I always insist that the two or three hours of amazing, high energy expenditure workout with me does not make it up for those sedentary 112 weekly hours you stay either watching TV, driving your car, eating your meals, working on your computer, or simply being hedonistic and indulging yourself playing video games, having your nails done, getting a haircut, coloring your hair, chatting with your friends, going to the bathroom, (unless you go pee Italian standing style) etc. How many other "activities" of your every day life can you think of you stay sitting??? ]]></description>

We also have another 56 hours a week (at 8 hr per day) of sleeping which could be very beneficial if we actually went to bed early instead of watching the late night show. Anyway, I can not reinvent the wheel neither I can write better than the amazing articles I find at reliable websites. One of my female clients  has a major plantar fasciitis case and she told me she observed that most people were being treated  for the same condition at her Physical Therapist office because of the same condition. Why is it that the more &#8220;advanced&#8221; running shoes we wear, the more injuries  are reported in America? and Why the Tarahumaras, a mexican indian tribe or other native groups in Africa, South America, Australia among others who run pretty much barefoot  don&#8217;t seem to have the same kind of injuries that Americans do? <p>Like every other strength training exercise, proper Front Squat technique will help you achieve bigger weights while minimizing risks of injuries. Here’s how to Front Squat with Proper technique.</p>
<p>What’s a Front Squat? The Front Squat is a Squat done with the barbell on your front shoulders instead of on your upper-back. Put the barbell on your front shoulders, bend through your knees &amp; come back up.</p>
<p>The right is a video of French weightlifter Venceslas Dabaya doing the Front Squat. Don’t worry about the weight &amp; the bar falling on the ground at the end of the set. Dabaya is gold medalist &amp; thus experienced. You’ll start light.</p>
