I've tried on a few times to do some new tutorials and requested looks for you but the heat... Midway through, it's practically melting off. SO!!! I'm not going to have any tutorials up until I can afford to put my air conditioner in or have decent weather, I'm sorry everyone. I've tried very hard to keep up and I'm just failing horribly.

I'm still going to try and film some because I love you all so very much ^_^

Tutorial Tomorrow! :D

I know, past 2 weeks I haven't uploaded a new video haha I'm terrible I know. I made a video and for the past week I've been trying to make myself edit it for tomorrow and I find myself just dazing in and out, sorry :X

But I'm working on it now, almost done :D I don't care much for it but since I've been getting a lot of complaints lately about my overly dramatic "drag" makeup I figured I'd tone it down a little bit. People are still complaining though, they say it's not day time appropriate. I BEG TO DIFFER!!! I've been wearing it a lot lately haha Anyway, I'm thinking of saying it's like a neutral clubbing look or something for all those anti-fun makeup. :P

Anyway, how do you guys feel about my eye makeup looks I do for you? I mean, I get asked ALL THE TIME how I do my makeup and what I use so obviously I'm doing something right, right? I'm here for what YOU want to see, it's the whole reason I started doing these videos. I'm just a little aggravated, they'll bad mouth my looks but never give me a reason why or what they'd want to see. I just get, "Ew, I hate it." "Looks like a drag queen, gross" "I wouldn't be caught DEAD wearing this!" Well, why not?! It's very confusing, that or they're not trying to be constructive. Kind of like the "OMG your voice is stupid". What does my voice have to do with my makeup? I know, I sound like a toddler, I get it. I'm stuck with it haha. I really wasn't looking to make this entry a rant haha I'm sorry!!

Ok, so.. Tomorrow, April 2, 2011... Neutral Night Time Clubby kind of look NOT using Sugarpill haha I've noticed I've been using it so much lately, I'm going to take a little break from it.

Tutorial: Wide Eye Candy

I've really been loving the whole "wide eye" looks lately and have been doing it kind of often and have taken it to an extreme (rather than just putting the white on the waterline, putting it on the whole lower lash line!). I don't know, I really like it a lot haha. I actually have another tutorial coming up that was inspired from this look and No Doubt's "NEW" video so I'm excited :D

This look was also requested by bluetigressmoon @ youtube. I did the look awhile ago (as well as the Ruby Gloom look) and filmed tutorials and now looking back, I really just wasn't pleased with them so I redid them and I'm still not as happy with this one as I wish I was. There's just something about it, I can't figure it out. In person, sure it looked fine and I did get compliments on it but in the video it just looks a little bleh to me :X What are your thoughts? Did I do something wrong? Should I of done something a little different? Let me know :D

Mini Tutorial: Winged Eyeliner

Well, you guys know how much I love doing thick winged liner. I can't help it, I just love how it makes my eyes look. Thin liner looks just so bleh on me so yeah, this is my go to liner haha.

My most favorite kind of eyeliner would have to be cream/gel liners. I find the last the longest, don't smudge, and just look really good in general, to each his own though.

This liner is available HERE. You could also probably get it at Ulta/Walmart/Rite Aid/Walgreens... Wherever really haha.

I feel very bad I didn't post a tutorial today (yesterday March 5th) but I think I have a decent excuse :D

There's a look I know I'm going to post but there were 2 others I was debating filming as well so I kept trying different schemes and products out and today my eyes are super puffy and sore :( I'm hoping tomorrow (Today March 6th) or Monday to post some for all of you!

There's my excuse, still friends?? :)

Also, for those who saw the eyebrow tutorial, how do you like the mini series? I'm thinking of doing an eyeliner one too but what else could I do? Any ideas/thoughts? Like it? Hate it? Let me know!!! Feedback is greatly appreciated!

Mini Tutorial: Eyebrows!

My most requested look yet, my eyebrows! I've been drawing on my eyebrows since I was about 13 years old so I've had a lot of "failures" and practice. This I find to be the easiest and most flattering, especially for those like me who love doing more dramatic looks, who want the focus on the eyes (or whichever part you're doing more on the dramatic side *cheeks/lips/ect*) and not your eyebrows. I keep a little bit of hair still as a guide line but also to help them look more natural when I need them to be. Some people don't even notice that my eyebrows are fake when I do this! So I hope you enjoy this little mini tutorial!

I'm so ashamed of myself :( I feel soo bad that I've been so neglectful to my blog and youtube tutorials. But NO MORE!!! I graduated Feb. 7th ^_^ So now I just have to do a few things for the state to get my license and then I will be all set with my career!!

Do you know what that means?! NO MORE PROCRASTINATING!!! :D On March 5th, there WILL BE a brand new tutorial up for you all to enjoy and make fun of my voice! Aren't you so excited?! I am! Ok, so I "tried" to do picture tutorials. I didn't like any of them, it's just not the same!

My boyfriend bought me a new camera at K Mart for $80 haha I was surprised!! He said he knew how much I missed doing tutorials so he got it to make me happy. It worked! So we all thank boyfriend now!

So if the quality isn't the best, well... You know why. ($80 at K Mart).. It's a Vivitar 910HD camera soooo...

Anyway! I'm so happy and I can't wait to get started so this coming Saturday!! Be prepared for a possibly crappy quality makeup tutorial featuring my freakishly young "Jennifer Tilly" voice!

Hello everyone! So I'm back in buffalo, ny and I have a decent room to make tutorials, charged my camera and guess what?? Its not working :(

So! Should I just wait until I get a new camera or would you like to see picture tutorials for now and then later make video tutorials once anew camera is obtained???

Everything is going good over here, had a job interview, hopefully she calls me back this week. Enrolled back into beauty school :) getting my life on track!

Another Makeupless Update :(

I've gotten quite a few messages on youtube asking why I haven't uploaded and new tutorials or anything... Debating if I should make a little video explaining it but I just have no been in a "make a video" mood haha.

So I'm still in Tahlequah, OK but July 6th I'm driving back to Buffalo, NY and staying with some friends until August. By then I'll either decide to stay in Buffalo or drive down to Austin, TX haha This has been a crazy and busy summer for me! I really wish I could've had more videos for you all but sadly, the internet connection out here is practically non existant :/ Plus I've been so busy with job/apartment hunting, I've had no time at all (HENSE I'm going back to Buffalo since there's a job and apartment waiting for me haha)

Oh and yay to my love Dave for getting his license yesterday!!! It only took him FOREVER!!! (He's 22 -_-') haha Had to mention that, was so proud!

Anyway, so hopefully when I get back to Buffalo and get settled in I will start the videos!!! Maybe I'll make one today... Hmm, we'll see! I need more practice, getting rusty :X

"Wearable" Toxi Tutorial

So this is a requested look, I was asked to do a "wearable" look so taadaa! This is a look I do when I'm kind of in a rush and going no where special so I hope this was helpful. I was really debating even doing this look since it's so, blah! I do want to show the world I can do more natural/toned down looks since I do lose some business on my end since people think if they hire me they're going to end up looking like a "clown" haha so yes! Not too bright and bold for those still a little afraid of trying out colorful and fun looks! I still highly recommend trying to do the more dramatic even if you aren't planning to leave the house, practice makes perfect!!!

*Also, please excuse my obviously puffy eyes! The weather is getting warmer and the cursed allergies are acting up!!*

Hiya everyone!

Sooo, I'm planning on filming a tutorial today and have it edited by Saturday. Things have been super crazy here lately, thought I'd share to help keep you in the loop :)

I'm moving around May from Buffalo, NY to Tahlequah, OK to stay with my dad until I find my own place in probably near Austin, TX. Kind of excited but also super nervous so I've had a lot on my plate recently and I've been trying not to let it get in the way of me making tutorials but this week has been pretty tough. Having to put a lot of my plans on hold for a while until I'm settled and what not but I still plan on having at least ONE tutorial a week for you.

This week I'm going to do a rather tone down look since someone asked to see me do a much more natural/wearable (for them) look so I hope you don't mind :)

Also!!! I'm debating dying my hair black so job hunting and stuff will be a little easier for me, what do you think?

And another random little fact that I've been sharing with EVERYONE today haha Since August 1st, I've lost 19.2lbs!!! A huge achievement for me and I have nothing but my will power, self control, and Weight Watchers to thank for that. Still got more to go but I'm super excited and wanted to share :)

Colors of the Rainbow Series?

On my Facebook Fan Page, I asked what people would like to see and came up with a series :D

Colors of the Rainbow

Each week I would be posting 2 videos on Saturday, a random look and the series look. What do you think? This week I was going to start with a red look and then work my way down the rainbow and also do a white look and black look. Then at the very end of the series do a whole rainbow look, any thoughts? I really liked this idea and now I know what to do rather then playing around with makeup and trying to come up with a look and have it done, edited, and ready to post by Saturday.
