Há cruzeiros&amp;nbsp;também&amp;nbsp;para o norte da Inglaterra, sem falar na Noruega que fica no extremo norte! Mesmo que seja no período de&amp;nbsp;verão,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;se você chegar no começo do verão ainda&amp;nbsp;não&amp;nbsp;esta calor o suficiente para nós.&lt;br /&gt;
Façam academia antes! concordo com ele, vai te ajudar muito a preparar o corpo para as longas horas de trabalho.&lt;br /&gt;

Minha primeira
entrevista fiz pelo skype pela agência &lt;i&gt;Portside&lt;/i&gt;
e fui aprovado.&lt;/div&gt;

Quando resolvi
abandonar o direito fiz um mês de estágio na cozinha de um restaurante. Nunca
tinha trabalhado com nada relacionado ao serviço de navio.&lt;/div&gt;

STCW em Curitiba através da &lt;i&gt;Portside&lt;/i&gt;.
Uma semana após o STCW, fui para São Paulo fazer a entrevista com a Ibero.&lt;/div&gt;

A entrevistadora
chamava-se Denise e a entrevista foi individual.&lt;/div&gt;

Ela fez algumas
perguntas sobre o que servia o restaurante e sobre o motivo de eu querer
trabalhar em navio, mas não questionou muito o conhecimento sobre a função.
Acredito que seja por causa da vaga, &lt;i&gt;Snack
Steward&lt;/i&gt;. Foi uma entrevista tranqüila. As pessoas que estavam lá também
disseram que a entrevista foi tranqüila.&lt;/div&gt;

Ela me perguntou o que
me levava a trabalhar no navio e eu disse que buscava uma profissão nova e mais
agradável. Ela me disse que trabalhar em navio não é uma profissão agradável e
que podia afirmar isso, pois trabalhou 32 anos a bordo. Eu disse tudo bem, mas
deve ser mais agradável que ser advogado e passar o resto da vida lendo leis e
sentado atrás de uma mesa. Além do que, quem trabalha em navio ganha mais

sensacional literalmente! Senti todas as sensações de uma viagem e de trabalho
na flor da pele! O trabalho é muito puxado, longas horas de trabalho, sem
nenhum dia de folga durante todo o período, os chefes italianos não eram nada simpáticos
ou agradáveis, os tripulantes em geral trabalham sobre muita pressão o que gera
um stress intenso, porém as amizades são eternas e muito fortes, como não há família
perto seus amigos mais próximos tornam-se seus irmãos em pouquíssimo tempo. Os
amigos que tenho estão espalhados pelo mundo e não tiro eles do meu coração por
nada! Sempre estavam ali para um pronto abraço e para alegrar os dias árduos de

brasileira foi uma lei onde se obriga a ter brasileiros trabalhando a bordo dos
navios que exploram a nossa costa. Eu acredito que o país não tem pessoas
suficientes que atendam esses requisitos e que também quem os tem talvez não seja

mais disposto e agüentar a correria do navio. &amp;nbsp;Mas não são todas as pessoas que tem condições
para fazer isso tudo, então eu aconselho não saia do seu emprego enquanto não tiver
a carta de embarque em mãos, pois a data de embarque pode ser modificada. Mesmo
que você não tem experiência na área envie seu currículo e continue enviando

horas por dia e se não há o cansaço físico, há o cansaço mental, lidar com

seja 1 folga em 15 dias. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

estiver parado no porto e você não esta escalado para trabalhar, você pode
descer. Mas há outras coisas mais no navio que te impedem descer aproveitar o
porto quando você não esta trabalhando. Uma reunião do seu departamento, o treinamento
de segurança do navio (boat drill) ou se você estiver de &lt;i&gt;port mannig&lt;/i&gt;, através de uma escala os tripulantes são selecionados
para permanecer no navio quando o navio está parado no porto, para caso
aconteça uma emergência no navio, existam pessoas para orientar o que se deve
fazer.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

temporadas estrangeiras. A seleção será em Curitiba, nos próximos dias 08&lt;br /&gt;
e 09 de agosto. O embarque deve ocorrer entre outubro e novembro.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Os salários variam de US$ 700 a US$ 4 mil em contratos de seis ou&lt;br /&gt;
oito meses. Há vagas para sommeliers, garçons, governança e bar.&lt;br /&gt;
Os candidatos devem ter de 21 a 35 anos e podem ser brasileiros ou&lt;br /&gt;
estrangeiros.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Falar inglês fluentemente ou ao menos ter o domínio básico da língua é&lt;br /&gt;
necessário. A empresa destaca que pessoas que já trabalharam em navios&lt;br /&gt;
terão preferência, mas este não é um requisito eliminatório.&lt;br /&gt;

Acredito que as pessoas que trabalham neste meio, mesmo no recrutamento, são muito simpáticas, solicitas e querem mesmo saber o que você tem a oferecer. Eu procurei não decorar respostas. Fui autêntica, bem humorada, segura. Falei sobre minhas experiências em hotéis em São Paulo e no Rio de Janeiro, e também sobre minha vasta experiência em eventos, produção e organização. Algumas questões técnicas foram levantadas como; - o que você acha que o assist waitress faz? Que responsabilidade você atribuí ao trabalho dele? De que forma você se apresentaria para os clientes que estão te vendo pela primeira vez? E uma das últimas, qual o seu diferencial para trabalhar na companhia? Todas as perguntas foram feitas de forma suave. Nada perto de pressão e nem de intimação.&lt;br /&gt;Na questão final, ele ainda me questionou sobre alguns pratos específicos que eu conhecia. Neste momento, dei uma leve engasgada, mais falei. Falei o que sabia, o que tinham me aconselhado e terminei minhas frases afirmando que aquilo que não sei, tenho a certeza que possuo a audácia, agilidade e interesse de buscar aprender.&lt;br /&gt;Enfim, tenham calma, saibam o que dizer, sejam firmes, mas sem perder a autenticidade. Isso ocorre porque o país é muito grande, precisaríamos de muito tempo para poder ver essa diversidade, o nordeste do sudeste, por exemplo, são bem diferentes, mas estão muito distantes, além disso, a maioria dos passageiros que fazem cruzeiros gostam de viajar e já conhecem os principais pontos do nosso país . Os roteiros são sempre comuns para nós.&lt;br /&gt;A única novidade para os turistas brasileiros é o navio, porque afinal Buenos Aires, Ilha Grande, Rio de Janeiro, Búzios, Santos entre outros, todo mundo já conhece, destino fácil e comum que não é novidade para nós.&lt;br /&gt;A temporada brasileira se torna ainda mais difícil para nós tripulantes, além da falta de educação de muitos, quando o navio esta no porto os passageiros não descem do navio, porque já conhecem a cidade e ficam circulando no navio deixando os tripulantes impacientes.&lt;br /&gt;O que torna um cruzeiro na Europa interessante, é que a cultura e a paisagem mudam completamente em cada porto, você pode navegar da Itália para as Ilhas Gregas para a Turquia, o trajeto é perto e são três culturas diferentes em 3 dias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/8636977561547098306-5991929486623137123?l=trabalhoemnavio.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Eu vou opinar como uma pessoa que trabalhou no navio e trabalha na área do turismo e formada e pós-graduada em hotelaria.&lt;br /&gt;Acredito que as pessoas buscam cada vez mais os Cruzeiros por estarem baratos e mais acessíveis financeiramente. Eles buscam o glamour de viajar no navio, porém esses navios baratos acabam não tendo glamour algum; filas para tudo, além de dividir uma piscina que mais parece uma banheira com centenas de pessoas, eles acham que terão uma comida saborosa, e isso não é verdade, devido à grande quantidade de comida produzida por dia para centenas de passageiros, eles esperam também que a permanência no navio seja relaxante, enquanto que os monitores buscam pessoas insistivamente para participar de brincadeiras, por causa dos seus supervisores.&lt;br /&gt;Já as noites não são tão tranqüilas, porque é a noite que o navio navega e tudo chacoalha e faz barulho. Eu que trabalhei no navio, quando chegava a noite eu estava o pó, dormia e não escutava nada, já os passageiros sempre reclamavam que as cabines faziam muito barulho, além de muitas vezes ficar com a privada quebrada, a descarga é uma sistema a vácuo que sempre quebra, e os passageiros sempre saem bravos. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="blogger-post-footer"&gt;&lt;img width='1' height='1' src='https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/tracker/8636977561547098306-6830338587761549538?l=trabalhoemnavio.blogspot.com' alt='' /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
