W miseczce rozcieramy drożdże z cukrem i kilkoma łyżkami zimnego mleka - wlewamy do mąki. Wyrabiamy dodając resztę mleka i na sam koniec jajko. Odstawiamy na ok. 1,5 godziny do wyrośnięcia ( UWAGA - ciasto musi podwoić objętość, jeżeli przez te 1,5 h nie zrobi tego, zostawiamy na dłużej). Z ciasta lepimy bułki ( mi wyszło 10 szt). Ciasto jest dość klejące, ale smarując ręce delikatnie oliwą, łatwo można uformować bułeczki. Układamy na blaszce wyłożonej papierem i smarujemy żółtkiem rozprowadzonym 1 łyżką mleka. Pierwsze 5 minut pieczemy w piekarniku nagrzanym do 230 stopni, po tym czasie zmniejszamy temperaturę do 200 stopni, i pieczemy jeszcze ok 10 minut.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
