Necroleptic Review (Ro + Eng)

Trupa Necroleptic e alcatuita din Zypex (care se ocupa de partea de sound) si Talyrik (care se ocupa de partea de vocal) .

Proiectul a iesit la iveala brusc si neasteptat , in luna Februarie a acestui an si reuseste cu succes sa imbine stilul Dark Electro cu genul Horror/Gore . La nici o saptamana dupa ce demo-ul "Tranquilized" a fost lansat , multimea infometata deja dorea mai mult . Se poate observa astfel ca baietii de la Necroleptic au prins bine la public , mai ales in zilele de azi cand majoritatea trupelor de acest gen au un sound oarecum similar .

Prima piesa de pe demo , "The Nameless One" , este una slow , dar cu puternice tente de horror si violenta , si reprezinta practic poarta de intrare in lumea cosmarurilor ce urmeaza .

"Surgical Torture" , cea de-a doua piesa , este asa cum sugereaza si numele : o imbinare , perfecta as putea spune , intre violenta , mutilare si torturare , toate presarate cu perversiune . Ceea ce atrage cel mai mult la aceasta piesa sunt versurile care , in ciuda vocalului harsh , se disting usor ("Eyes gouged open ... Mouth stitched tight ...") si beat-ul catchy .

Ce-a de-a treia piesa , "Bound by Blood" este singura piesa de pe demo ce are un beat alert si antrenant , si de asemenea prima piesa care foloseste sample-uri . Desi se pastreaza aceeasi violenta , atat in ritm cat si in versuri , piesa nu impresioneaza cu nimic fata de celelalte , dar isi transmite mesajul cum trebuie .

Piesa de final , "Liar" , este singura a carei influenta de la Dawn of Ashes (pe vremea cand erau Aggrotech) se distinge clar , cu un beat rapid si de asemenea , sample-uri .

Muzical , ca orice trupa noua , influentele de la alte trupe precum Psyclone Nine , Dawn of Ashes si chiar Life Cried , se disting usor , dar cu toate astea , reusesc sa provoace acel sentiment de nou si bun , indeajuns incat sa atraga masele .

Cat despre versuri , sunt un fan al celor cu teme morbide , iar Necroleptic au reusit cu succes sa incorporze idei mai vechi cu unele noi .

Ca o incheiere , nu mai am decat un singur lucru de zis : multa bafta Necroleptic si sper sa fim asaltati cat de curand cu piese la fel de bune !

The band Necrolepic is made of Zypex (who deals with the sound side) and Talyrik (who deals with the vocal part) .

The project emerged suddenly and unexpectedly in February , this year , and successfully manages to combine styles like Dark Electro and Horror / Gore . At only one week after the demo "Tranquilized" was launched , the hungry crowd already wanted more . It can easily be seen that the band has an appeal to the crowds , especially nowadays when most bands of this type have a somewhat similar sound .

The first track , "The Nameless One" is a slow song , but with strong ties to horror and violence , and its practically the gateway to the world of nightmares to come .

"Surgical Torture" , the second track , is exactly as the name suggests : a mix , I would say perfect , between violence , mutilation and torture , all sprinkled with perversion . What draws most to this song are the verses that , despite the harsh vocals , are easy to understand ("Eyes gouged open ... Mouth stitched tight ...") and the catchy beat .

The third track , "Bound by Blood" , is the only song on the demo that has a fast and alert beat , and also the first song that uses sample . Although it retains the same violence , both in rhythm and lyrics , the song does not impress with anything from the others , but it conveys the message properly .

The final piece , "Liar" , whose influence by Dawn of Ashes (when they were Aggrotech) is clearly distinguished , has a fast beat and also uses samples .

Musically , like any new band , influences from other bands like : Psyclone Nine , Dawn of Ashes and even Life Cried ,are easily distinguishable , but nevertheless , manage to provoke a sense of new and its good enough to attract the masses .

As for the lyrics , I'm a fan of those with morbid themes , and Necroleptic successfuly managed to combine some old ideas with new ones .

As a conclusion , I only have to say this : good luck to the band and I hope that soon they will assault us with more violent tracks !

Probabil ca va intrebati care e legatura dintre descrierea mea si Black Mesa ... Simplu , pentru orice fan inrait al seriei Half Life si a mod-urilor acestuia , formula mentionata este cunoscuta .

s² = c²Δt² - Δr² este ecuatia pentru intervalul spatiu-timp unde c este viteza luminii , Δt este diferenta dintre cele doua coordonate temporale a doua evenimente ( separarea temporala ) , iar Δr este diferenta dintre cele doua coordonate spatiale dintre cele doua evenimente ( separarea spatiala ) .

Legatura dintre aceasta formula si intamplarile din Half Life , probabil , o vom afla in Episodul 3 ... Insa pana atunci vom avea timp la dispozitie sa ne delectam cu un mod excelent , Black Mesa : Source . Dupa cum arata si teaser-ul de mai sus , va fi un remake complet al primei serii , si nu doar transpunerea acestuia pe un nou engine grafic [ *cough* HL : Source *cough* ] .

Inca nu s-a anuntat o data pentru cand jocul va vedea lumina zilei si masele de gameri vor relua inca o data rolul lui Gordon Freeman in casapirea alien-ilor cu a sa ranga ( si a altor arme bineinteles >:3 )

Okay , so , since some people are lazy to do a simple search about this , I'll lay it down to you ...

A rivethead is a person associated with the industrial music scene .

The dress style is typically militaristic/post-apocalyptic .

Footwear : combat boots , tanker boots , knee-high military boots , steal-toe boots , or anything that can be used for STOMPING !

Pants : cargo pants or BDU ( battle dress uniform ) pants . Usually , but not always , camouflage or black , tucked in the boots , rolled at the bottom cuffs or as cut-off shorts .

Tops : industrial bands T-shirts , black wifebeaters , flight jackets , bulletproof vests , trenchcoats , etc.

Hair : it can be either medium-long , partially shaved ( undercut ) , shaved , mohawk , bihawk , deadhawk or even with cyber-dreads .

Headgear & facegear : gasmasks or respirators , goggles , contact lenses , etc.

Other accessories : finger-less gloves , BDU-style or spiked leather belts , spiked/studded collars/chokers , dog-tags or any jewelry that incorporates the industrial aesthetics

Body Mods : piercings , tattoos , etc.

The industrial subculture is probably not known for being philosophical or profound . Is there any real depth to music which largely consists of distorted noise and the sounds of jackhammers and beating on scrap metal ? However you can be both a rivethead *and* hold some intelligent theoretical ideas about the state of the world . This is based on these ideas :

* People in the World are slaves to capitalism . You get a job ( well , maybe ... ) just for the money , not because it's your "vocation" in life any more . That job takes up most of your time and dictates your whole lifestyle , pretty much . People are therefore enslaved by the chains of industrialised society . When their bosses say jump , they ask how high . The sounds of the mass production line becomes the soundtrack to their lives . Everyone is dancing to the beats of industrial machinery . Rivetheads just take this idea literally , as well as metaphorically .

* Expanding on this idea , basically we're powerless to change our position in life . Sure , we can quit one crappy job in a burger bar and get another one in telesales , but basically life sucks and there's not a lot we can do about it . We're all just little cogs in a big machine . Any cog who bitches about it gets replaced straight away with another cog . You can reflect this idea by wearing cogs as jewellery . If anyone asks you why you're such a cheap ass that you made your jewellery out of scrap metal , instead of kicking the crap out of them you can actually make a profound statement about this and feel all superior in doing so . And then kick the crap out of them XD

* Plus of course plenty of bands who get labelled as industrial do often have a very philisophical and/or political slant to their lyrics and themes . Even those that don't appear to be particularly profound and/or musically gifted , especially the earlier pioneers of industrial music , are still very relevant too , because basically making "anti-music" is a nice big "fuck you !" gesture to the music industry which likes to churn out one manufactured pop star after another . The music industry is a very big part of the money grabbing capitalist system mentioned above , so subverting and resisting their ideas of the music we should be buying and listening to is basically fighting against the bigger system . OK , so no one's really gonna take any notice but still , it's better than passively lapping up the crap they want to feed us .

The empty self full of cracks ... and every day another crack forms , another splinter breaks away

and hope is gone and without feeling .

I want something in a wrapper , something in new silk panties , some fresh piece of meat ,

something with the authority of a badge , or an instructional print-out .

two and as the days pass I learn tricks and deceit and the instinct to grab it when it comes . And

now look at all of this , who's standing , who's yelling , who's talking about you ? It's me ! I'm the one

after all , and am I important , or am I just a messenger for you ? I don't know , I don't give a fuck .

I'm yelling and nothing I'm saying hasn't been said before .

I see empty eyes , a guy stuffing his fat face with chips or other dripping grease products , filling his

face with money or moral code , and he is without sense . Why the fuck should I acknowledge you ,

you hold open that door for me and step out of my way , I didn't ask for this , I didn't ask to have to

acknowledge you . Or another thing , I sit and some fuck tells me not to sit and I have to

acknowledge this prick as well .

The only moment of truth is the tenth of a second after the shot is delivered , in that fraction there is

reality . In that singular point , all the lies that money and desperation build are revealed and all

that's left is THE truth . My memory lapses and it's hard to tell or care anymore . I don't know if it's

out of apathy or boredom . This weight is the weight of pointlessness and it drags me down . I've

never been so happy , I say to myself and I repeat it to pretend that I remember now how I felt when

I said it , but I remember nothing but the words . He/she likes it and I don't . I like it but he/she

doesn't . I've realized that I'm not really one person and that neither of us gives a fuck , neither of us

Meh , kinda bored these days , this is mainly the reason why I haven't posted anything for a week ... this and the fact that I was out camping in ze german forests ... quite epic ones ... full of WW2 remains ... like nazi teared flags ( damn ! I really wanted one x.x ) , tanks , mortars and other stuff ... I only was able to bring back a couple of unused bullets , a rusty Luger and a helmet =D ... too bad the tank wasn't so easy to handle 'cause I sure as hell would've brought one with me *grin*

Well , it seems that today was a quite dark day , not that it was gloomy or anything , just that it had that certain "something" that made it weird and somewhat suppressing .

On a side note , it was both entertaining ... I got to see today mother nature's forces at work since it got all cloudy in the afternoon . I love this kind of weather ... that which is before the rain . It has an atmosphere that reminds me of Lovecraft's work . I also watched a wicked horror from 1995 with a psychedelic touch to it ... In The Mouth of Madness . Now I can clearly say that it's the best damn movie I have ever seen . Words are too poor to describe the feel it gives you .

Fiecare element in parte e combinat cu maiestrie , grafica e exceptionala iar OST-ul fantastic ... intreaga serie merita 11/10 ... can't wait to finish AS and watch Kyou Arc when it will come out ...

Meh , today was a random day ... boring as usual , except for the fact that I had a math test ... which was easy ... but the main thing that made today so random-weird was the fact that I ( dun remember exactly how ) got to talk to a very cute goth girl in the bus ^__^ => DarK happy , 'cause I love the goth culture ^^ . And it is true , goth people are really smart and from my point of view , a treasure to society ( of course , the real goths XD , but let's not deviate ) . I know I know , big photo , but who cares when it's a masterpiece ? Just imagine how it would be like to be a cyborg ... A synthetic machine with sensing capabilities and also , feelings !

Well , for some it may be a ideology coming from a Sci-Fi movie . But for scientists , this may be the new ground-breaking thing in bio-mechanical engineering . For me , it's a post-apocalyptic scenario . When people will literally fuse and / or replace decayed / broken / infected body parts with machine parts . And besides ... it's HELL AWESOME !

I'm really looking forward to the aftermath world and it's wastelanders ^^

Really weird day . Vremea a fost naspa , cand ploaie , cand soare , cand vant o.O

Bine ca nu m-am plictisit . S-a tinut pana la urma meet-ul A-XG , desi am fost numai 4 persoane including me . Eh , at least we had fun ( some of us more than others =D [ hence my happy mood meaning that I must've fallen for someone ... and yes , I did ^____^ ] ) . Data viitoare ( a.k.a. sambata ) poate o sa fim ceva mai multi *happy feeling again* .

Oh , did I forgot to mention ? A fost si cutremur azi , myeah , who cares ? A fost a fost , asta e , eu oricum ma jucam S.T.A.L.K.E.R. si eram in mijlocul unui blowout cand s-a petrecut and first I was like : "OMG !
