During the last four weeks my wife and me have fun in this city. I've took two weeks off and we had our second honey moon. As the proverb says: "there is no evil that lasts forever nor well that does not end". She have had to go back home. Bye sweet hart. I love you so much and I will miss you a lot! See you in December!

It's unlikely to find a Brazilian bird in Toronto. Most unlikely is to find an threatened endemic Brazilian bird! Well, I did find not one but two specimens of Ararajuba here.

É muito improvável encontrar uma ave brasileira em Toronto. Mais improvável ainda é encontrar uma ave endêmica brasileira ameaçada de extinção. Bem, eu enconrei não só um mas dois exemplares de Ararajuba aqui.

In the mother's hands

Last week my friend found a baby squirrel. If she wouldn't took care of it, Willow (the baby squirrel) would probably die. Now my friend is mother 24h a day. And she will keep being a mother in the next 2 or 3 weeks when Willow will join her new family in a rescue centre. In that centre they know what and how to do with this cute tiny little creature.

Na semana passada minha amiga encontrou um bebê esquilo. Se ela não tivesse cuidado dela, Willow (a bebê-esquilo) provavelmente teria morrido. Agora minha amiga é mãe 24h por dia. E continuará sendo mãe nas próximas 2 ou 3 semanas quando Willow se juntará a sua nova família em um centro de resgate. Lá eles sabem o que e como fazer com essa pequenininha e engraçadinha criatura.

Those guys were dancing and having fun close to Front St. I asked one of them about this dance and he told me, in a very British accent: "It's a traditional British Dance and we are doing it around the city, for fun." Good idea. Having fun dancing!

Toronto Island Park and our Soccer Team

Today we visited Toronto Island Park. It's worth the visit! We have had an idea: to take a picture of us dressed up with our Inter soccer team t-shirts. The photo should be taken in a world known Toronto spot. So, here it is! Behind us, the CN Tower. This photo is a hommage to Cesar, my wife's son, a big Inter fan.

Hoje visitamos Toronto Island Park. A visita vale a pena! Nós tínhamos tido uma idéia: tirar uma foto nossa vestidos com as camisetas do nosso time de futebol, Inter. You can find them almost in each corner. They are everywhere. And they are really beautiful. This gracious sculpture we did find in front of an art gallery at Yorkville St.

Village of Yorkville - the Ginkgo trees.

This place caught my attention not only by its beautifully designed shape but also by its tree species. All of them are Ginkgo biloba - one of the best-known examples of a living fossil. Amazing!

Este lugar chamou minha atenção não apenas pelo seu belo desenho mas principalmente pelas árvores. Todas são Ginkgo biloba - um dos mais bem conhecidos exemplos de fóssil vivo. Muito legal!
