Starting this year, I am experimenting with being vegetarian and today is 19 days. The journey has been absolutely amazing, except that I have lost couple of pounds and loosing weight is not something I desire. What do you think I should do? I wonder if its because I'm nursing or it's just the vegetarian world that makes people loose weight!?!....

I was watching the news today and saw this, I thought I should share. It's a rather dramatic photo of the Helix Nebula taken by the Hubble Space Telescope, estimated to be about 215 parsecs or 700 light years from Earth.

People you need to read and understand what I am saying before commenting it. I also have friends and relatives who had c-sections. I never said I am not proud of Beyonce just after hearing that she had a c-section.

I said I am not so proud of her for having a c-section that if it wasn't necessary! Because I know most women in Hollywood get c-section kwa fashion, kwamba hawataki ile idea ya mtoto amepita hapo. Na Sio kama Bongo na sehemu nyingine kuwa mtu anaamuwa kufanyiwa upasuaji kwasababu za kiafya au ili kumuokoa mtoto na mama.

I am a mother, I can not dare criticize when it comes to uzazi. I gave you an example kuwa hata mimi wadada wengi hapa walikuwa wakiuliza kama nitatakufanyiwa c-section na hata kuni'shawishi that I should.

Mwenyewe sikuweza kuelewa ni kwanini. Kumbe c-section hapa ni jambo la kuamuwa. Ni kama FASHION!! They all get it! So when I heard Beyonce arranged appointment ya hiyo c-section, nikajua ni wale wale! But, but apparently, she didn't. It's just rumor. She delivered her baby NATURAL!
