FROM THE MINUTE I SAW THIS GRANDE WINDOW DIE FROM MEMORY BOX, I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WAS GOING TO DO WITH IT.

My friend markie is having a special birthday this week and i wanted to make her a special out of the ordinary card so i made her this one.

The memory box Grande window metal die i purchased from Crafts online along with the coordinating window flower box metal die. I just love the way it goes together. I love the way that it pops and the leaf vine comes from the Cherry Lyne metal die's. The cute little butterflies were made using the new stampin up itty butterfly punch from the 2013 seasonal catalogue and the flowers were made from the new 1 1/4" scallop circle punch and hot glue gun with glitzn glamour crystal. And WOW how nice are the new stampin up builder brads and print poetry designer series stack as well. I hope she loves it it as much as i enjoyed making it. The colours used are Night of Navy, Choc chip and Always Antichoke card stock from stampin up.

2013 DIARY'S AND HANDMADE GIFTS WITH STAMPIN UP DESIGNER SERIES PAPERS - BACK TO UNI

These cheap diaries were uninviting to be used, until i covered them with some discontinued stampin up designer series paper. With two friends off to uni this year, it made a great idea to make them into study diaries. They loved them i hope you do too.

This thank you card was made for a very special woman who is a total stranger to me who did a wonderful thing and i wanted to thank her the best way i know how and that is to make her a Thank You card.

Stampin up has a new name for its mini catalogue, they call it the seasonl catalogue 2013 and inside it are some nice items such as the Print Poetry Designer Series Paper stack. Its awesome because its a mini pack and it is great for matting your cards or scrap pages and it has some fantastic patterns in it, like the one in this card. My favourite colours in it. Absolutely great pattern to use the new bitty butterfly punch and the new 1 1/4" scalloped circle punch.

I love my Cherry Lyne metal dies and the many words you can buy in them such as Thank you, so elegant on your cards and so much nicer than stamping.

I just got this gorgeous Stampin' Up Hearts a flutter stamp set and the matching hearts a flutter framelit dies,

arent they gorgeous, they will be available on february 1st. The gorgeous heart stamp fits perfectly in the heart framelit. And here's the heads up, the heart punch, when punched fits perfectly inside the framelit cut heart. How good is that. See the little love punched out on the ribbon, well thats another new set called

Ciao Baby and you can get the matching punch from sale a bration for Free. Just love it.

The best part about this card is the Cheery Lyne metal dies that cut out the words "Happy Valentines Day"

I just love my Cherry Lyne metal word dies, much better than stamping them.

If you go to all the bother to make your own greeting card, then i highly recommend

taking an extra minute and thats all it takes, to emboss the envelope.

Each year for the past five years, myself and many friends have made christmas cards for aussie troops and sent them overseas for them to write on and send home to their loved ones. I LOVE THIS STAMPIN UP CHRISTMAS POSTCARD STAMP SET, i have had this stamp for a few years now and i just love using it.

I stamped the christmas postcard stamp using stazon onto tissue paper and then i used my copic ciao markers and coloured in so that i had a rich colour on the tissue paper. Then i melted the coloured image into the candle and decorated it. What a fantastic gift for a friend this christmas. I absolutely love these and will probably make this gift a few more times this christmas.

Have you been thinking about our defence forces in Combat zones around the world and wondering about how they will celebrate christmas without their loved ones. What about the defence men and women that dont have any loved ones to miss them.

Childrens parties, are held by booking only and are held for children ages 5 - 15 years

with a minimum of 10 children and run for approximately 2 hours.

Last weekend i had to make a quick thank you gift for my daughter to give to a family member,

So i quickly whipped up this 2013 photo easle desk calndar. I had no idea how it would turn out but i was happy with the end result.

I used my large metal XCut dies in oval and scalloped to cut the card, paper and photo.

Shame on Me (Tracey): Thank you julie for your post because for the past 3 years, i have had my wonderful helpers behind the scenes and have never publicly thanked them. My friends Marg Henehan, Linda Moore, Helen Reneman and Roslyn Maher have helped me for the past 3 years to prepare the packs for cards for troops days at williamstown Maitland, Glenbrook and Ourimbah. We spend days and days, c...

utting up cards, cutting all the embellishments and sorting and counting them into packs of 10. Of course the first card in each pack is made as an example, this card is designed by one of us and then there is enough supplies cut up to make 9 more cards the same. This year we made over 100 packs up and each year this amount grows as does cards for the aussie troops. The majority of the products for these cards i purchase out of my own pocket to supply them for cards for troops for christmas and mothers day. However, there are two people who i have never thanked publicly and i am so ashamed that i feel i must let you all know, that since cards for aussie troops started 5 years ago, every year my MUM AND DAUGHTER (just turned 10) have spent hours and hours every year, over many months, sorting all the cards and ensuring each and every one of them had an envelope, counting them into bundles of 80 or 100 to fit in the envelopes for shipping to our troops in Afghanistan, Iraq, East Timor, Samolia, out to the Navy in the pacific ocean and once to egypt and without them all for the past 5 years i would not have been able to do it all on my own. SO MUM AND ELLE I LOVE YOU BOTH MORE THAN LIFE ITSELF AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE LOVE AND SUPPORT YOU GIVE ME IN MY ENDEAVOURS.
