Reserve Conductor Short List was published in December 2012. KPSC has informed that they will publish the Rank List by March 2013, however there was a delay in publishing the Rank List. Finally Kerala PSC Reserve Conductor Rank List is getting published in May 2013.

Reserve Conductor Exam was conducted in 3 phases. It was one of the biggest exam conducted by KPSC. Lakhs of candidates appeared for the exam all across Kerala. At the time of releasing the notification, PSC was expecting around 10,000 vacancies. Sources reveal now that actual vacancies at the moment reported by KSRTC is much lesser than this.

KSRTC is one of the first state owned public transport company in India. It has a fleet of 5700 buses providing public transport facility in Kerala. KSRTC also operated inter-state services between neighboring states and Kerala. Government of Kerala established KSRTC in 1965. Origins of KSRTC can trace back to 1937 when Travancore State Transport was formed.

KPSC has stopped the practice of sending the hall tickets by post. Candidates should log in to their profile to download the hall ticket. Follow the steps below to download the Hall Ticket:

• Go to the Kerala PSC website
• Click on the “One time registration link:

• Log-in with your Kerala PSC Username and password
• Click on the “Admission Ticket” link

• You will get the Hall Ticket in the next screen as shown below:

• Double click on the PDF icon as shown in the picture above
• You will get the Corporation/Company Assistant Hall Ticket in the next window as a Adobe PDF file
• Right Click on this page and select “Save As”
• You can now choose the hard disk location in your computer to save the file
• Take a print out of the Hall Ticket to appear for the exam on 19th June 2013

Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2013 in Kerala

Alappuzha Army Recruitment Rally will be held from 2nd May to 9th May 2013. This army recruitment rally is meant for the candidates from the southern districts of Kerala: Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki and Ernakulam. Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2013 in Kerala - Qualifications

Minimum Education qualification:- For Soldier Technical- 10+2/ Intermediate pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English. or VHSE – Part I, II and Gp I of Part-III with simple pass. For Soldier NA –10+2/Intermediate pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks aggregate and minimum 40% marks in each subject or BSC Degree (Botany/Zoology/ Bio Science) and English (simple pass) or VHSE- Part-I, II and Gp-II of Part-III with 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.

For Soldier Clerk/SKT –10+2/Intermediate pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce & Science) with 50% in aggregate and 40% in each subject. Candidates must have studied and passed English & Maths/Accounts/Book Keeping at /SSLC/Matric or 12th level with 40% marks in each subject. OR VHSE – Part-I & II and Gp-II or III of Part-III with 50% marks in aggregate and min 40% in each subject if qualified in Maths or Accts in Class X. OR Part-I & II and Gp I or IV of Part-II with 50% marks in aggregate and min 40% in each subject if not qualified in Maths or Accts in Class X. OR If a candidate is graduate with Maths and English as his subject in BSc, the stipulation of scoring 40% in Cl XII/Cl X is waived off. OR In case candidate is graduate but not having English and Maths/Accts/Book Keeping, candidate should have scored more than 40% in English & Maths/Accts/Book Keeping at least once in Class X or Cl XII.

DOCUMENT REQUIRED:- (a) SSLC and 10+2/Intermediate/Degree certificate in ORIGINAL. (b) Twelve copies of latest passport size colour photographs (Polaroid camera photos and Computer photos will not be accepted). (c) Nativity/ Permanent Residence Certificate and Caste Certificate from Tehsildar/Deputy Commissioner in ORIGINAL. Full name and designation of the officer issuing certificate must be legible. (d) Character/conduct certificate in original from Village Officer/Local Police Station not more than six months old. (e) Relationship certificate from respective records in case of sons of ex-servicemen, serving personnel, widows and war widows in ORIGINAL. Signing authority should mention his Personal No, Rank and Name in signature block. (f) NCC Certificate in ORIGINAL in case of NCC candidates. (g) Candidates between 17 ½ and 18 years. Affidavit on Rs 10/- Non Judicial Stamp paper in English from parents, Notary and Magistrate as per Performa attached given below. (h) Volunteers should be UNMARRIED if below 21 years of age. (j) Sports certificates should be from Govt Federations/ SAI/ University and should be with in 2 years from the date of screening. (k) Two Xerox copies of all above documents required duly attested. (l) Army enrolment being a Central Govt organization, all documents are required in Hindi or English language. (m) All signatures in respective documents will have full name, designation of the officer signing along with date as well as the official round stamp in English/Hindi.
