heart for the game, he's the kind of player that would dive for the basketball and wouldn't be big headed because of the attention. Sorry but unlike Greg Slaughter who was "allegedly" lured by Ateneo with a condominium and a nice car. Junmar Fajardo always stayed humble and never left Cebu for glory. Greg Slaughter was supposed to be in Gilas 2.0 but he was cut.
Junmar Fajardo would go a long way in the PBA and who know's even NBA someday. I'm not sure with Greg Slaughter though. I hope he changes his attitude.

First there's just so much bad-rap about the industry and most of it is true, one of the reasons why companies outsource is that this is considered a crappy job in their country and they can't get the quality AND quantity of people to do the job. I worked for Convergys and Teleperformance, and for me Covergys was way better. Anyway why work in a call center? I'll try to write down all the good stuff, then write down all the crap I experienced working the call center industry.

1. Money is good- Yup money is good in this industry, call centers try to shower agents with incentives, bonuses and other stuff just to have them stay at their stations and take in calls. For example your basic salary is 15k plus allowance 2k transportation allowance and 1k meal allowance and of course 10-20% night differential. So the agent will recieve around 8500php/INR. Now that's the very basic of pay,.. there are other centers who offer more. Some give as much as 27k inclusive package, and their will be other bonuses. Like if you hit this metric you get this amount, or if your not late for a month you get an additional of 2k etc...
Point is money is good and companies will shower you with money the best they can... =)

2. Save- Well it's really up to you but if your not the drinking type you'll be able to save a lot of money in this industry, cause you'll be so tired after working all night all you want to do is sleep.

3. Practice your English- Since you'll be talking to an English Speaker eight hours a day, you'll be very good at it. I mean so good that ones you get out of the industry you'll have a very clear and audible voice that can be an edge in other fields.

4.Promotions- I can say yeah promotions are fast in the call center, you just have to do good.

5.All walks of life- You'll deal with different kinds of people. Old grandma types, weirdos, moms, dads, teenagers, hopeless I got nowhere to go type, religious.... all walks of life I tell you. You'll be immersed.

Here's the bad. When I worked in the call center this is what I experienced.

1. Dead end- It is if you don't do good. You'll be an agent for life answering calls getting shouted at by a guy half-way across the world, some are even racist tssk.. that's you, that's your life... you'll answer calls.

2.People-I said all walks of life, but I didn't tell you that HR doesn't care about culture fit. As long as you can speak English you get a job.And most of the people your gonna meet are the HOPPERS, hoppers are agents that hop from company to company, they are call center whores. They don't have a plan in life, they smoke, drink and spread HIV. That's what they do, they don't make plans and THEY are the majority of people your gonna work with. Imagine that....err no way.

3. Your a walking metric- It's all about the numbers in the call center. You must have good numbers one example is AHT, that's Average Handling Time, the time your talking to a customer. The general rule is keep it as short as possible. If your AHT is one hour well your screwed. =)

4. Your image- If you're the type who gives a crap with what others think this is not for you. Their initial reaction is, YOU CAN'T FIND A JOB that's why you're there. If you don't care well that's good.

5.Shifting Schedule- Night-shift can take a toll on your body believe me.

your in luck if you get routed to Philippines or Argentina because the recruitment process in these areas are so stringent, before you become an employee, GM will bombard you with I.Q tests and a hell lot of English exams. So if you get routed to Philippines or Argentina your in luck, these guys know what there doing for sure.

If you are in Canada, a Canadian representative will answer your question. They are inside Canada.

Kindly read first before calling. If your reason for calling are the following better read this first.

1.I want cost assistance because I saw online that
there is a flaw in a component in your car.
The representative will look in his/her system if there are recalls, special bulletins or updates on your vehicle.
If there's none, the representative will call your dealership and if the concern is a known issue if the service adviser technician or service manager says no this is not true. Then I'm sorry friend GM will not give you cost assistance.

But I saw online that there are hundreds of these things e.g the heater for the Chevrolet Silverado 2004 blows cold air and the air condition blows hot air and it is intermittent. No matter how you explain it to the representative even if you talk to supervisor, GM will not help you unless that dealership says that it is a known concern. The representative will just say "Anyway can right that online" but he/she knows that it is a known concern, again it needs a go ahead from the dealer, it's all about GM protocol.

3.I want technical assistance. General Motors does not offer technical assistance, they will refer you to the dealership. If you insist, the rep will be forced to call a dealer and let you talk to a dealership and have you ask them questions. If this doesn't work, you will have to purchase a build sheet, it's like the blueprint for your vehicle.

4. How to pair my bluetooth on my GM vehicle?
Oh.. I get this all the time. You must not be using Onstar.
not driving, nor using the radio. You should be in park.

1.On your steering wheel press the push to talk button for 2 seconds,
that's the half face with a voice coming out.
2. Say "bluetooth" system will respond and say "bluetooth ready"
3. Say "Pair"
4. The system will give you a 4 digit code, kindly take note of it.
You will you use that later.
5. Go to your phone. Setting then bluetooth, under bluetooth
there is "Your Vehicle" listed choose that.
6. Input the 4 digit code on your phone. It will automatically pair itself,
then it will ask for a name tag. Just give your name.

5. The dealership was rude.
Give the name of the person you are complaining about and we will give you a case number then it will be forwarded to a District Specialist, take note the person for the dealership might get fired.

6. Read your owner manual everything is there about your vehicles basics.
Some aren't, the bolts on your engine. General Motors just doesn't want you to mess with those things and wants you to work with the dealerships.

7. I want free diagnosis.
If you act like your pretty pissed disgusted and seem like ready to blow up, GM will give you free diagnosis as long as you have the vehicle repaired in that dealership.

8. I was overcharged by the dealership.
This is typical. It's not their fault GM does overcharge on parts, one time there was hose for the coolant that cost $300, just because it's a GM part.

9. There should be a recall on my vehicle.
LISTEN General Motors does not decide these things, it's NHTSA, (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration)
Even if you talk to the manager, what you can do is, go to the dealer have your vehicle diagnosed.
AND LET THE DEALER SAY IT. THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL ON THIS, if the dealer says that GM will act on it definitely.

10. I have Pontiac/Saturn/ Hummer where can I take it.
Any GM dealership can help you.

11. YES WE DO SKIP SOME PROCEDURE IN MAKING YOUR VEHICLE.
ESPECIALLY THE TRANSMISSIONS FOR CHEVROLET TO SAVE MONEY.
As a representative we are required to Visit a dealership and the plant at least once a year,
but that's twice a year actually, and yes I spoke to some engineers who said that they had
to skip these things if not GM losses money. It's all about business.

12. DO NOT BUY A CHEVROLET
For God sake people, please don't buy cheap Chevrolet vehicles like the Silverado
It will kill you in the long run, usually when I hear Chevrolet over the prompt I am 80% sure that a component broke down.

13. Buy Buick or Cadillac
If you buy these cars, you will have a special treatment in the dealership.

14. If you are person of influence.
If you call and you are a judge, a chief of the fire department, police, huge business owner, rich,a mayor etc..... GM will even give you a another car. But if you have a 2003 Impala and your just dish washer, sorry friend GM won't do jack squat for you.
People with influence are taken care of, because their opinions and buying capacity matters.

15. I have a vehicle and the part is obsolete.
Go to Autozone please GM doesn't make them anymore, our dealers has a tool that can see if there are any available stock within GM's program within the whole United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

Now we all know that the character Taiga Kagami is a rip-off from the our favorite Hanamich Sakuragi.
I mean come on it's so obvious, both have red hair, 6'2, they have crazy leaping ability, and both are physically gifted. Both also seem to love to brawl anyway. So it is pretty safe to say that Taiga is a rip-off but it doesn't mean we can't love the character. Although of course there are differences like Hanamich is semi retarded lol (kidding), I mean his a hell lot funnier than Taiga, don't you miss his imagination how he rationalize things in his own little mind hahaha... both are dumb as hell though.
For me I prefer Hanamichi Sakuragi way better

Anyway when it comes down to it, both seem physically equal. Let's say Sakuragi has more freaky genes as he doesn't get tired, and has a crazy vertical without training in basketball. Let's say both are at age 16, I think Taiga would win on a one on one. He has experience, and his overall basketball skills is just way above Hanamichi's natural gifts. But if we put Kaide Rukawa into the picture, there's no way both would win against this golden player.

Hi, I've been working in Convergys Libis for 6 months now, and here's a brief overview of how you can get in and how to last in Convergys.

First application,

Convergys recruitment are always under pressure to deliver new agents by clients on a weekly basis, first step of application is initial interview, they would actually just check if your grammar and English is alright as long as you can answer the questions, clearly without wrong grammar then you'll go through the final interview. The second part is exam this can be tough to for newbies because Convergys will test your English to it's limits, the exams are not difficult typing speed test, reading comprehension, grammar test, spelling and verlits (it's voice over the phone they will test how you sound over the phone and your understand-ability ) though the exams are not hard on their own, mental fatigue however sets in.

Ones your inside of course requirements; medical, NBI, COE of previous employer. birth certificate etc...

Training

Training will be language training (don't worry about this one if you understand this article you will pass) it's very easy, this is where Convergys tries to neutralize your Filipino accent, or FLI (First language influence) then you move on to PST (Product Specific Training), this is where it gets though they will require 90% passing rate from you, anything lower than that and it's goodbye. After training you go in transition and then full time call center agent.

Convergys is a nice place to stay, you get free soup at the pantry, there's sleeping quarters if you feel like sleeping, there's refrigerator, oven etc... no recreation room though, the benefits are nice, their health benefits pay up to 100k, you get quarterly incentives depending on performance and the people there, well let's just all walks of life work in that industry.

So you want to have a date, that's sweet hehe... you must be tired of going SM malls and watching movies. I have the top ten sites in Manila where you can take your girl. All within Metro Manila
Remember a date doesn't have to be expensive, you just have to have the right distraction to avoid awkward and a hell of topic and confidence to keep the conversation going. Hope this helps =)

10. Manila Ocean Park- Entrance fee is around 500php per head, this is ideal if your either close or you have budget to have an expensive date. The restaurants there are nice and expensive, you'll show's there.
And marine creatures you two can talk about. You'll always have something to talk about.

9. U.P Diliman- This is really ideal if you have a bicycle and if your the outdoor type, the air is fresh and the place is nice and if you and your girl is up to it, there's always the famous isawan Lol..=)
Anyway the place quiet fresh air and a very good place to have a conversation.

8.Tomas Morato at night- A comedy bar in Tomas Morato, will break the ice , have her laughing and her guard down for you to make the move. This will avoid those long pauses.... with almost no follow up hehe... you know what I mean. Yeah just laugh away. And after the comedy bar you something about. A good place would Zirkoh..

7. MOA skating- This is my favorite, gad laid 3 times with different girls using this strategy Lol,
Anyway skating costs 390php entrance and 150php per half an hour so ready wallet ok, cause you won't skate for 30mnts only. Why is this so effective? Because most girls don't know hot skate..hehe, it's a great move to hold hands right...? So you already made the holding hands move without trying, teach her how to skate while holding hand., and say something like "I won't let you fall" this will make her kilig to the bones, and offer your jacket too because it will be cold. That's what I do, took 4 girls there was able to nail 3. But err... I'm really trying to change to I don't that anymore. Anyway it's a great place to bond =)

6. Eco Park- Why is this a great place, your close to nature. And there's a lot of things you can do.
Like paint ball, wall climbing, rowing, have a henna maybe with the girl you love. There's a lot another thing is, it's cheap. 50php entrance to Q.C residents and 40php to Q.C residents. Then you can stay there all day till 6pm. It's a great place, I know

5. Manila Zoo- Why did I include this? Well it's a zoo, feeling a little cruel animals? Kidding, but yeah I would still consider this, back in the 60's to 80's couples thrive here to see the animals and row and stuff

4. Intramoros- You will have something to talk about, especially if she's the Makabayan type. Visit Rizals final moments, see old houses and one more thing about this place. When your done feeling all nationalistic you can always go outside the bar and chill at the many bars outside the walls.

3. National Museum- It's cheap and it's a great place to look at our history and see the famous spolarium, it's a beautiful place to just walk around and have that nice conversation, and if you ran out of things to say. Just say "Hey check this out" Lol..that will give you time to reload your topics. And you can proceed.

2. Manila Cathedral- Why did I put this here? Hm... well because it's nice there, if she's the Godly Catholic type, masses starts at 5-6pm everyday. Please don't bring her to Quiapo church, I mean it's a house of God yes, but there's a nicer one it's called Manila Cathedral. =)

1. Enchanted Kingdom- I know it's like out of Manila, but hey listen first. You see in a date, especially if it's a first date. It's very important to bond, and a great way to bond is to use psychology. What she needs is adrenaline, fear if you may. Because when this happens the girl or any other human will seek comfort and bond with another human. And who will she bond, YOU my friend... in just 3 mnts you've already have enough Oxycontin and vasopressin that would usually take 2 months to develop. That's how good this strategy is. Good luck, I've give you all the places I know. Go get her. =)
