So as soon as I saw this I felt a crushing sadness in my heart because I knew I wouldn't be able to even make my own version for this hairstyle. Elexis did so much incredible work on this mesh and when she posted it she stated that she did not want meshes included in ANY retextures, and my heart sank. But because I love the hair so much (and because I'm a terrible person and made my own version anyway (I wasn't going to post it, I swear)) I asked her if she would be horrendously opposed to my posting a version of her hair with my textures and my morphs/thin morphs, and she said YES!

Because this hair is 12,000 polygons, there were no morphs, because typically hairs over 10,000 polys tend to explode when morphs are added. I have a very specific method of manipulating meshes so that they don't explode when morphs are added, and it happened to work out of me this time around, so this version has morphs added. Additionally, because the hair is now closer to Sims' breasts when they are thin, I added some minor breast assignments so the hair is also breast slider compatible as well. I thought about adding another LOD (because LOD0 and LOD1 are the same) but then I realized that it wouldn't look nearly as nice and wouldn't morph or animate as well as this version does, so I kept the polycount for LOD1 high. Oh and if it wasn't obvious, I made the hair less floaty by adding morphs, it almost sits on the chest and shoulders now.

This hairstyle's name is based on a song by Stars called Your Ex-Lover Is Dead. It may be one of the most gorgeous songs I've ever heard.

So I'm not going to talk much about my personal life this time around because its stressing me out. I will only talk about the good things for now. I'm excited for tonight because I'm going to Universal Studios Halloween Haunt tonight, and I met this guy who is totally my type about a week ago, and I feel like he might be interested. He and I have been texting back and forth and I'm trying to find a way to meet up with him. Hopefully things work out, and I might just keep all of you posted because I don't know any of you in real life.

So basically I had issues with this mesh because it floated like crazy, and it had no morphs. I made it stop floating and added morphs. Both my version and the original have transparency issues, because my version is an extremely tweaked version of the original as opposed to a conversion like some of my other work. An issue that some people may have with my version over the original is the length of the first two segments of the braid. Some people might think that they're too long, but I think they look looser and more casual. Also, I mostly lengthened them in order to move the entirety of the braid closer to the chest and shoulders. An array of advantages to using my version are the superior textures, actual morphs, and functional bone assignments.

This hair's title is based on a song by Miguel called Adorn. Its gorgeous, you might love it.

So I'm back. I didn't die, its just that my senior year is a lot of work, and I have to prepare my repertoire for colleges (vocal performance friggyeah), and I've also admittedly been doing a lot of partying when I could have been retexturing and fixing. I think I might try a bit harder to post like at least two things every month, but I can't promise anything and it isn't likely. Sorry kids, I'm busy, and you all have other retexturers to do things for you. Unless you actually care about in-game function, in which case that really sucks for you and I'm really sorry.

So this hair was weird, so I fixed the shape and redid everything. I made it less floaty, and added a lot of bone assignments, and also added a thin morph. Also, I redid the textures, of course.
But then again, in fixing everything, I also ruined everything. There are a lot more clipping issues as a result of the hair being closer. Basically, It is closer to the boobs and to the shoulders and to the face, and clips with all of them sometimes. BUT MORPHS WORK, MUAHAHAHAA.

This song is based on a song by Skrillex, (I know what you're thinking single person who likes my retextures and also happens to like the music that I post, Skrillex is music for 10 year old boys who think they're badass, and you're very correct, but this song has ELLIE GOULDING IN IT) and Ellie Goulding called Summit. Huzzah.

Fuck Me Good, Fuck Me Long, Fuck Me Numb (Cazy CarpeDiem Moose'd)

So I said that this would be uploaded yesterday, but it wasn't because family happened and I haven't seen them in like 13 years, so it may or may not have been somewhat important.

So Reis made a version of this, and this is a modified and retextured version of that version. I loved Reis' version because of the awesome poly reduction, but I couldn't deal with the wideness, which is Cazy's bad. I feel like I'm just making everything less volumized lately. Oh well, I believe it looks better. All of Cazy's morphs and bones are still there, but I added a thin morph because I don't like floaty hairs. This will be the last version I release of this hair unless I end up taking the time to redo the texture assignments, which I probably won't.
Also, from now on, my EA control is completely different, the actual highlights are more clearly visible, and I will be using EA's textures for them. Back in the days of Sims 2, people used to do Maxis matching, and that's what my EA control basically is. Additionally, this hair and all future hairs have bump maps. The EA bump maps are very detailed, while the AS bump maps are essentially there to ensure that there won't be any bump mapping. EA is going for realism while AS is going for wiggy and plastic like. That being said, I like my hairs wiggy and plastic like, but now EA control is more work as I now have to make two completely different sets of textures. You can see an example HERE. They each have their own control and specular as well. Which means twice the work although I'm only using AS versions anyway. Don't tell me I don't give you guys the best that I can, because I really do.

This hair's name is based on Frank Ocean's Novacane. I know that the original retexture of this hair was based on a song by Of Montreal, but I'm obsessed with Frank's stuff, and this is basically a completely new hair anyway.

You know the drill, I've already retextured this. As a matter of fact, this version has the same mesh, and very similar textures. The difference is that this version has fat and breast slider compatibility.
This version is basically Reis' version with breast sliders and an added thin morph which explains the slight clipping in the black image. Honestly though, I believe that I've perfected this hair at this point.

I Ain't Got The Time, And If My Daddy Thinks I'm Fine (Newsea Spotlight Moose'd)

I'm very very aware that I've done this hairstyle before, I'll explain why I did it again in a bit, but I'm going to go on a ~~very short~~ rant here. (The rant is in asterisks)
**My issue with the sims community is that no one actually helps anyone else. Back when I first did this hair everyone told me I sucked, and after taking a look at my work, I'd have to say I agree with the fact that I REALLY REALLY sucked. But the problem was that a lot of other people would tell me that my work was great, and that I should just ignore the trolls, and I did. As a result of ignoring them, I kept cranking out terrible stuff, and I've been cranking out terrible stuff ever since. My issue is that I'm learning as I go, but that means that every time I learn something new, all of my prior work is no longer relevant. For example, I just got rid of all the hairs in my game from before April. The reason I did this is because I simply cannot use them in-game anymore, I can't put them on a Sim and then watch the Sim wear those hairs anymore, because all I can see is how bad they are. I threw out a majority of them because they tend to stick out literally feet in front of my sims, but some of them were due to bad bone assignments. I'd like to know when I'm going to stop cranking out things that I'm going to get rid of a month later. Because of everything I've learned, my standards for hair in-game are ridiculous. I can't use Anubis fixes anymore. I'm actually getting to the point where I can't use any hair that anyone else makes with the exception of Cazy and Reis.
I don't really know what to do, or where I'm going with this, I'm just frustrated. Now that I know how to make meshes work almost exactly the way I want them to, I can't put anyone else's work in my game. Its driving me nuts. I'm just going to go back and do all of my favorite hairs all over again. I think I'm going to start with Newsea, because most of Newsea's stuff has a really good foundation, and I can edit their stuff as opposed to fully converting everything. I have a hair by SkySims and one by Butterfly in the works, but I don't really have the patience to fix their sloppiness.
And I know how horrible this sounds, but where is my recognition? I put so much work into these meshes and I feel like no one cares because I'm not Anubis. Maybe I would have been better off stopping when everyone told me I should have. But hey, no one is telling me to stop now.
I guess encouragement is better than telling someone to stop creating because with time, the creator will get a lot better if they're willing to teach themselves. I'm just miffed because I spent a year cranking out trash.

Quick life update: I've been doing a lot of socializing and partying, and I went on a first date with this really nice guy last night. Which is why I haven't been posting. I have 3 hairs ready to post at this point, and I'm only just now taking and editing pictures.
Is it normal to meet your date at 7PM and get dropped off back home at 2AM? I mean, we watched a movie, but how long do dates typically last? Even without the movie we were able to stand each other for 5 hours, and that means our whole date lasted a total of 7 hours. It wasn't boring, it wasn't uncomfortable, and I didn't feel pressured into having sex with him, it was just nice. It's actually really great, because I never thought that anyone would be attracted to me, but I guess he must have been, otherwise why did he ask me out and why did he deal with me for 7 hours? I want to go out with him again. Is it a good sign? I mean to those of you who have dated, does dinner and a movie and then sitting on the beach talking for hours warrant a good date? I'm new to all of this. Rant over.**

^Sorry about the wall of text.^I liked this hairstyle, but I thought it was too massive to be a thing, so I shrank it. The bone assignments are Newsea's but I added some minor breast assignments, because I added a thin morph and it clipped with shirts by Icia23. Only Icia23, strangely enough. I guess her stuff has big boobs than most other stuff. Unfortunately, the tips CAN look a tiny bit squashed when Breasts are at maximum size, but its better than clipping, in my opinion. Oh by the way this hair has a new experimental texture. The EA version doesn't use my texture as a diffuse, it uses EA textures. I'm taking EA control to a new level, everyone!

By the way, shout out to Reis, who helped me fix the hair when it looked like this(the hair was meant to be blonde in that image. Reis is a life saver).

These Friends of Ours, They Seem Pretend (Newsea Shepherd Moose'd)

Your first question may be why this took so long. It took much longer than expected, because while I was ready to post this a few days ago, I was at a friend's house and he suddenly told me about our plans to go be extras in a film being shot up in LA. I had never heard of these plans, and I literally got back today. So I mean, I didn't really have any opportunity to post this until now, so I'm sorry.

When I saw this I loved it for its simplicity. Another reason to love this hair is the polycount, because it is so low. That isn't sarcasm, the whole thing is just under 9,000 polys. My issue was the height of the whole thing, and the claw boobies and such and so forth. So I took it into Milkshape and shrank the top down so that it fit the head better, and then I redid all the bone assignments and VIOLA! it was perfect. Or so I thought. When I got it in game, I found a minor squiggle that I accidentally created in the mesh. You can see it here and here. I'm really sorry, but I played a very long time with it in game, and the squiggle didn't even bother me, and I couldn't get over how much better it was and how well it works in-game. Also, I am aware of the clipping. The clipping shown in the black image happened on that model because her ears were further back than is normal, so if your sims have weird ears, that is a problem, but not mine. The clipping in the brown and control images over the breasts is due to my addition of thin morphs. Most hairs only have base and fat morphs so that the hair works with all weight, but mine has thin morphs so thin sims don't have floating hair, but that means in certain ridiculous animated positions, clipping may occur because of the increase of closeness to the breasts.

Why Don't You Be The Artist and Make Me Out Of Clay (Cazy Lilo Moose'd)

So I'm going to make this quick because I have a massive hangover and I want to work on other hairs and go to sleep and lots of things.

I know I've already done this retexture, but there are two very good reasons why. The previous version was 25,389 polygons in LODs 0 and 1, this one is 12,162 polygons in LODs 0 and 1. While this means no morphs, it means more people can run it. Also, after having tried and very nearly failing miserably at reducing only 5,000 polygons, a 13,000 poly reduction is worthy of WORSHIP in my eyes. Cazy wins all the awards, she's amazingly talented, pay or not. Additionally, it fits the head better. Look (don't pay attention to the textures, that comes later, this is just so you can see the shape):

Fate Don't Fail Me Now (Peggy 885 Moose'd)

My summer has been better, I've been hanging out with friends much more often, and eating too much. It's very nice.

I saw this and everyone was freaking out about how beautiful it was, and while I completely agreed, I was also freaking out about how much of a nightmare the thing would be. I managed to get my hands on Peggy's version and it was approximately 11,500 polygons. I decided to wait for the Sims 2 version, because I couldn't fix the original due to its high polycount, so I knew I'd have to reconvert it as usual. After finally getting my hands on the Sims 2 version, I got it into milkshape and saw that without undersides the whole thing was approximately 7,800 polygons. That means that with undersides and no reductions the whole thing would turn out to be 15,600 polygons in total, which is INSANE. It turns out that Peggy must have done a bit of heavy reduction herself, and while she did a wonderful job, her version is not morph friendly. It also meant that I would have to do a RIDICULOUS amount of reduction, which can be messy. Also, I thought it was much too wide, so I played with it quite a bit. Long story short, I reduced the Sims 2 version (15,600 polys) down to about 10,000. There is breast slider compatibility and fat morphs work. Also, lurvely textures. Downsides include minor transparency issues, rough(er than usual) animations, and jagged textures in places. This hair will come down to personal preference, the bangs are lower and the sides are less voluminous. I think it looks edgier while more natural this way, but some might think otherwise. I know that Anubis is working on a fix if you don't like mine. Whether his version has morphs or not is up to him.

The hairstyle's name is inspired by an INCREDIBLE song from Metric's album that came out last week called Speed the Collapse. I've listened to the whole album more than 20 times since it came out, and it came out 9 days ago. I HIGHLY recommend it, Metric is just fantastic.

Wanna Give Your Heart A Break (SkySims 24 Moose'd)

So as I promised on my tumblr, I did put a lot of work into this hair mesh. Let me just say that this thing was a complete nightmare. I ended up fixing the dang thing on two separate occasions because the first one ended up looking too square, and TSR Workshop refused to accept the fact that I wanted to use thin morphs. All in all, I ended up tweaking and testing this in-game over a period of eight consecutive hours as I listened to my hip music and stewed in the fact that I haven't hung out with anyone this summer save for my mother. Not to knock my mother, I freaking love my mother. She and I went and saw a fantastic movie and got boba, it was great, but I want to hang out with my friends, who have either cancelled or been busy. Also I need a job.

Where was I? Oh yes, the hair. This hair originally had no morphs or breast slider compatibility at all, and the shape was grosser than gross. I wrestled with the mesh quite a bit, and ended up adding morphs and breast slider compatibility and making it fit the head and gave it some lovely shiny textures (and some matte ones for all of you EA purists). Long story short, I messed with the way it sits on the head, gave it some better textures, and added morphs and slider compatibility. I think that the mesh looks better, but that is arguable because I'm extremely biased as I spent a horrifying amount of time staring at this very mesh trying to make it not suck. Whether you want my version or any version of this at all is up to you, but hey, I think it looks really good, and I'm actually using it in one of my files, and I think its dang lovely. Downsides are the minor transparency issues (brown) and potentially the animation (red and control), but keep in mind that those are not poses meant for flattering hair animation whatsoever. Oh also, you can see where I REALLY wrestled with the mesh in the blonde image. There is a huge horrible jagged piece of mesh just above the shoulder.

This hairstyle's name is based on Give Your Heart A Break by Demi Lovato. What can I say? Those Disney Girls' producers know what they're doing. Its pretty great. Also, I love her voice.

The original looked HORRIBLE in character menus, which is what LOD1 is used for, so I had to make it higher poly). Most everyone should be able to run it, claps for SkySims for making it so low poly, I'm actually very impressed.

My Body's Naked and Now I Am Free (Raon 36 Moose'd)

So I'm completely aware that I already did this hair awhile ago, but the file was taken down some time ago, and someone was asking if they could get the original file. I couldn't access the original file, and I missed having this in my game, so I decided to do it all over again.

Also, this is technically a 'fix,' only because I had no idea that the original actually had morphs and breast compatibility, so there aren't many differences. The only difference between my version and Raon's is that they have different bone assignments, so there is only a minor difference in animation, and the fat and breast sliders look a little bit different. On top of that, I fixed the horrible balding issue present in the black image by adding a scalp, and my textures are (arguably) nicer and twice the resolution.

This is based on a song by Reptar called Rainbounce. It is still to this day one of my favorite songs.

I'm going to make this quick, because I'm not in the mood to post anything, but I love you guys so here you go anyway.

This is just a simple retexture, I didn't fix anything, because Newsea's hairs are way difficult to fix.

This retexture's name is based on a song called Hit The Lights by Selena Gomez. Some of you might say that Selena Gomez is for little kids, but she's been trying really hard to break into the club scene, and I like her so go sit on a curling iron if you're gonna make fun of me.

We're Going Places We Never Dreamed Of (Peggy 881 Moose'd)

So I decided not to go to school because I'm not in the mood to listen to my teacher babble about surfing for 2 hours. I can't do it. I don't enjoy surfing, and as inspired and passionate as he is, I simply am not capable of caring about what he says.
I guess that this is my 100th creation, which would be cool if my first 85 weren't terrible. But its whatever. That means I have 15 good ones.

So I really liked this hair a lot, but then I got it in-game and I saw the roots and the lack of morphs and decided it needed fixing. I added a picture of the difference below. My version isn't that wide, by the way, but the fat morph is. Basically, this is better because its smaller by almost 2 thousand polygons, my textures are better suited for general use, I believe it is better fitted to the head, and it has fat and breast morphs. Unfortunately, I created one visible mesh squiggle on the left side of the hair, and it has some minor transparency issues that you can see in the blonde and control images.

So this hairstyle is based on lyrics from Dragonette's song Pick Up The Phone. I love this song and I picked it because the lead singer's style is as gritty as I perceive this hair to be so yeah. That's that.

Your Cigarette Kisses That Taste So Sweet (ButterflySims 49 Moose'd)

So I know that I promised that I would post this like three days ago, but I realized that I hadn't made made any other levels of detail than LOD0, and I had to make them. Not to imply that it took me three days to make them, but I went on a surf trip with some friends for the past three days, and I made them just now when I got back. By the way, this isn't my 100th creation, its my 100th post. But its special anyway, this is the special thing I was talking about.

I've been working on this thing ever since somewhere around early April, and then I gave up after I realized I couldn't fix the Sims 3 version, gave up, and waited for the Sims 2 version for like a month, and then continued to work on it for a really long time until now, because I'm finally satisfied with this thing.
Remember how the last thing I released had alien head issues as well? This thing has the worst Alien head issue I've ever seen ever. Hands down, the WORST case of Alien head I have ever seen IN MY LIFE. I really like how it turned out, and the difference is almost laughably entertaining (gif below). Long story short, this version is somewhere around 4,000 polygons less than the original, it doesn't have an alien head, is compatible with breast and fat sliders, and has better textures (assuming you think my textures are better than Butterfly's). Oh and I also fixed a little squiggle in the mesh that is very clearly seen in the brown image. Again, as I'm terrible at preventing transparency issues, there are some in this version. I'm sorry, you can see them in the gif below as well, but they're only from the side.

The hairstyle is named after a song by Dirty Vegas called Electric Love, listen to it, its great.

*This haistyle is available for females of all ages except for toddlers, because there is no way in hell a toddler has this hairstyle. It makes no sense, and there's also the fact that I never ever use children or toddler versions, and I'm going to be honest and say that I haven't even tested the child version. Anyway, only child-elder females can wear this hairstyle. Sorry*

This hairstyle is compatible with breast and fat sliders. (Let me just say that I fought HARD to get this to be compatible with fat sliders. I don't think you understand. I had to try to reduce this by 4,000 polygons, and even then, I had to make the fat morphs at least 8 times. That means that I made the fat morphs 8 separate times, and had to test them in game 8 times, and 7/8 times the horrible thing EXPLODED. I don't think you understand how horrendously discouraging that is. But I pulled through, for all of you (Because I don't even MAKE fat sims). You can thank me by enjoying this thoroughly (and sending me screenshots because they make me happy).) But the hair clips with the face at maximum fatness. I'm sorry, I can't fix that.

I finally finished all of my finals, but I have a lot of work to to do that I have to turn in late. But even so, I don't want to do it, so I'll probably work on a lot of sims stuff today to procrastinate. I have something pretty great in store for all of you for my 100th creation. This is my 99th. HINTHINTHINTHINThinthinthint.

So I really liked this hair A LOT when it came out, but then I noticed a few things. Aside from the fact that it was much too high poly, and that there weren't any morphs or breast slider compatibility, the hair also had a terrible case of Alien Head. If you'd like to see how drastic the difference is, I've added a gif below to show you the difference (click to enlarge). Long story short, my version is 'better,' because its mine is about 1,500 polys less and has a better looking LOD1, it doesn't have crazy alien head, and it is also compatible with breast and fatness sliders, and has (arguably) better textures. But let me just say that there are some slight transparency issues that may be a dealbreaker for some. They can be seen on the right shoulder of the brown image, and the head of the blonde and control images, but are only visible from certain angles.

This hairstyle is named after a fantastic song by The Jezabels called Trycolour. It's probably one of the best songs I've heard of recently, it is beautiful. If you listen to just ONE of my recommendations, its this one. Freaking beautiful.

When I first read it, it gave me the chills to be honest. I'm not gonna lie, I was not comfortable with it being there. I feel like that was the reason that I haven't seen any retextures of this style around the community. Which is weird within itself because typically people jump on new stuff and retexture it within hours. But anyway, I hope you like this retexture, because if Cazy really does have access to ghosts, it may very well be my last. But it gave me an idea. Things have been going on. Things are a little bit better at home, but school is still a massive amount of stress. So I mean yeah. But on the bright side, I just got back from one of the greatest parties ever, and OH MY GOSH I feel SO good.

I saw this hair on TSR, and I decided to do it out of pity for everyone who wanted the hair but then put it in-game. I don't know why, but Skysims didn't do a very good job of fitting it to the head, so I felt the need to fix it.

So this whole thing is a preference call, the hair is completely different from the original, and if you don't like the way it looks you should NOT download. I think the other one looks something like someone's actual hair, but its very thin and sad and way too high on the head, and my version looks like a pretty decent wig. Also, SkySims' version is longer than mine, so if that's your cup of tea, go for it. Additionally, SkySims' animations are much nicer, but mine make more sense. The entirety of SkySims' mesh has two assignments, and mine has six, so if you want blood sweat and tears, you might want my version. Also, my version has a way lower polycount. My version is like 1,200 polys less than the original, which can really be all the difference for some people. But as a result of this, the undersides can kind of animate funny, and sometimes they poke through when Sims heads move to angles that are too extreme. I have ONE transparency issue on my version, and its hardly noticeable in game, but I'm not gonna deny it is there, its on the end of the ponytail, but its kind of minor. Long story short, this is fully compatible with breast and fat sliders and covers more of the head, while the original isn't compatible with any kind of sliders whatsoever and resembles a really silly hat on a bald person.

Anyway, the hair's name is based on Panic! At The Disco's song New Perspective. I love the song, its so highschool but in a good way. It appeals to me in the best way, you know?

So this hairstyle is 8,990 polygons in LOD0 (which is a big improvement over the original's 10,146 polygons), and 5,007 polygons in LOD1. This is good news, because this might be the lowest poly thing I've done in quite some time, most everyone should be able to run it, I think!!

So I've been really depressed lately. Which I know sounds cliche, because it seems that every creator for the sims has been depressed at some point in time, but I'm just all kinds of sad and stuff and there's no denying that I feel terrible. I've been having a lot of issues with friends and family and schoolwork and stuff, and everything feels like its falling apart. But that isn't your concern, I have a new hair for all of you. Well its not new, its a reconversion. Put simply, I made a previously unusable hair usable.

There are a lot of thingies going on here. I didn't like how high the hairline looked previously, so I waited until a Sims 2 version came out (2 days ago). I did a few things to it, and the transparency issues are almost nonexistent unless you're really obnoxious about it. This hair is also fully breast and fat slider compatible, except it clips a TINY bit at its extremes, but hey, its much better than the original in that sense. The only drawback of all this is that I couldn't get the LOD1 that I made work. It wouldn't import properly, and even when I got it to import without fat morphs, it had clipping issues at the roots, so it would have looked terrible in all of the menus and icons. Long story short, there is no LOD1, and LOD0 is doubled.
Also, I just realized that I took all my previews with HQ mod off, and I am completely not in the mood to go back and take them all again. Sorry.

This hair's name is based on HyperBallad by Björk. I've actually been waiting to use this song for this specific hair. I'm absolutely and totally in love with this song.

Can I Make It Better With The Lights Turned Off (Newsea Capriccio Moose'd)

Lots of things have been going on, and I've been working on a really frustrating conversion that turned into a fix that turned into a conversion again which will probably just end up getting trashed.

This hair was a challenge. I worked on it for about a week and a half, and I'm finally completely happy and satisfied with it. Remember how in my last post I was all excited that Newsea was making hair with breast assignments? Well Newsea's bone assignments look like this in-game. Mine look like this. I felt as if a lot of things needed to be fixed, but I REALLY like the mesh, so I got to work. I thought it was a bit too high, so I lowered it a tiny bit, I thought the breast slider compatibility was a bit trashy (because Newsea likes to assign everything to ONE breast, which just makes the hair assigned to the wrong breast look sloppy), so I fixed those, and the fat morphs were absolutely beautiful, but they clipped with the face and breasts a tiny bit, so I played with that a little. All fixes can be seen in this gif due to all sliders being at max. OH and also, there is a hole in the mesh that can be seen in the black haired images, and it was in my fix, so I added a scalp, so the file is going to be a tiny bit bigger than usual. (Also, in the above images that show you how much better my version is, the mesh throws a little tantrum on one of the visible ends. I actually took all the images for this before noticing it, and then I had to go back and fix it, repackage everything and retake all the previews, but I forgot to retake the above images. The problem is fixed as you can see in the below images).

I'm going to try to make this fast because school.

I actually realize that this hair hasn't been uploaded by anyone yet, and my copy was given to me by a fabulous little bird that I will be extremely grateful to for a while. In order to protect this fantastic bird, I did my best to remove the trackers via a method that I won't mention just in case that Newsea is feeling all innovative and wants to find a way around my method.

I checked this thing out in Milkshape, and I realized that the bone assignments (also, Newsea is doing breast assignments now!!) were pretty decent and there was no need for me to mess with them, and after looking at this thing's ridiculous polycount, I realized that fat morphs were an impossibility, so basically this is just a retexture.

This hairstyle's name is based on an enchanting song by Röyksopp called Vision One. Give it a listen. If your mind and ears are open, you will enjoy it. Also if you've smoked pot. I'm not gonna lie, you'll love it a lot if you smoke pot first.

All I Wanted To Be Is A Million Miles From Here (Peggy 752 Moose'd)

So these past few days have included a really messy situation. I finally hit TSR's radar, and they retaliated by having some of my files taken down. I've reuploaded them to uploaded.to, and here's hoping they stay there, because there's no way I'm NOT gonna fix Skysims' sloppy work or Cazy's dark textures in the future (double negative means I will, just in case you didn't catch that).

So I've always wanted to convert this hairstyle, and it was actually my first conversion attempt, but it didn't work out. I just wasn't good enough at converting, so I've actually been trying to convert this thing on and off for about 4 months. In total, I've attempted to convert it about 8 times? But I've finally done it properly

So this hair has no breast assignments or fat morphs because they aren't actually necessary. Even with the sliders at their extremes, the hair doesn't clip, so it should be fine. I promise I'm not being lazy, because I actually really love this style, and plan to use it quite a lot. Also, I tried to make it breast slider compatible, but the problem with that was that the corkscrews did NOT play nice with larger breasts. Also, I assigned the hair to the clavicle bone instead of the spine bone, and it animates VERY differently than most hairs, so I mean, its going to be interesting. But personally, I like the way it animates.

Anyway, this hair's name is based on a brilliant song by Mark Ronson and Lily Allen called Oh My God.

Feel Like You Were There Yourself (SkySims 07 Moose'd)

So I have a lot on my plate right now, this will be quick.

This hair has a lot of issues. That's the first thing I'm going to say. I didn't even want this initially, but then I thought I could use some conversion practice, and you know what? I like my version better. So there. The original had no morphs, so I fixed that, and that's a good thing. Unfortunately, though, the hair doesn't like to play nice with boob morphs, so this happens, which kind of sucks, but I can't fix it, I'm sorry, I don't know how. This whole deal is a conversion of the Sims 2 version, actually so I mean, I had a lot to do, and I reduced the polycount by about 1,500 polygons, because the original didn't like the idea of morphs at all (the original version was too high poly, it would have exploded).

Happy Easter everyone! I've never been a huge fan of Easter, although the hunting can be fun if you put money in the eggs.

So this is a conversion, actually, my second one ever. It has been converted before by Cazy, and you can find it here, but the transparency issues are awful, and it doesn't have morphs. Peggy also converted it, but her version is ugly in my opinion, because it was made back when she would alter her models so that the hair looked normal, and the animation isn't very nice, and the morphs are nonexistent as well, so I wanted it, so I made it, and I thought it'd be worth sharing.

My version has its issues. Take a look at the strand of hair near the chin. If it looks weird and distorted, that's because it is weird and distorted, because I assigned it 100% to the chin. I did this because the hair literally sits on the chin, and any sim with chin slightly larger than the one that I used as a reference would look horrible, so this way, the hair chills out there, and moves with it. I could have made it so that it didn't stick to the face, but I thought it would be cool and it is. Also, if I had made it not stick, the whole hair would have been wider than it already is, and its already pretty wide, it doesn't really look natural at all. At the same time, I still really like it, and my textures look nice on it. And of course, there are a few very minor transparency issues, just because I'm not yet incredible at life.
Long story short, as with all my conversions, this hair is not for everyone, but for those who like it, and are willing to accept this mesh for what it is. I guess that's true for all hairs, really.
