It’s 40 hours a week; balancing the hours as a help desk tech (installs, repairs, upgrades, user distress calls, etc.) and assisting me with network and server needs.

The work hours are during normal business hours and being on-call.

    Just finished hooking up all the major network components at Summerville Campus’s new building! Core network is up, site-to-site VPN is up, and their new Asterisk phone system is online.

    Major thanks to Justin Moore with the Asterisk system, Redstone Technologies for their wiring job, and NuVox for the dialtone and internet connections.
