The life bubbles here every weekend, constructed by Sultan Qutub-ub-Din. Originally known as Hauj-e-Qutub (The Kings Bath), in olden times the sultan used it has recreational for himself and his queen. The Lake is a polygon with thirty four sides and three balconies on to the water from the edge of the lake. The sultan enjoyed illumination and fireworks here. In the middle of the lake is situated the Nagina Wadi and is connected by way from the lake. The on sides is situated the Kankaria Zoo & Balvatika. Zoo has various animals and attracts various visitors. The Balvatika has collection mirrors which make you laugh.

Jain Temples (Derasars)

Though, the name in itself is suggestive of the fact that the museum houses textiles, but in reality, it also contains furniture and various kinds of crafts gathered from different parts of the country. Images made from sandstone, marble and bronze that can be found here are always in demand. The museum has two separate sections for textiles, one is meant for the religious clothing and the other section consists of the historic textiles. The Calico museum of textiles is definitely worth a visit.

Shaking Minarets in Ahmedabad

Another mosque in Ahmedabad called the Raj Bibi mosque also had shaking minarets similar to the ones at the Sidi Bashir mosque. But the British dismantled one of the minarets in order to study the construction. The minaret could not be put back together[citation needed].
There is also one in Isfahan, Iran called Monar Jonban (shaking minarets) with almost the same properties.
